Lucifer ﮩ٨ـﮩﮩ٨ـ♡
Lucifer knew the words. Of course he did. After all, he was a married man. Obviously. But… They seemed to carry so much more weight now then they ever did before. Ever since Lilith left. Now they felt much more like a burden then something to celebrate. Perhaps he was idealistic, if not naïve before. But just the thought of love had made him giddy. It always held the promise of endless laughter, dancing under stars, and countless ever afters.
But now? Now, thinking of love scared him. It made his heart clench and the cold weight of dread harden in his chest. Lucifer’s mind would always go to that horrible moment when he realized Lilith was gone. That she wasn't coming back. Now, love just seemed like a promise of pain. A promise to leave in the end.
However, if there is one thing Lucifer can reliably do, its ignore a problem. Its his special talent to be able to simply not register any smoke or embers until its an all-engulfing, burning blaze.
With how close the two of you were getting, Lucifer should have seen the signs. He should have noticed the warmth that stained his face, the excitement that burned in his stomach to the point of making him sick, as well as the pure sense of comfort and affection that welled up in his chest. He should have done alot of things. But instead, every thought, every notion Lucifer got that there is more, that there is something beautiful blossoming between you two is thrown to the wayside. Buried deep, to be dealt with later.
Until it can’t be dealt with later. Until it bursts out in a way only Lucifer can manage to do; on complete accident.
Neither of you remember how the conversation started, or honestly, the majority of what was said. You were folding what felt like endless paper crafts for Charlie. All while Lucifer rambled to you about his latest duck related project. He fiddled and spun one of said ducks in his hands, using it as a fidget toy while he spoke. Lucifer did… attempt to help you when he found you. But you correctly assessed that he would be much more of a detriment then an asset with his mind so focused elsewhere. So here you two were; him passionately talking your ear off while you did the delicate work he couldn’t.
When it happened, it was sudden. Lucifer had just bounced up to leave when the words tumbled out of his mouth before he could catch them; “That sounds great! I love you, Duckie~”
Just like that, it was like a live bomb had been dropped between you two. Time itself seemed to stop and both of you remained completely still. Lucifer’s heart pounded; blood rushing so fast it was deafening. His hands trembled. He could already feel overwhelmed tears pricking at his eyes and fogging up his vision. He could feel his lungs burning for air while he fought to keep his breathing steady. He wanted to run. He wanted to hide in his room and cry. He wanted to turn to you and try and explain and beg you not to leave him…
But instead Lucifer just stood there. Frozen. Paralyzed in fear that he had just broken whatever you two had going. That he had ruined his only chance at a fresh start like he ruins everything else-
“Do you mean that?”
Your gentle words broke through Lucifer’s rapid spiral and put a harsh stop to any further thoughts in his head. He simply blinked dumbly a few times. A subconscious attempt to get rid of the excess wetness in his eyes. “W-w-what?”
“Do you…” Lucifer could hear the trembling in your soft voice. The hesitance in your breathe as you held it for a moment to try and gather yourself before finishing, “…really love me?”
At that, Lucifer finally found it in himself to turn around and look at you. In your eyes he saw the exact same fear that he had. Fear of the future. Fear of pain. Fear of the inevitable.
For the first time in forever, Lucifer felt understood. For the first time, Lucifer felt that something for him might turn out okay after all.
“Yes. I love you so much.”

Vox ﮩ٨ـﮩﮩ٨ـ♡
Vox had certainly thought about the words. He had said them to you in his head countless times. But he had yet to work up the courage to actually say them to you outloud. Everytime Vox was sure it was going to happen, they would always end up catching in his throat. Then his thoughts would start racing, his fans suddenly whirring trying to keep him from overheating, and the words would end up dying before he could get his shit together.
What if he was moving too fast? The last thing he wanted to do was jump the gun. Especially when it came to you. What if he says it too soon, coming off desperate and scaring you off? Or worse, what if he got the timing wrong? What if those words, those ever important words, came out at the worst possible moment? Vox was well aware that his own lightness and euphoria could be blinding him to your mental state. What if he was reading the entire situation wrong?
What if… you just didn’t feel the same?
That was the notion that ended it. Ended any attempt or thoughts Vox possibly had of confessing. Vox was pretty sure he couldn't handle another heartbreak. Another rejection. So he kept the words to himself and settled for whatever it was you had now. Your current “relationship” was better then the possible alternative. So he would settle. Vox told himself he was okay with whatever scraps he got like he always did.
You had gracelessly fallen asleep on Vox one evening; the movie marathon he had coaxed you into losing the battle with your sleep deprived self. When Vox noticed your body relax against him as you fell asleep, he couldn't help but chuckle lovingly. It was cute and… sweet that you trusted him like this. Enough to fall asleep on him like something out of a stupid teen romance.
Vox hummed to himself and playfully rolled his eyes, shifting around so you could sleep more comfortably on his chest. He held you close, his claws gently petting you and his heart beating a little too loudly in his own head for his liking. Despite how much he complained, in whatever poor attempts he did to keep up his bravado, Vox would be lying if he said he didn’t love moments like this. Moments where you two were just something from a stupid romance.
Vox continued his humming, but now with more purpose. It was as if he was trying to sooth you. To lull you into a deeper sleep. He gently pressed his screen against the top of your head in a makeshift kiss. The words escaped his mouth before he could consciously register them; a gentle “I love you.” It just felt… right in that moment. For once, he wasn't panicking internally or overheating with dread at your possible response. Everything was calm. Quiet. Besides, it wasn't like you were even awake to hear him anyway…
“…I love you too.”
Vox immediately went silent and every muscle in his body tensed. He wasn't fully sure he heard you right at first. That is, if he didn't outright hallucinate it. Your words were groggy, partially slurred; clearly having responded to him in your sleep.
But did that fact really matter? You had said it to him. You said the words back. So you must have loved him on some level, right? Vox could feel himself trembling as his grip on you tightened protectively, as if you were at threat of being taken away from him in that very moment. As if you might just slip away through his fingers like a gust of wind. Vox pulls your sleeping form ever closer, curling around you, desperate to be as close as he can possibly be.
He swears from that moment on, that he is never going to let you go.

Alastor ﮩ٨ـﮩﮩ٨ـ♡
Alastor had… honestly never really thought about those words. Or even what best describes his own feelings for you for that matter. He simply acknowledged that, yes, he did feel some sort of… “affection” towards you. So “affection” was what he called it. It didn’t matter what it actually was. You seemed to return it. You let him express his feelings how he wished. Things between you two seemed to be going swell. So… was there really a need to name it?
Alastor certainly didn't think so. Perhaps it was just in his roots to not give something like that a name. A name acknowledges it. Gives it shape. Gives it power. A name makes something tangible. Turns the ethereal into something to be wielded. Either for, or against you. But that was the risk you accepted when you played with fire. That its flame could scorch you and leave you just as charred as those you hoped to use it against.
It was early. Dreadfully early. But Alastor was wide awake and in the Hotel kitchen preparing the residential breakfast. Already singing and humming to himself like it wasn't too early for even the birds. Your footsteps were weighted with sleep as you meandered your way towards the kitchen. Alastor’s only acknowledgment of you was the flick of his ears when you stomped particularly loud.
You lethargically pulled out one of the dining chairs, unintentionally dragging one of its legs against the floor and making a horrid squeal. Most people would have been terrified at the sight of the radio demon visibly recoiling at the sound; his ears flattening back as he shot you a look over his shoulder. But you were not most people.
Instead, you settled yourself. Your head leaning sleepily against your arms on the table while the radio demon simply stared, motionless at you.
“Dear.” Alastor only spoke when you started staring back. Unabashedly meeting his unwavering eyes with your own. His voice crackled with static. “You-are aware of how early it is, aren't you?”
You gave an affirming hum. “Are you?”
Alastor visibly retracted himself, slowly turning back to his work despite his ears remaining pinned back. He… didn’t actually have a response for that. You both knew he had no business being here at this hour. Especially since his only reason for being the Hotel’s chef at all was some misplaced sense of culinary pride.
So Alastor resigned himself and silently continued. Slowly relaxing once again into his normal rhythm as you watched from the table. Your eyes tracing his every movement like he was a show in and of himself. Looking at him like he was a work of art.
“Al?”
Alastor simply made an acknowledging sound at your inquiry. Letting you know that he had heard you, but most of his attention was still on preparing the Hotel’s breakfast.
“I love you.”
It wasn't a groundbreaking declaration. Something yelled in a moment of despair and desperation as if the earth itself was being ripped out from under you. The ground certainly wasn't breaking apart at your words now. No. This was just a simple acknowledgment. A voicing of fact.
Perhaps that reverence was what gave Alastor pause. Made him actually consider the notion.
Love. Was that what this was? Was that this tightness, this need he had deep in his chest? Was that the name of this longing, this warmth he felt whenever you were too wonderfully close or pulled away too far? Was this… fondness, this comfort he had in moments like these… what love was?
“Alastor?”
He didnt notice he had slowly stopped what he was doing. So lost in thought that he had ceased all motion. Alastor looked back at you and affectionately chuckled when he saw the concerned look in your eyes. He found himself with a genuine smile for once. Not the usual grin that he plastered on, the one that could easily find itself more on the side of a snarl then a grin. But a real smile that reached his eyes.
“I’m fine, Love. Just thinking is all.”
If this was what love was, then he could certainly learn to live with it.

