No but I do feel like me personally I always have a natural inclination towards the protagonists/more traditional heroes of the story but I have such an appreciation for the messy characters, so when I see people stanning them uncritically I’m just like??? Why are you trying to turn them into the traditional protagonist when the whole point is that they’re not. They’re so much more fascinating that way. Why not just stan Elphaba if you’re going to try to make Glinda into her? Why stan Dean Winchester if you’re characterizing him like sam in your fanon?
