we are pleased to bring you another show in our throwback series, this time focusing on 1996.

and it’s a good one. it was picked at random, as many years are, but we were pleasantly surprised at the selections available to us.

it was a really good year, and gave us the tingles.

i mean, the news for that year was honestly mostly bad, but some cool things happened too.

and the music, man the music. this is one year where we really noticed just how innovative, diverse, and groundbreaking the music was. there were so many types of music emerging and perfecting, and for your ax, well, it was a banner year for my musical soft spots.