Ngl, Vox's section was inspired by the strange like... silent agreement that alot of people have that Vox definitely tells you he loves you while your sleeping. Ive noticed a bunch of people have him do that in their fics and its just funny to me that so many people have come to the same conclusion.
One such fic is this adorable little drabble over >>HERE<< by @voxisdaddy
There is a super cute post about trying (and failing) to cook for Alastor and Lucifer and them having to step in to help you by @alastor-x-reader-stories over >>HERE<<

Monster (Azriel X Reader)
Word Count: 4700
Summary: Everyone thinks that Y/N is a horrible person for what she did under the mountain, and she agrees, but Azriel realizes that things aren't what they seem.
I have not wrote any fanfiction in 5 years, which is absolutely crazy. I've been talking to my boyfriend a lot about story ideas and he asked me, why don't you just write it down? So here it is, it's not exactly what I used to write.
---------------------
You had hoped you would die under the caldron-forsaken mountain. The 49 years have cost you everything: your family, your court and your humanity. Amarantha had chosen you to be her right hand, you had no one to lose and everything to gain. You became known as Amarantha’s bitch, arguably a worse title than Rhysand’s. Your job was to keep discipline under the mountain and frequently had to whip and grant Amarantha’s wishes of public torture sessions when the Attor was not around.
Your reputation had made it outside of the mountain and throughout the courts, you were known to be ruthless and would kill without hesitation. You were an absolute monster.
Before Feyre had come along and saved you all from the mountain, the only one who understood your pain was Rhysand. For the first few years of your position, Rhysand would look at you with hatred in his eyes. He tortured people too, but you knew he didn’t enjoy it in the same way you pretended to. Every time you tortured the poor soul who got on Amarantha’s nerves, you would go up to them after the fact and hold their hand and ask if they had learned their lesson.
You had a gift and a curse, your gift was the ability to absorb pain from someone else, but the curse was that pain demanded to be felt eventually. Every whipping, every burn, or every cut that you performed, you took it from them to feel later. You kept this secret to yourself originally, but it’s quite hard to hide things from Rhysand.
On one unfortunate night, he entered your chambers under the mountain and witnessed the blood beginning to pool on your back. “Someone give you a taste of your own medicine?” He smirked, leaning against the door frame.
“Get the fuck out, Rhysand.” You croaked, mouth dry as you felt another blow to your back from the whipping earlier. “If I wanted to sleep with someone, it wouldn’t be Amarantha’s seconds.” You could feel the walls you built to protect yourself from Rhysand crumbling, like they were nothing but paper, and his eyes grew in realization.
He walked over to you and placed your face in his hands, his eyes growing wide with understanding. “You don’t have to bear their pain alone, Y/N.” He whispered, but you shook your head.
“Please go away.” You whispered, tears filling your eyes. Nobody had ever seen you like this under the mountain, “I can handle it, really.”
You felt the next blow and cried out, Rhysand caught you in his arms and held you. You felt him in your mind, and then your physical pain was gone, and it was just you both in your head. He was right there, in front of you, and all you could do was sigh. “I can explain.”
“Are you…. Are you taking their pain?” He whispered, and you nodded. “Why?”
“We’re all trapped here.” You replied, your voice echoing across the black void. “Someone will hurt them either way, at least if I hurt them… I can take their pain away and they can pass peacefully.”
“How long have you been doing this?” Rhys asked, and you shrugged. “I could have helped you, we’re on the same side.”
“It’s my pain to bear, I wouldn’t have agreed to this job if I couldn’t take their pain away.” You whispered back, he nodded in understanding.
From then on, you had one friend under the mountain, and when Feyre became part of the picture, you had two.
----------------------
When Feyre won the trials and you were released from the mountain, you realized that you had nowhere to go. Your court has disowned you and your family was…gone. Rhysand invited you back to Velaris to the dismay of his inner circle, and he agreed that your gift would remain a secret until you were ready.
You trained as hard as you could and tried your best time and time again to win over the inner circle. You promised yourself you would tell them about your gift eventually but couldn’t bring yourself to do it, feeling like you would be using it as an “excuse” to torture others and end all the lives you did, when it was really inexcusable.
The member of the inner circle that hated you the most was Azriel, he would immediately leave any room you entered, refuse to go on missions with you and would even stop training as soon as you were in earshot. You could sense him staring at you from afar sometimes, and whenever you would look it would be anger, hatred and maybe a little confusion in his eyes.
You tried your best to make friends with everyone, but it’s hard to be friends with a sadistic murderer who laughed as they were killing the weak and defenseless. The only people who gave you a chance were Cassian and Feyre, and you couldn’t be more appreciative.
One night, during one of your nightmares, you awoke to large hands shaking you awake and came face to face with Cassian. He looked at you in concern and placed a hand around your head in a brotherly, comforting way. Tears flowed down your face. “You were shouting your own name, what were you dreaming about?”
“Cassian, do you think I can be forgiven for what I’ve done?” You whispered, looking up at him. He hesitated, then nodded slowly. “I need to tell you the truth.”
Cassian was the first person you willingly told your story to, and he looked absolutely horrified. You showed him the scars on your back and told him about the worst things you have ever done. He comforted you for hours, and in return told you his stories about how he’s killed and how guilty he feels about it sometimes.
It was nice having Cassian after that point, you two would spar, but you still couldn’t bring yourself to throw a punch when he was open. His laughter was a wonderful sound, and he would often catch you staring at Azriel- longing for his forgiveness but knowing that would most likely never happen. You knew he didn’t trust you, and you don’t think he ever would.
               ---------------------------
“I need you two to go on a mission together.” Rhys explains, looking between you and Azriel. “I don’t care about how much you don’t like each other; this needs to be done. The attor was sighted on our border, and I need him found.”
You took a quick look at Azriel before turning away, his hands were clenched into fists, and his shadows were swarming around angrily. “I can go by myself just fine.” Azriel snapped, “She’ll just slow me down and you know it.”
“I need you BOTH to go, which is why Y/N is here.” Rhysand clasped his hands together, looking at you expectantly. “I think she will be helpful in this mission, since the attor is involved.”
“I am familiar with the attor.” You sighed, peeking over at Azriel. “I may be able to lure him out.”
“I bet he’s very fond of you,” Azriel turned to look at you, “I bet you killed more people than he did, did you guys keep count like a competition?”
You stepped back, you had barely spoken to Azriel, but these were his first words with you. Every reassurance that Cassian, Feyre and Rhys had ever provided seemed to disappear.
“I just don’t understand Rhys, why is she here? The rest of us have killed, sure, but for good reason. She is a monster.” Azriel’s shadows circled the room, and you could feel the hatred coming off him in waves.
‘You’re not going to defend yourself?’ Rhys asked you, and you gave your head a slight shake.
“This is the last I’m hearing of it, Azriel, you better bring her back here in one piece or so help me.”
After 3 cold days of searching for the Attor, he was nowhere to be found, and Azriel’s snide comments were getting on your nerves. The flight back to Velaris was cold and silent.
“Hey, I’m sorry that we came all this way and didn’t catch him.” You whispered, staring down at the darkening landscape.
“I just hoped that you would be useful for something.” He replied, not even looking in your direction. You sighed, your heart plummeting to your stomach. You had hoped, on some deluded level, that this trip would allow you to talk to him and explain yourself and maybe- just maybe- he wouldn’t hate you so much anymore.
“I just wanted to say sorry- not just for the attor but for everything.” He looked down at you, and you couldn’t tell what expression was on his face. “I’m just- I’m trying to be better than I was under the mountain, the person I was then is not me. I hope you can believe that.”
He nodded, looking back up at the setting sun. “I believe that you want to be better.” He said solemnly, “But if what everyone is saying is true, then there is no hope for you. You will never change, even if Rhysand and Cassian don’t see it yet.”
You couldn’t even bring yourself to nod, you felt the cold tears sting your eyes but tried to blink them away before they could fall. Azriel saw you for who you really were, the murderer. At least he won’t lie to you like everyone else has.
The silence ticked by when all the sudden, an arrow flew by your head and hit Azriels wing with a sharp crack. He grunted in pain and dropped a couple feet; another 2 arrows swished by and tore through his other wing. “Azriel- land!” You shouted, searching the darkened forest floor for any sign of the attackers.
“No shit Y/N.” Azriel shouted, his wings pumping as the ground came in closer. You felt Azriel turn to the side as another arrow whizzed towards your head, but he took another arrow to the wing. Did he just…protect you? You two landed on the ground in a heap, but you stood up quickly, knife in hand as you searched the darkness for your attackers.
You feel a presence behind you, and turn around, quickly taking the archer to the ground and holding your knife to his neck. He was older, with pointed ears and white hair. He barred his teeth angrily, but with your knees holding down his arms and knife against his neck, he was stuck.
“Why are you attacking us?” You seethed, your knife getting dangerously close to his neck. He struggled.
“They told us you would be passing through- you killed my whole family you bitch!” he shouted, you froze, “Just kill me! Like you did to all of them!” You stood there in silence, hesitating, trying to remember who it was that you killed. You couldn’t kill this man too, you promised you would never hurt anyone again.
Suddenly you were under him, his knife starting to slide across your neck. You didn’t even raise your hands to defend yourself, you could see the pain of his loss clearly on his face. You nodded, closing your eyes as you waited for him to finish. You remembered Azriel’s words from earlier, he was right after all, there would be no redemption either way.
You felt the weight lift from your throat and took a deep breath, opening your eyes and seeing Azriel’s angry from holding up the man. Azriel looked absolutely terrifying in that moment. “No, don’t hurt him- “You started, but Azriel had his knife out and slashed his neck, throwing his body to the ground. You cried out, crawling over to the males bloodied form. His eyes frantically looked around, and you grabbed his hand, but there was no usual tug, no usual surge of power as you took his pain, you looked up again and met with lifeless eyes. The male was already gone.
“Did you…did you know him?” Azriel spat out, grabbing you angrily by your arm and pulling you up. “He shot me out of the sky and just had a knife to your neck, and now you’re crying over him?”
“of course I didn’t know him!” You pushed back at Azriel, looking down at the male who was dead. “I just…. I just….” You felt a wave of nausea roll through you and turned so you could dry heave. Another death, because of you, again.
“You just what Y/N?” Azriel barked, and you flinched from him. “Tell me what is going on.”
“He’s dead!” You whispered. Azriel looked astounded, looking at the man then at you. He then laughed. “Why are you laughing?”
“Give me a fucking break, Y/N. Lets go.” He grabbed your arm, pulling you with him.
You two wandered until you found a cabin, the candles were still burning when you arrived and there was a fire going in the fireplace. You were becoming more worried about Azriel by the minute, his skin was losing it’s color and he was almost limping as he walked. As soon as you both entered the cabin, he sat down in a chair and started removing his leathers.
               “Azriel- are you alright?”
“I’m fine, I just need to get this arrow out of my wing.” He muttered, looking at you.  You watched him as he reached behind him, failing to get a good grip on it. “Would you mind?”
