#ok im never going to make a political post again but if i see another post on this website#ok im probably gonna write this in a way that provides not a lot of clarity sorry since its in tags#what kills me abt the like stopasianhate campaign which is good#is that we shouldn't be criticizing china at all#when china has that genocide going on-- or at the VERY LEAST not treating ugyhurs well lmao#most of the rhetoric that says we shouldnt criticize china at all comes from ppl w/ hearts in the good place but like#it really is not tht black and white.. and i think china associated w/ communism also kind of. makes it easier for left leaning people to g#but like. assuming any country is inherently good is fundamentally wrong#idk like my family knows ppl who have literally been affected by the uyghur situation#and like. eugh pls just be critical of everything#(feel weirdly like i should apologize for not rbing stopasianhate stuff but liek)#(do i really need to apologize when it's just a sideeffect of me being online? is it really saying anything abt me as a person like the int#(im honest to god w/ exhausted w my coursework but also the fact that apparently asian hate crimes are rising up in my city haha)#and other things too but U KNOW ok done w this overly personal post goodnight#to g i meant to say go tht way sorry tumblr tags cut me off