“I can help.” You whispered, coming up behind him and looking at his wing. His wings were beautiful, dark and somewhat translucent, you had never been this close to him before. You could see an oddish green color seeping from one of the wounds and your heart dropped, poison.
You slowly touched the area around the protruding arrow, he tensed up. Your fingers lightly traced the area around it, trying to figure out if pulling it out was the best option or if keeping it in to stop the blood flow would be better. Removing it would probably be best, since it was poisoned.
“Azriel, I’m going to remove it now, okay?” You said quietly, bracing your hands on the arrow. This would hurt like a bitch, but only for a second. You pulled, wincing as the wing membrane tore open a little more. Azriel grunted. “I’m so sorry, but it should start to feel better now, okay? Let me go outside so we can ice it.”
“No- don’t go.” Azriel looked back at you, his expression a little less guarded. “There could be more of them out there- it’s unsafe.”
“I’ll be okay, we really need to keep an eye on this for a little bit.” You reassured him and walked out of the warm cabin and into the harsh cold. You grabbed as much snow as you could fit in your sack and came back in just a few minutes later, as soon as you walked in Azriel seemed to slump in relief.
“How are you feeling?” You asked him, noting that his complexion had looked possibly worse than before.
“I’m feeling okay.” He looked at you, his eyebrows scrunching, then a small smile came to his lips. You stopped in your tracks, if Azriel was smiling at you, there definitely was something wrong. “I feel a little funny….I think there was something in those arrows.”
You nodded, coming over and handing the cold pack to him. He nodded and placed it against his wing, wincing at the cold. “You really confuse me, Y/N.” He admitted, his shadows seemed as lethargic as him as they swirled around you. “I can’t figure out who you are- I just see so many different things and it’s not adding up.
“Who do you see?” You whispered, and he shook his head, somewhat confused. “You can tell me.”
“You act like you are kind, and at first I thought it was for show, but you seem to be kind even when nobody knows it’s you.” He explains, his voice somewhat slurring. “You pay attention, you leave out books you know Feyre will like, you leave out Mor’s favorite snacks when she doesn’t even like you.”
“And I’ve watched you train with Cassian; you refuse to throw a punch even when he’s wide open. Even- even with that guy outside who was going to kill you- you refused to hurt him, and you cried when he died.” Azriel looked at you, without hatred, for the first time. “How can someone who killed so many people, who tortured others and laughed as their families mourn, cry over a stranger? There is something you’re not telling me. Rhys and Cassian can see it, what are you not telling me? I want so badly to be on your side, please, tell me, who are you? ”
You felt tears fall down your face, because he’s only saying this because he was drugged. “Azriel, I don’t want to hurt anyone ever again.” You whispered, “I’m different than I was under the mountain.”
Azriel nodded, head leaning back as he winced in pain. You grabbed his hand, not asking for permission, and pulled away his pain. You thought of your family, your last memories with them. Your mother, father and two brothers sitting at the table. Your brothers throwing food at each other whenever your parents weren’t looking, trying to get it into each other’s mouths, and trying to hide your laughter so your parents wouldn’t notice. You could feel him sigh in relief and fall unconscious. You sighed in relief, playing the memory again in your head, missing who you were 50 years ago.
You woke up with a gasp, the pain from Azriel’s injuries tearing through your back. How did he deal with this much pain without even showing it? You snuck outside past Azriel’s sleeping form, and grabbed some snow into the pack that you had used for Azriel, hoping the cold would help your back.
After shoveling some of the snow into the pack, you felt a presence behind you and looked up, seeing Azriel in the doorway. “Are you feeling bet-“
“What did you do to me?” Azriel growled, walking down the three steps to confront you in the snow. “Who were those people? What did you do?”
“You were poisoned Azriel, I just…I gave you some snow to cool you down and tried to get rid of the infection.” You looked up at him, trying to find the man who you had spoken to so truthfully a few hours before. “You were a little confused, which is expected.”
He shook his head, “who was that family? Is that another family you killed?” he spat, and you froze in place. You didn’t realize that you had shown him that. “Forgot I asked. Don’t ever touch me again. Get back in here so I don’t have to protect your ass if someone else comes around to kill us.”
You nodded, leaving the pack in the snow and making your way back up to the cabin. You could feel the chills start but could feel how physically hot your body felt. You laid down on the floor, where you were previously right next to the fire. Azriel stood next to the door, watching you intently like you might try to run away.
“Are you alright? You’re shaking.” Azriel stated, and you nodded. He walked over to you, hesitating then placing his hand on your forehead for a brief second. “Y/N, you’re burning up. We need to take off some of these layers.”
You couldn’t find it in yourself to argue as Azriel ripped off your leathers, freezing at what he saw. He turned you over, but you were pale and nearly unconscious. You could hazily see a hint of worry on his face as you passed out.
The flight back was torturous, the pain had started shortly after you woke up, and with each pound of Azriel’s wings another wave of pain went through you. You noticed that for the first time, you were warm and Azriel kept you close to his chest. You could feel how slow your heart rate was, and the growing pain made your realize that maybe this trip would be the end for you.
“Hey Azzie” You whispered, looking up at him. He was truly so beautiful, especially with he early morning sunrise reflecting off his features and the small beads of sweat. “Are you hurting at all?”
“No Y/N, I’m fine.” He stated, looking down at you confused. “Azzie? Where is this coming from?”
“I think Azzie would be a fun nickname.” You laughed before groaning in pain. “I just wanted to tell you something really important.”
“And what is that?” He looked down at you, if you looked like how you felt, then you could understand the growing concern in your eyes. “Why didn’t you tell me you were hurt? We could have left last night.”
“I don’t want to argue, please.” You whispered, trying to get closer to him. You felt cold and hot at the same time. “Those people I showed you- I did kill them in a way.” His arms stiffened but you continued. “That was my last good memory before I…. became a murderer. I didn’t protect them, I left and they came and attacked and I was the only one brought under the mountain.” The pain in your chest matched the pain in your back. “I couldn’t take away their pain, I couldn’t hold them as they died, I will never forgive myself.”
“You can’t save everyone,” Azriel whispered, you sighed and closed your eyes again, listening to the thumping of his wings. “Why didn’t you just use the antidote on yourself too, I could have handled it.”
“I can’t use it on me.” You whispered, before falling back unconscious.
---------------------------
“I need help in here!” Azriel’s voice boomed, causing you to stir and groan from your position in his arms. “Rhysand!”
You heard thumping and were placed on a soft surface; you felt a warm hand against your cheek and found yourself leaning into it. Then the pain started, and you felt yourself writhe as the poison worked its way through your back.
“I’m not sure what happened, one minute she was fine.” You heard Azriel say in a panicked voice, “then she’s shaking from the cold, no matter how hot I turned up the fire. She has a fever, and her skin is cold to the touch. She has been delirious for the past two hours of the flight, talking about forgiveness and you and Cassian knowing the truth. What is going on Rhys?”
You could feel a set of hands on your back and you screamed in pain as they tried to flip you over. “Don’t do that! You’re hurting her!” You heard a voice yell, and you tried to keep your mouth shut to prevent any more noises from escaping.
“High lord, I’m going to need to him out of here if he can’t control himself.” You heard the women say, you recognized her voice, was that the healer?
“Azriel, what else happened?” Rhys voice asked, you realized that you couldn’t open your eyes, but you weren’t in as much pain, Rhys must be doing something to you.
“We were attacked on the way back; I took three arrows to the wing but she didn’t say anything. Hell, I didn’t even see an arrow go towards her.” You could hear, maybe it was worry, in his voice. “Then she healed me somehow, but she didn’t heal herself. She couldn’t tell me why.” You felt a hand grab yours, and from the ridges of skin there could tell it was Azriel.
“Please, help her.” You heard him whisper.
“Madja, Y/N an absorber healer, she’s been poisoned.” Rhys instructs; you hear a gasp from the healer.
“By the cauldrons, I have never met one before, they are so rare.” You hear her say.
Despite Rhys’s efforts, you feel another wave of pain shoot down your back, but you keep your mouth closed to avoid screaming. “Azriel- get out.” Rhys shouted, and you tried to shake your head in objection. You need Azriel, you gripped his hand tighter, or tried to in your half-conscious state.
You felt your shirt rip open, and then your hand was released, and steps were taken away from you. “Rhys- what are those- why does she have all those scars on her back?”
“She can explain when she wakes up.”
You woke up with a start, a scream on your lips. “Y/N, you’re okay.” A voice said, and you felt two hands rest on your shoulders. You snapped your head to see, Azriel? You looked around, you were in your room, but a chair had been pulled up next to the bed.
               “How long…”
“3 days.” Azriel stated, settling back down into the chair.
You nodded, “and…why are you in my room?” You looked around, cautiously looking back at him. He looked…incredulous.
“Oh I don’t know, maybe I’m just making sure you wake up.” Azriel cocked his head to the side, anger filling his eyes. “Why would you do that Y/N? I would have been perfectly fine, but you almost got yourself killed, you had no right to do that to yourself on my behalf!”
“It’s not like I can help it!” Your voice was hoarse, and you winced at the scratchiness In your throat. He grabbed a cup of water for you on the nightstand, and you drank almost the whole thing. “Azriel- can I be honest?”
“Please do, I need a good explanation.” He retorted, sarcasm lacing his tone. His shadows were surrounding you, but seemed almost- relieved.
“I can’t watch people in pain.” You whispered, “Watching you in pain killed me inside, and even though you hate and can’t stand to be around me, I couldn’t just watch you go through that.”
“I did hate you.” Azriel says, grabbing your hand. “How else was I supposed to feel? You had killed people I knew, people with families, tortured for fun and acted like you enjoyed it. Hell- I think the whole court hated you.”
You looked down, nodding, tears in your eyes. “I’m sorry.”
“You don’t have anything to be sorry for, Y/n.” You looked up, locking eyes with Azriel, “I was such an idiot, the signs were there, and you’re a terrible liar. When I saw the scars on your back, I – I lost my shit. Literally. I don’t Madja is going to let me anywhere near the healing quarters anytime soon.”
“I was just trying to help people the only way I knew how.” You whispered, a tear spilling. He nodded, reaching up and cupping your face.
“I feel like a monster too, I’ve killed and tortured, but I’ve always done it in the name of our court.” He exhaled shakily, giving you a small smile. “But you are kind, and I have just been so frustrated over the past couple of months because I wanted to hate you so much- but couldn’t bring myself to. Watching you laugh with Cassian and Feyre, I felt so helpless like you could never open up to me like that. I literally couldn’t even be in the same room as you, because I felt so…jealous for no reason.”
“Rhys- when he told me about us going together, I was angry. Angry that he would put you in danger just for the sake of getting us to get along.” You watched anger fill his eyes, “and he almost got you killed.”
“I’m okay.” You reassured, smiling through the tears that were still falling.
“just make me a promise, okay?” Azriel released the grip on your face and grabbed your hand, fiercely. “I never want you to take my pain again, or anyones for that matter, okay? My pain is mine to bear, alone.”
You nodded, feeling some relief. “Thank you Azriel, I…this means a lot to me. I’ve been wanting to tell you everything for so long.”
“I want to hear everything,” he squeezed your hand again, and you could feel your heart flutter. “I will never let you get hurt again, and honestly…Azriel is so formal. I’m okay with Azzie….as long as its between us.”

Prompt #11
Okay I have recently discovered the wonders that is the creepy Vlad misunderstandings teen dad Danny  whatever, I don’t know if there is a proper name for it or not but anyway I also like the idea of Constantine being Danny’s dad) (also I do not believe that Mattie would  cheat  on Jack so I’m going to say something else happened ) ( also to make this more dramatic say Danny is trans,) ( also I know this would not  make any sense  but I’m going to say Constantine cannot sense beings from the infinite realms more specifically the ghosts unless he tries very hard so imagine how much more difficult it would be to sense a ½ ghost, so a.k.a. he does not know Danny is half ghost, yet)
John Constantine had never had kids as far as he believed and knew and if he did they would be like half demon kids that were immediately taken away and  used for something horrible like a sacrifice or something so he never got to watch them grow up or build a connection with them but there was one exception, John Constantine did not really know about the boys existence for the first 10 years of the boys  life but somehow he learned of Danny and despite never interacting with him personally only keeping an eye on him occasionally he felt a connection one  sided connection mostly but a connection, he would never admit it but he loved his son
So imagine his shock and absolute rage when he finds his son beaten, bloodied and clutching his stomach/chest like it was his last life line. John had not checked up on his son in slightly over two years last time he came to check on his son it was a few days after his 14th birthday ( a.k.a. before the accident) because things became too busy.
So John  would immediately take him to the house of mysteries to heal him and one of his cursed/possessed/living objects told john  that there was more than one person that he brought into the house, John will be confused by this and would then use a bit of magic to search for the other person only to realize that the other person was a baby inside of his son.
John obviously knew his son was trance and he really did not care, Once again he would never admit it but he loved him and based on the amount of bruising cuts and probably a few other things John Constantine would come to the conclusion that his son was assaulted and this would truly make his blood boil.
(what actually happened was Elly was destabilizing and she needed to be incubated to save her life so Danny took her core into himself and because she is still technically have human a small body started forming inside of him making him technically pregnant, but due to his parents figuring out about his ghost half and not having a very good reaction to it they captured him and kind of tortured him they didn’t get to a vivisection yet because he was too scared they would destroy Ellys core, so he used his remaining power to create an explosion of some kind and escape and then pass out a couple few kilometres away from town.)
After Danny woke up John would explain who he was and that Danny was now safe, obviously his life would be a bit weird now but John would try his best to protect him.
John  would obviously ask Danny if he wants to keep the baby and Danny would say yes, and John would leave it at that not really happy that his son will have to become a teen dad but he wasn’t going to push it.

God, I want to sleep
Daryl Dixon x Disabled!reader Part 1?
Warnings: Chronic pain, the feeling you cannot go on any longer, Daryl comforting in his own Daryl way, ANGST, ableism
Summary: You are struggling more and more. The pain starts to get unbearable, specifically since you do not have your medication. Daryl finds out and does what he can to help you.
Tumblr media
You were so tired. That is all you could think about. The exhaustion that has settled deep into your bones, making you weary. It was another night of turning and tossing. Every pressure, on your legs, no matter how small like a piece of cloth felt like it was searing your skin. Every night was the same since your meds ran out. Tossing and turning trying to find a position that felt at least somewhat comfortable. Everytime you thought you had found a position that felt good you had to turn a minute later the pressure on your side felt horrible. Sighing you got up, sitting with your head bowed your arms loosely at your side. During the day you made the best of it, smiling and acting as if everything was alright. But in the dark, with no one around you could not pretend anymore.
Rubbing at your eyes, you slowly got up. Like everything you did it took you just a bit longer. So you stood there staring at nothing, your mind blank, your eyes heavy, before slowly starting to move. You made your way out of your cell. Luckily located at the bottom, not upstairs. You had no idea how you would manage to walk the stairs, not in this condition. Hell, you thought to yourself, if a walker were to come after you, you had no idea how you would react. How to fight it. Everything seemed to slow like you were frozen in time. Maybe your instincts would kick in, the primal need to survive, but you could not be sure.
You made your way out of the cell block, towards the kitchen. Maybe they had some dirty dishes to wash, something to focus on besides the bone tiredness you felt.
It felt like ages before you finally pushed open the doors of the Cafeteria. The moonlight provides enough light to see. Even so, you have become accustomed to walking in the dark. You made your way around the serving station into the kitchen. With one glance you saw the tubs usually used to put the dirty dishes in empty. Sighing, you turned around, guess that was not an option. Maybe some laundry needed to be done?
You did not get very far, sleep deprivation made you woozy, so you plopped down at one of the benches, your arms laying on the table, you had no idea for how long you sat like this. Your eyes staring at nothing before you, your mind not comprehending what was going on around you.
Daryl made his way towards the kitchen, he had just gotten off Guard duty. Carol had told him she left some granola on the counter for him. He was not all too hungry but it felt good having a full stomach before going to bed. So he did not protest, for now the prison had enough food, even with the many new people. Rounding the corner, he saw the doors to the cafeteria open, normally they looked up everything tight during night, just in case. Daryl lightened his steps, not wanting anyone to hear him coming. Creeping up on the door, he dared a quick glance in it. He had not expected to see you there, sitting on one of the tables, but instantly his shoulders relaxed.
Straightening up now that there was no danger he made his way into the cafeteria.
You heard someone approaching but it did not register until he was practically in front of you. You lifted your head and met with Daryl Dixon. You gave him a small smile, or what you thought was one, you could not be sure anymore. Daryl shot you a confused look. Only then did you realize he had asked you a question. “Said w’at you doin’ here?” Looking around you surveyed your surroundings as if for the first time. “I was gonna do some dishes.” You looked at him. “In the middle of the night?” His head tilting sideways, running along your frame. Normally you would feel weird at someone staring at you like that but you could not careless. “You good?” You just hummed, looking past him at nothing.
Were you good? No. But you also did not want to say anything, that small part of you that faced too many snide comments in your life, from teachers and peers and even your parents, had your tongue tied. What if Daryl rolled his eyes at you? Just another ‘poor little thing’. A cripple with nothing to offer and burdens to give. What if they decide you were not worth the trouble and it would be a mercy for everyone just to get rid of you?
Of course this was your sleep deprived and most insecure part of you talking but you could not stop. Even before the world ended you knew you were never really part of it. Last one to be picked for any kind of sports team, the friend who had to cancel plans, the girl who spent her free time going to physical therapy, and doctor visits. Who knew more about medical procedure than what a teenage life was like.
You had spaced out, ignoring Daryl completely, consumed by that pressing feeling in your chest, and the burning of your eyes.
Daryl had sat down next to you, his crossbow on his right and you on his left. He looked at you from the corner of his eyes. That was Daryl for you, the one to fix things, but no idea how to approach a situation like that. So he gave you room, just sat next to you, not pushing you to talk.
Finally you looked at him. “Are you okay?” His lips twitched upwards, that was very you, always checking in making sure everyone was okay. “Yeah, just got off Guard Duty, was headin’ here to grab me some Granola.”
“I can get it for you.” But you made no move to stand up, as if in your mind you had already gotten it from him. He watched how one eyelid closed faster when you blinked. It was concerning to say the least, he knew that you must be more than exhausted if your body was so visibly reacting. Your head kept dropping and he noticed how you were slumped to one side. Unconsciously he scooted closer, just to make sure he could reach you in case you keeled over. “Hey,” he murmured. Lifting his hand to your face he turned your head to him. Once again his gaze was intense, observing every part of you. He was so warm, you could not help but lean into his hand a bit. “I’m okay,” you mumbled again. Your eyes now hardly open. “Ya ain’t,” he roughed out. If there was one thing Daryl hated was bullshitting lies like these. “You look like hell, woman.” There was no need to beat around the bush. If he did not know you he would have thought you were a walker. Hell he still was not entirely sure you were not becoming one right this moment. Taking a deep breath, his other hand gripped you around the waist. “Common,” he almost said sweetheart. “Let’s get you to bed.” He pulled you up. “Can’t be kickin’ no ass tomorrow otherwise.” He tried to joke. But you just leaned on him, your head on his chest. Gods he was just so warm! He pulled you along, the hand that held your face, leaving to grab his crossbow. He slung his trusted friend over his shoulder before, without thinking his hand found its way back to the side of your face. If you were more awake you’d think he was cradling you. You’d think how wonderfully sweet the rough man holding you up was. But you were not, so you just let yourself be guided back towards the cellblock. Once you stepped into the common room, you were close to the handful of stairs that led down to the small area. You tried to hold yourself up, but the pressure of stepping down was too much for your aching and inflamed muscles, and you crumbled. Daryl had a tight grip around you but he did not want to hurt you more. The painted moan you let out enough to make his, even though he would never name it as such, protective instinct kicked in. He lowered you onto the step, almost covering your body with his as if there was some invisible force coming for you. And there was just not one that he could fix with his crossbow or fists. You sat there for a second and finally the dam broke. You choked out a sob. “I am so tired, Daryl, so tired.” He did not quite hold you in a hug but he did hold you up. “Is alri’ht sweethea’t. We gonna get ya to bed, okay?” You laugh-sobbed. Sleeping? Sleeping won’t help this, you thought. Then you began to sob in earnest. “I don’t know how much longer I can do this.” Another sob broke out. “I just don’t.” Now Daryl felt absolutely helpless. His old self would have scoffed at you, called you a brat or weak. But he knew better now and he knew you. You were not soft, or weak, or a brat. You were strong, kind, and selfless. He had no idea what brought this on but he was damn sure he was not gonna lose someone else. “Hey, come on now.” He gently grabbed your face. “We gonna figure this out ‘kay?” He tried to catch your eyes, show you how serious he was but no matter what your eyes were half shut overflowing with tears. Fuck it he thought. He swiftly grabbed you under the arms, heaving you up. Quickly before you could fall again, he maneuvered one of his hands under your knees and the other behind your back. With you in his arms he made his way down the stairs. He almost jumped back in fright when he saw Herhsel standing in the entry to the cellblock, a look of sadness on the older man's face. Normally, no one was able to sneak up on Daryl but he was so focused on you.
“Get her to bed, I will be right there.” Even though his face conveyed his sadness, Daryl recognized the tone of the old man's voice, it was all business. So he did what he was told. Walking into your cell, he saw your blanket, crumpled and pushed to the side so he easily enough sat you down in your bed. Quickly he covered you with the blanket. As usual when Daryl was nervous he started to chew on his thumb cuticle.
Herschel came into the cell, a glass of water with him. “Here give her this.” He handed Daryl two pills and the glass of water. You were laying still in your bed, feeling horrible that the exact thing you did not want happened. Daryl nodded before turning to you. “Here girl.” He lifted you slightly, holding the pills to your mouth. You did not protest, just took them and a swallow of water to wash them down. Laying back down you stared at the bottom bunk bed. “Just try and get some sleep.” Daryl did not know what else to say, so when you nodded, he got up and followed Hershel out of your cell. Once again you were back where you started alone in your cell.
Daryl followed Hershel down to his cell. “What’s wrong with ‘er?” No need to beat around the bush he thought. Hershel exhaled deeply. “Chronic pain in her muscles caused by inflammations.” He simply stated, thinking the same as Daryl, no need to beat around the bush. “She told me once at the farm.” The older man entered his cell, sitting by the small desk, on an old metal chair. “I have to admit, after everything after the farm, I forgot about it.” He rubbed his hands together, contemplating. “She is good at hiding it.” Was all he said.
Daryl mulled over the words. He had to agree, you were good at hiding it. “She must have run out of medication some time ago,” Hershel went on. “Hard to sleep when your entire body is in pain constantly.” Daryl hummed in agreement. “So, w’at does she need?” Finally, Hershel looked at him. “For now I gave her a painkiller, it will not do too much but paired with a slight sleeping aid she at least should get a couple of hours. But she will need muscle relaxers, maybe even more pain killers, and those are valuable.” He turned to Daryl. “And she knows that, that’s why she did not say anything. But maybe with additional supplements it will help keep the inflammation down.”
“Alri’ht, what kind?” Hell, Daryl had no idea where he would get any of the shit but he would try. Hershel pulled out paper and pen from his top desk drawer. “For one, the best would be Pregabalin, if I remember correctly that is what she had before, but any muscle relaxer will do.” He shot Daryl a look. “Maggie can go with you, she knows what kind to look out for. Then supplements, any magnesium, amino acids, vitamins.” Daryl watched Hershel write down all kinds of things. Once he was done he handed Daryl the list. “Where do I ‘et some of tha’ stuff?” Hershel thought for a moment. But he was getting old and he had no idea how many places they had raided already. “Let’s get the map.”
As the two made their way out towards the common room, Rick stepped out of his cell. He took one look at the two men and followed. The next hour the men purred over the map coming up with a plan to get you the stuff you needed.
Back in your cell, you had no idea what they were doing, not long after you had swallowed the pills you felt yourself drift off.
Should I do a follow up?

Terrible
Jegulus Microfic
In honor of the kind anon earlier.
--------------------------------------------------------------
James snapped his fingers, focusing his energy on the charm, watching anxiously from the corner of the room.
Eight feet away, rose petals showered down on the group of first-years. They looked up from their studying with wide eyes, and James grinned to himself as he watched them laugh.
Regulus had absolutely forbidden him from doing anything on Valentines day - he wasn't even allowed to see his boyfriend. So James was passing the time another way.
Now that he was sure he could do it, he took a deep breath, deliberately not reaching for his wand as he scanned the room. It was about half-full - everyone who could be on a date was, leaving the single Gryffindors gathered together. Commiserating, maybe.
"Rosa Petalis," he whispered, snapping his fingers.
Seconds later, hundreds of petals began to rain down from the ceiling. Regulus had told him a few times about flower languages - different colors and flowers meant different things. Different colors of roses stood for different types of love.
James had made sure to include them all. Red, pink, yellow, white, purple, orange, peach, green, blue, and even black.
"Impressive."
"You think?" He glanced at Lily. "How'd it go in the library?"
"Perfectly," she replied. She gave him an annoyed look. "But not wandlessly."
James shrugged. "Theo was watching me. I didn't want him to realize I was doing it."
"Because credit would be so horrible," Lily rolled her eyes. Then she clicked her tongue. "Pandora's got Ravenclaw, but I don't have anyone in Slytherin. Barty, Evan, and Dorcas are all out."
"Slytherin is covered," James assured her.
Lily frowned. "What? How?" Then her eyes widened. "No way."
"Yeah." James grinned.
"Regulus?" Lily checked, disbelieving. "You got Regulus to cover the Slytherin common room?"
James nodded. "He offered to help us."
"I did not."
Lily flinched in surprise, but James laughed. "Reg!" He pulled the other boy into a hug. "I thought you didn't want to see me today?"
"I always want to see you," Regulus mumbled. "I was just trying to prove someone wrong." He pulled out of the hug, but stayed next to James. "And I was helping you. Only you. I don't care about anyone else."
Lily snorted. "Message received." She pushed off the wall. "Bye, James. Bye, psycho." She flipped Regulus off as she walked away, and he returned the gesture without looking over.
"Thank you for helping me," James said sincerely.
Regulus made a face at him. "None of that or I'm leaving."
"None of what?" James asked innocently. "No talking?"
Blue-grey eyes caught his own. "No being nice to me."
"I'm always nice to you."
"I know." Regulus shook his head, but there was a fondness that he couldn't quite hide. "It's awful."
James took his hand, raising it to kiss his knuckles. "Who were you proving wrong?"
Regulus made a grumbling sound. "No one, apparently."
James laughed. "What do you mean?"
"Pandora told me I wasn't going to make it through Valentines Day without kissing you," Regulus admitted.
"But you haven't kissed me," James pointed out. "So you could still prove her wrong."
"You'd be okay with that?" Regulus checked. "Not kissing on Valentines Day?"
"Of course," James replied. He tangled their fingers together. "We don't ever have to kiss if you don't want to. Holiday or not."
Regulus smiled, almost sounding annoyed. "I made you promise not to celebrate Valentines with me. You're meant to be upset with me about it."
James shook his head. "I'm not."
"Yeah." Regulus sighed. "I know." He moved so that he was in front of James. "It's rather predictable of you."
James felt his breath catch when Regulus's arms came around his neck. "Is that bad?"
"Terrible," his boyfriend replied, leaning a little closer. "Absolutely terrible."
A second later, Pandora was proven right.

Found some stories from people who realized their SRA/repressed memory therapists were a bunch of quacks. Lots of CWs for talk of severe abuse and some occasional disturbing activities. If you can stomach it, it's worth a read because it shows just how bad these therapists could get with malpractice and quackery. If you don't want to read the whole thing, here's some key takeaways:
Many therapists just decided their patients had repressed memories. The patients were not allowed to question or disagree with this. The therapists basically flexed their professional authority and told them they were just in denial. Former patient Deborah David described her own experience as being like constantly told that she had once seen a bear climbing a candy cane, told that other people had seen bears on candy canes, and constantly being asked leading questions about her experiences with bears on candy canes, and told that she was in denial if she said she'd never seen one.
Not all patients appear to have been put under hypnosis, but the therapists' insistence that terrible things must have happened to them and their insistence that the only way to heal was to "remember" all of it basically had a number of patients just imagining up all the horrible scenarios they could think of. Former patient Laura Pasley realized after getting out that a number of her "memories" actually came from the book Sybil, the movie Deranged, and from a story she'd written when she was seventeen.
(Worth noting here that a study showed that people who believe they have past lives are more likely to forget where they learned information. It would make a lot of sense if many people who "remembered" SRA under therapists like these have the same issue.)
Many patients were told that their bodies stored memory of this alleged repressed trauma, and any physical sensation they felt was a "body memory" surfacing. So for a hypothetical example, someone who experienced an aching ankle might be told that this is their body "remembering" parental abuse. A patient might imagine a scenario where a parent broke their ankle, and the therapist would treat this as a "recovered" memory.
A number of patients were diagnosed with MPD (as it was called at the time) regardless of whether they initially showed any symptoms. Patients were pushed into "uncovering" these alters that allegedly remembered all the abuse. One patient (Robert Wilson) actually began acting out the alters his therapist told him he had outside of the therapist's office, in some very harmful and destructive ways. (CW for prostitution and animal death if you want to read his story.)
Another patient (Nell Charette) said that while her therapy was ongoing, she had "eight different people telling [her] what to do."
Another patient (Susan) reports:
I mapped an elaborate system, virtually every emotional state or conflicting world view was an alter, plus the male protector and little girl and little boy that went with it. There were sets of 12 for every ego state, complete with names. In the end, I had about 200 "alters." ... Now along with all these alters is the question of how did they get here? Now, we've all heard the story that you can't be this way without severe, repeated, sexual or physical trauma from before you were 5. I'm really pissed about this part, because look how they did this: 1. Your symptoms mean you have MPD, the first step to getting better is to admit this. There is no other thing this could be; if it walks like a duck it's a duck. 2. Since you have MPD, you had to have been sexually/physically/ritually abused. There is no other way you could have this, so you need to admit it to get better. 3. You have to bring these "memories" forward to get better.
This confirms exactly what I've been saying for months: that the mythology of SRA and Project Monarch-type alter programming permits any uncomfortable feeling, any unwanted impulse, and any conflicting beliefs to be attributed to an alter, and therefore to trauma-based mind control, extreme abuse, or whatever you want to call it.
Robert's unfortunate case also confirms that if you go telling a sufficiently unstable person that they have certain alters that do certain things, they will effectively develop them. (This is why convincing a child that they might have a prostitute alter is not only unethical, but also incredibly dangerous!)
If you try and make yourself uncover certain alters, or if someone convinces you that you have them, you will almost certainly "find" them. The simple act of imagining an alter can be enough to make your brain start generating one, or at least something that resembles one close enough to convince people like these therapists.
Many of these former patients describe their mental health deteriorating as their "therapy" progressed. Many who came in without severe issues were completely dysfunctional by the time they left, and if they did have issues when they started, they were exacerbated. This was treated as a part of the healing process, with patients being told that "you have to get worse before you get better" and "the only way out is through."
As retractor Stephanie Krauss put it:
They get hold of this impressive-sounding theory and it goes through some metamorphosis in their minds and is transformed into fact. Then they go treat patients with this new information that only causes more havoc in the lives of persons with normal problems. They have this zeal to treat a disorder that doesn't even exist-at least, not until after treatment starts, and that's when the suffering really begins.
I know brainwashing techniques, and what these people experienced was 100% brainwashing. Each patient had their very sense of self torn apart and each was led to believe that they couldn't trust their own minds. They were led to believe that they had a serious problem that only the therapist - the one with all the power - could fix. They were only "healing" when they complied with the therapist's desires. They were told to cut off anyone who challenged the therapist's narrative.
In other words, the real programmers, the real practitioners of mind control, were the therapists.

What if the masks that girls were at the Menagerie were those that covered just the eyes and so when Inej escaped and became The Wraith she got a covering that covered only the lower half of her face (a hood is attached, but she doesn't often wear it when she isn't collecting information). She said that it was for practicality when she was Kaz's spider, but then she realized somewhere along the way that there was a satisfaction in being able to look into the eyes of men who had done horrible things so that in their last minutes the only thing they can see of her is that she doesn't regret what she is doing to them.

Another good reason to play around with the whole “Miko is a glitch” Theory/Headcanon/whatever you’d call it, even ignoring canon’s “evidence” or the fact that if any of the techs were a glitch, Miko would be the most likely candidate, is the fact that out of all of the Techs, Miko is the person that would take learning that information THE WORST out of all of them.
Even ignoring that moment in Going Going Gauntlet where she has a brief existential crisis over if Ally is technically alive or not, think about Miko for a minute.
Practically her entire life she’s been an outsider in some way. Most other kids her age either know her as “that one kid who kicked Ralphie Bear’s head off at someone’s birthday party” or “that weird girl in the arcade with the high score in Rock ‘Em Sockers”. (And it’s slightly implied the series of events went Rock ‘Em Sockers -> Birthday Incident with Miko (having just moved to Bailey) originally getting herself noticed through Rock ‘Em Sockers only for everything to come crashing down when she was invited to that birthday party.) She’s had basically no real friends besides a few people she plays online games with until very recently when she met Five and even in her own family she’s a bit of a black sheep. And Miko is fully aware of all of this.
Miko desperately wants friends and she’s terrified of the possibility of losing the few friends she does have. She’s scared of being seen as “the weird kid” or “not normal” or anything that could potentially push people away from her. Just look at The Glitch Modder for one of the best examples. Mitch’s comments about Miko being weird, everyone else being unnerved by her reset immunity and ESPECIALLY Miko finding out that Five also sees her immunity as something strange sets her off for the whole day because of exactly what I’ve said before.
Miko desperately wants to be viewed as normal (most likely because she’s been othered before for being “weird”) and seeing everyone else’s immediate reactions to her immunity and especially the reaction of Five, her literal best friend, has to be pretty soul crushing to her. That’s also why Mitch’s comments get under Miko’s skin so easily here. It’s a massive pressure point for her.
Even as a much smaller point, we have Miko’s reaction to Five calling her Meeks. She hates it, but lies and goes along with it anyways because she’s afraid of doing anything that could even risk pushing Five away from her. It’s a tiny point, but still worth bringing up because it’s a tiny example of Miko just being desperate have friends.
So take all of that into account, and then look me in the eyes and tell me with a straight face that Miko would take learning that she’s not human but in fact one of the literal MONSTERS that she and her friends regularly hunt down even REMOTELY well. It is maybe one of the worst possible things that could ever happen to her.

there is no feeling worse in the world than missing your grandma :/
#she died two months before my eighth birthday#and every time i realize i’ve lived well over half my life without her i go a little bit insane bc that just doesn’t feel right#like soooo many of my favorite memories are with her how is it possible she was only in my life for less than eight years#my grandpas on both sides died before i was born so all i’ve ever had is my grandmas#and there’s also the horrible guilt i feel all the time knowing my other grandma is still alive but i rarely ever see her#but when i was a kid she lived an hour and a half away from us and this grandma lived around the corner#so we saw her all the time and every christmas fourth of july etc that whole side of my extended family would all go to her house#she moved into that house when my mom was 2 years old and lived there for the rest of her life so 40 years#and when she went into hospice care her one request was to die in that house surrounded by her kids and grandkids so that’s what happened#my parents bought the house after she died but we lived there for less than 2 years before moving to arizona#they’re both from colorado but they met in arizona and me and my sisters were born here#and the main reason we moved back to colorado in the first place was to be near her#but when we moved again my parents sold the house to our neighbors who had two daughters that my sisters and i grew up with#and they’re still our family friends to this day and we used to go on trips to national parks together every summer#we didn’t see them for maybe five years but then two summers ago their older daughter got married and we went to her wedding#which got us talking about how long it had been since our last trip so we went on another one last summer#this has turned into a tangent but it just makes me so happy that they’re still in our lives#and this great family we’ve known almost my entire life is living in my grandma’s house#she had a pool in her backyard which is super common here in az but not so much in colorado#and she let us invite these girls over all the time to swim so they grew up spending almost as much time in that house as we did#last time we were in colorado we went to have dinner with them and swim and it was like being transported back to my childhood#that house is just so special to me and i felt so blessed to be able to go back there since this family bought it instead of strangers#in a perfect world everything would align in a way that would let me buy it when i’m older and have my own family there#i’ve never had a strong attachment to any other house we’ve lived in but that one will always be my grandma’s house in my mind#i just love and miss her so much she was the most amazing grandma i ever could have asked for#my mom still has a lot of her childhood friends on facebook and whenever she would post pictures of me and my sisters as kids#everyone would comment that i looked exactly like my grandma did when she was a kid and that makes me so so happy#anyway. idk. i just miss her sm she was an angel and i’m so happy she was such a big part of my childhood#lj.txt

i dreamt of her again
#this is so weird#ok story now#i met her on the internet in some facebook grupo abt one direction or something lol and since the first time i interacted with her she#seemed to be a very beautiful person. she was (is) fascinating to me#we started talking and became really close#we used to watch movies together and talk about everything all the time and yes#it was like… since the begging i knew that i was going to start feeling something more for her. it was weird because obviously we don’t even#know each other like in real life lol but i felt like i did… and one day i remember it was Valentine’s Day#she told me that she was in love with me and she wanted to know if it was mutual#and i was like no way this is not happening i remember it took me HOURS to answer to her because in that time#i was very bad. there was a lot going on with me i had depression and i wasn’t eating well and etc and oh#it took me hours to think about it but i told her that it was indeed very mutual#and so she told me that if i wanted to be her girlfriend and i was so happy#but i don’t know. it didn’t worked and it was because of me#and i know that it probably meant nothing to her but it did to me because she was the first woman that i liked#she made me realize who i was. and she made me feel beautiful and seen and she taught me so many things#and i still feel things for her i guess. which is kinda funny cause i don’t really know her#not anymore. we stopped talking to each other (also because of me i stopped talking to her because i felt horrible because i couldn’t make#that happen) and i think that’s what hurts me the most. i will always love her#and i don’t know english btw this is redacted like shit

I feel so fucking seen
#the book is better than the movie because of the point of view#I fully loved the movie but it is all in the present#the book is looking back on a tumultuous awakening in reflection#there is something so much more cathartic about Olivia’s narration because it’s told from a point past the events#it’s just like Georgie said being in love was like it’s how she’s remembering it#too horrible to speak of and too delicious#and the reckoning with feelings that you didn’t understand when you felt them but realize now for what they really were#god#I have never had a unique experience because I have gone through the exact same thought patterns and anxieties#and it’s one of the most comforting thing about reading queer narratives from the past#the resonance is so complete#and it gives strength to narratives or letters that are not overtly queer but resonate exactly as such#it’s the comfort of ‘we have always existed teenage girls have always fallen in love with their teachers’#you are not sick or wrong you are just isolated by your own experience#and I just feel so#in touch with a time in my life that I barely felt present for because it was so difficult to process those feelings that I dissociated#among other external factors in my life that were making me depressed#but those feelings#the realization of real desire for the first time at the tender age of 16#it’s like a fucking earthquake#the doubt and self loathing and the whiplash of hope#she captured it so perfectly#Olivia#Olivia 1949#Olivia 1951#Dorothy Strachey

in light of veilguard, the valleslin removal scene as solas's turning point is fascinating to me
up until that moment, he has spent inquisition indulging in quasi-denial. he's lost a good proportion of his power. he has no authority. no one fears him or respects him. during that time, he is not and cannot be fen'harel
can you imagine how free he must have felt? he can't do anything about the veil in his current state. he tried, but it didn't work, so now he has to help fix the mess with corypheus before he can deal with the veil. that burden has been at least temporarily lifted from him
so he focuses on the present crisis. he does what he can: he fights alongside his allies (friends) and supports the inquisitor (vhenan) with his knowledge (wisdom). he is and can be solas
but etched into the skin of the woman he's grown to love is a horrible reminder of his true duty. he looks at her and sees either the tyranny of one of the evanuris or the debt he owes to mythal. and he desperately wants to erase that reminder. he tells himself that he wants this for her sake, so that when he tells her the truth and they face the future together, they will stand as equals
but he is so focused on what her valleslin means to him that he has barely given any consideration to what it might mean to her
and in the moments after, whether she has (perhaps somewhat reluctantly) accepted or refused, the realization hits him: he just encouraged her to change herself to please him
just as mythal encouraged him to take a physical body to please her
(when he first displayed his physical form, do you think mythal gently touched his cheek and said, "you are so beautiful"?)
and the spell he's been living under breaks. all that comfortable denial comes crashing down around him. he has not been solas for millennia. he is and always will be fen'harel
and he will not drag the woman he loves down with him

BAJA BLAST - S.JY
Tumblr media
pairing. religious stepbro!jake x fem reader genre. drabble, porn w plot warnings. virgin perv jake, stepcest, religious themes, brief mention of alcoholism & death word count. 3.5k smut tags. degradation, dry humping (i guess…), handjob, jake sucks reader’s tits thru her shirt, p in v for like 30 seconds.
a/n. hmm trying to get into darker themes to expand my genres a bit more … not too sure how i feel abt it yet but it was interesting to explore a new trope! i understand darker tropes aren’t for everyone sooo feel free to skip over if this isn’t for you!! <3
———
“You’re disgusting, and you’re not gonna find a God-fearing husband if you keep parading yourself like a slut.”
Jake pries your legs open a little wider, further situating himself between your thighs as he smears his precum on the core of your panties. He glances up at you when you scoff, knees digging into the mattress as he drags the tip of his cock along your clothed cunt. “What?” he sneers, raising a brow at you.
“You have a girlfriend and you’re getting yourself off between someone else’s legs; you’re the slut,” Jake’s cock twitches in the palm of his hand at your insult, you take a mental note of this, “and, I don’t even want a God-fearing husband, whatever that is.”
“It means a religious husband, genius. None of them probably want you anyway, so the feeling is mutual.”
Degrading as it may be, this is the shit that gets Jake off; certainly not his prude, preacher’s daughter girlfriend who only allows him to kiss her for a few seconds at a time, because anything longer than that could be “too tempting”.
He didn’t hate Chaeyoung in the slightest, but he likely wouldn’t have made all that effort to court her had he known she was saving herself for marriage in every aspect. No lingering touches, no suggestive comments, and certainly no racy photos; the poor boy would’ve been fine with her sitting on his lap every now and then if it meant he’d get to jerk off from the weight of someone on top of him.
Much like Chaeyoung, Jake was on the treacherous path of saving himself for marriage, but even he allowed himself a bit of wiggle room. Saving himself entirely for marriage was beyond unrealistic, but he was willing to at least avoid shoving his dick in someone before there was a ring on his finger if it meant he could get off in other ways.
Jake didn’t have the heart to break up with Chaeyoung just because she wanted to stay pure until marriage, but he wasn’t planning on waiting that long to finally get his dick wet. Besides, breaking up with the preacher’s daughter for seemingly no reason was a bad look, especially considering that Jake was the youth pastor at the same exact church.
Aside from the pastor and his wife, Jake and Chaeyoung were the only couple treated as royalty in their church community. They were seen as devoted followers of Christ whilst showcasing what an appropriate, God-fearing, young, Christian couple should look like. From the outside looking in (or even just looking from his girlfriend’s perspective), they truly did resemble a perfect couple.
How Jake got into jerking off between his step-sister’s thighs was a long story.
His original plan was to keep his distance when he first met you a little over a year ago, a few months before his father was preparing to marry your mother. Jake didn’t take kindly to you at first, bewildered on how such a respectful, faith-driven woman such as your mother could produce a daughter the exact opposite of her. Your outfits were entirely too skimpy, you had a horrible attitude, and you had tattoos. In Jake’s eyes, you were the definition of sin.
And that’s exactly why he felt disgusted with himself when he realized he was desperately attracted to you.
It was horrible, the countless nights he’d spent jerking himself off to the thought of you sinking down on his cock and riding him until he passed out. He’s certain his stamina is low and would probably finish in under five minutes, but it doesn’t hurt to dream; and that he does.
Until you showed up to his apartment one Monday morning with a large Baja Blast from Taco Bell and a proposition.
“Taco Bell at ten in the morning, seriously?”
You hadn’t greeted him with a “Good morning!” or “Hey, how are you?” and instead jumped the gun and went straight into, “Hey, you know how my dad died?”
Jake held his front door open, running a hand through his messy, morning hair in confusion as he responded, “Wasn’t it from, like, alcoholism?”
You rolled your eyes at him, “Yeah, but I meant like… you know that he’s dead, right? Also, Taco Bell serves breakfast, genius.”
“YN, it’s too early for this.” Jake says with a frustrated sigh, prepared to close the door in your face because it’s way too early to deal with your bullshit.
“I’m getting his inheritance from my grandmother, a huge one.”
Jake tried his best at attempting to hide the look of shock on his face. From his knowledge, your grandparents were loaded; practically rolling in money since the moment they were born. Having your father’s inheritance transferred to you was a blessing, Jake didn’t even want to imagine the useless crap you’d waste that money on.
“Congrats, did you come here to rub it in my face?”
You sighed, slightly embarrassed and a little defeated knowing you’d need Jake’s help. You felt entirely guilty for even coming to him in the first place, the two of you weren’t close and hardly spoke outside of gatherings, the only reason you showed up to his apartment was because you didn’t have his phone number; only his address you had to scroll in your GPS to find from the one time you drove him home.
“No, I’m not here to brag. I need your help.”
Jake hesitantly opened his door wider, allowing you into his home that you nervously pace around in. “Help with what?” he asked, locking the door behind him.
“I don’t get the inheritance until after my grandma dies.”
“YN, are you crazy?! I am not helping you kill your grandmother!”
“What?! Jake, no! God, just let me finish.” An awkward beat of silence passed before you continued, “She says I’m not getting the inheritance unless I get into religion and be involved in church.”
“Yeah, can’t help with that.” Jake took a moment to look you up and down, eyes focusing on the fresh tattoo right under your knee, “You’re gonna need a miracle.”
You followed behind Jake like a helpless puppy as he entered his kitchen, nervously toying with your fingers as you set your drink down on the kitchen counter, “I know we aren’t really close, and that’s partially my fault, but I’d really appreciate it if you could help me out with this.”
“With what, YN? You haven’t said what you’d need me to do.”
“Just, every so often, tell my family that I’m involved in church and help out. Shit like that.”
Jake chuckled, powering on his Nespresso, “As if that’s gonna work. You know your family goes to church, right? What are they gonna think if they don’t see you there but I’m telling them you showed up? They’d see right through it.”
“They don’t go every Sunday! I’ll just check ahead of time and go with them whenever they do go, and on the days they don’t go you’d be able to cover for me.”
Jake sighed with a shake of his head, reaching into his cabinet to retrieve a coffee mug, “It’s not just Sunday service, YN. They also go to bible study and help plan church events. Your family is very involved in the community.”
“Again, they don’t attend every event, right? I’ll go when they go and you cover when I can’t! And, besides, it’s not like they’re expecting me to go to every single event; as long as they think I’m putting in effort I’ll be fine.”
You seemed proud of yourself and your plan, which only annoyed your step-brother even further, because you clearly hadn’t thought this through.
“What’s in it for me?”
You paused, quirking a brow at Jake, “What do you mean?”
“We barely even know each other and you expect me to do this big favor for you for free? Be realistic.”
“Well, what do you want?”
“I want…half of the inheritance.”
“Jake, even you know that’s too much.”
Yeah, maybe he was being a little petty, but it was your own fault for asking for a favor like this and not offering him anything in return. He may not know the exact amount of your inheritance, but based on your reaction, it had to be a life changing amount of money; enough to give him a portion of.
“I’d rather not say what the exact amount is,” you start, looking down at your sneakers, “but it’s a lot, and I’m definitely willing to give you a fraction of it if you help me out. Just not half.”
“How much?”
“For you? Fifty-thousand.”
Jake dropped the ceramic mug to the ground, eyes widening as the cup broke and scattered across the kitchen floor. You flinched, jumping back on instinct while he remained frozen in place. “Fifty-thousand dollars?”
You wanted to tell him it’s truly nothing compared to the amount you’d have leftover, and that you’d offer him more if he insisted on it, but fifty-thousand seems to be enough for him. Instead, you nodded, carefully backing into the living room to avoid accidentally stepping on the ceramic shards.
“Does that work?”
It was too late to pretend your offer wasn’t more than he’d been expecting, but still, Jake had no reason to believe you’d hold up to your end of the deal; even if giving him fifty-thousand dollars would hardly make a dent in what you’d be receiving.
Jake shook his head, “I don’t know you, how can I trust you’ll actually give it to me?”
“You can’t just take my word?”
“The only word I take is the word of God.”
You should’ve seen that one coming.
Jake continued, “I want a down payment that I can receive now; something so that if you don’t pay me, I still got something out of our agreement.”
Intrigued, and a little frightened, you tilted your head at him, “Money?”
Jake shrugged in response, carefully stepping over the shards of ceramic, “Doesn’t have to be, your mom says you don’t have much of it.”
“I have money!”
Jake rolled his eyes, retrieving a broom and dustpan from the hallway closet, “Right, because your part-time barista job pays so much.”
You let out an exasperated sigh, “I really don’t know what else to offer you.”
“Better think of something or you’re on your own.”
The sound of ceramic clicking together as Jake cleans filled the silence, leaving you to brainstorm on what he would accept as a down payment offer. Money wasn’t an option, and you didn’t know enough about Jake’s interests to offer him some sort of bribe.
However, Jake is a man. Yes, a religious one, but still a man. If you’re lucky enough, there’s one thing you could offer that no man, not even Jake, would pass up.
“Chaeyoung is saving herself for marriage, right?”
Jake paused, suspiciously glancing at you over his shoulder, “I don’t see how that’s any of your business, but yes.”
You nodded, “Are you?”
“Again, not your business, but yes.”
“What about loopholes?”
Jake fully turned around this time, narrowing his eyes at you, “YN, where are you going with this?”
You shrugged, defensively raising your hands, “What if I was your loophole? Like, I help you get off however you want without actually having sex, so it won’t count as sinning. And, trust me, I won’t tell anyone.”
Jesus Christ, you seriously wanted the inheritance that bad?
Jake immediately wanted to accept the offer and drag you straight into his room, but he couldn’t; he had to be nonchalant about this or risk you revoking your suggestion.
He faked a look of disgust, a confused, twisted snarl on his face as he responded, “But, you’re my step-sister; isn’t that wrong?”
You shrugged, “I don’t care if you don’t. Plus, we’re adults and we barely even know each other, it’s not like our parents married years ago and we grew up as siblings.”
Fair point, not that Jake needed any further convincing.
“I’m not offering you this again, by the way. You either accept it now or you’ll never get the chance again,” you warn Jake, taking a seat down on the edge of his couch.
After a few long moments of pretending to weigh his options, Jake extended the end of the broomstick in your direction, slowly using the handle of it to lift your skirt. You didn’t react, your eyes following the edge of the broomstick as Jake continued his actions. He lowered his head slightly, confused as to why he couldn’t see your panties, until he realized.
You weren’t wearing any.
He cleared his throat, quickly pulling the broom away before leaning it up against the wall. “Sure, whatever, I guess. As long as you don’t tell anyone.”
Easiest deal of his life.
Jake made sure you kept to your end of the deal, and maybe took some advantage of it.
The first incident occurred a few weeks after the agreement, when Jake had to cover for you upon missing Sunday service due to you being hungover.
“She was up all night designing flyers for the coat drive next week,” Jake addressed your mother’s concerns, resting a comforting hand on her shoulder, “she really wanted to come to today’s service, but I told her she should get some rest.”
Your mother clutched her heart, staring up at Jake in complete awe, “YN? My YN?”
Jake nodded, a sheepish grin on his face as he responded, “The one and only.”
Your mother was skeptical, tilting her head at her stepson with her brows furrowed, “Just doesn’t sound like something she would do, unless there was something in it for her, of course. You’re not covering for her, are you?”
Jake faked a laugh, “The only thing YN is covered in is the blood of Jesus Christ.”
…And apparently Jake’s cum only a few hours later.
“…Now, guess who’s stuck designing flyers for the coat drive? Me!”
“I told you I would do it, you little brat,” your fist tightens around Jake’s clothed cock and he groans, squeezing his eyes shut at the new, uncomfortable, yet pleasant sensation.
You were slightly off-put and a little humored when Jake showed up to your apartment requesting, “A handjob but I, like, keep my boxers on. Like, just do it through my clothes.”
“Wouldn’t you rather…have your boxers off?”
“Are you nuts? I’m not letting you touch me,” he’d said, unbuttoning his dress pants as he lowered himself on your mattress.
You obliged his request, awkwardly rubbing him through his boxers, watching as his facial expressions changed so quickly and constantly. His brows would furrow then relax, lips would twitch before sinking his teeth in them, all while he tried his best not to finish embarrassingly quick.
Which didn’t work.
Jake was already on the edge of cumming when you lowered your head down to his groin, placing a small peck against the head of his clothed cock, the material sticky and wet from his precum.
His body jolts at the touch, arching off the mattress with swears spewing from his lips as his orgasm washed over him. He shoves his boxers down in record time, grinning to himself when you groan in agony when his cum lands on your cheek.
Had you been literally anyone else, maybe Jake would’ve felt bad that he came so quickly and didn’t have the energy nor interest to give you anything in return; but he didn’t. This was an agreement, and as long as the two of you held to both your ends of the deal, there was nothing to feel bad about. He didn’t owe you anything else.
Surprisingly enough, the arrangements weren’t happening as frequently as Jake hoped they would.
You immersed yourself into the church community, showing up to Sunday Worship and Bible Study as if it were a second nature. Jake should be proud, really, that you’re serious about being devoted; even if it was under the premise of obtaining your father’s inheritance, but he’s pissed.
He waited weeks for you to slip up, intentionally scheduling a Bible Study session or some church fundraiser at a time where he knows you’ll be busy and have no choice to skip, but you show up.
To every fucking event. Until you don’t.
Your younger cousin was getting baptized and you missed it, and if it weren’t for Jake making up some lame excuse and covering for your ass, your mother would’ve gone ballistic on you.
Jake’s happy to cover for you, though, knowing he’d be getting something in return not too long afterwards.
After weeks of feigning, that simple slip up was how Jake found him back between your thighs, pumping his cock along the outline of your cunt through your thin panties.
“Whatever,” you sneer, propping yourself up on your elbows, “marriage is the last thing on my mind right now.”
Jake rolls his eyes, pausing and grateful at the fact that he has a better of your tits. For some godforsaken reason, the air conditioner in your home is always on full blast, and despite assuring your guests that you don’t feel that cold, your body certainly says otherwise; if the way your hardened nippled poke through your shirt is anything to go by.
He licks his lips, pumping his dick a little faster as he leans down and traces his tongue along your clothed nipple. You’re saying something, maybe asking him what he’s doing or to keep going, but he can’t hear you; having you like this is new territory for him, nothing else in the world mattered at this moment.
His saliva stains your t-shirt as he continues, moaning against your chest as he flicks his tongue against your bud. Jake lightly traps your nipple between his teeth, tugging on it just enough to sting before releasing it once again, lapping his tongue against it as if to apologize.
Your hand moves to his hair, giving it a tight grip as Jake moans before shoving your arm away entirely. “Are you insane?! Don’t touch me!”
“But-”
“Wait.”
Fuck, that felt good. It wasn’t much but it felt so fucking good.
He needed more of you, fuck all this waiting for marriage bullshit. He tried his best for as long as he could, and he doesn’t want to fucking wait anymore.
“I wanna try something,” he mumbles, wasting no time in pushing your panties to the side. The sight of your glistening cunt is enough to make his mouth water, and Jake swears he can hear a choir of angels singing as he stares down at it in awe.
“Jake, I thought-”
“Fuck that,” Jake is quick to cut you off, already knowing what your next words were, “I don’t wanna wait anymore; show me how.”
“How to what?”
“The one thing you know how to do.”
“Oh, fuck you. You’re such an asshole.” You say, but it doesn’t stop you from maneuvering your right hand between your bodies and gripping the base of Jake’s cock, encouraging him to scoot forward as you guide him directly to your hole.
You don’t move him any further, making the choice of letting Jake decide whether he’s serious about this.
He is.
He presses the head of his cock further into you, squeezing his eyes shut as you wrap around him so snug and perfect. He stills his movements, head dropping to your shoulder with a groan.
It’s already too much and he’s not even halfway in. It feels too good, so wet and warm and tight, better than he could’ve ever imagined.
“Fuck…”, he mumbles into your shoulder, taking note of how none of this barely had an effect on you.
“It’s okay,” you assure him in an oddly sweet tone, “try moving.”
“I can’t, think I’m gonna come if I do.”
“You’ll be fine, just-”
Jake lets out a loud, frustrated groan as he raises his head away from your shoulder, “You wouldn’t fucking get it.”
Jake spent too many countless nights imagining this very scenario, and now that it’s finally happening he can barely even handle it. Everything feels too good and it’s all too much for him to bear.
He pulls his dick out of you entirely, giving himself a few hard pumps as his impending orgasm approaches. It looks almost painful, the way he’s gripping and pumping his cock, how red his tip is, you’re surprised a few tears don’t slip from his eyes when he finally does finish, painting your thighs with his cum as his body trembles.
He rests a shaky hand on your knee, grip on his cock softening as he makes a mess across your panties, thick, white ropes of cum staining your underwear.
“Fuck,” Jake mumbles to himself as he steadies his breathing. He’s never came this hard before, to the point where he feels exhausted and genuinely empty.
“Are you…okay?” You ask, cringing at the sticky feeling between your thighs.
Jake nods slowly, sitting himself up as he tucks his now-softened cock back into his boxers, “Let’s, uh, get cleaned up so we can go.”
His head his spinning as he rises from your bed, a dizzy feeling coming over him as he stands. Fuck, maybe this is why he should’ve waited for marriage.
“Go where?”
“Bible study is starting soon,” he explains, “if we leave now we can stop by Taco Bell beforehand, I need a Baja Blast.”
