hearing all this discourse about spidey 2 vs baldur's gate 3 and im like.
i really liked spider-man 2 and am very excited to play bg3
i hate gamers
they're so competitive
"baldur's gate 3 is a mobile game" no the fuck it isn't, it's a very well made strategy game that accurately recreates the gameplay loop of DND from what ive seen with a lot of very lovable characters, just because it isnt something you've played doesnt mean it's bad
"spider-man 2 was garbage cinematic slop" no the fuck it isn't, it had satisfying DMC/GOW esque gameplay simplified into something still satisfying but more accessible, with near endless ways of approaching combat
yes baldur's gate 3 doesnt look that exciting at a glance, yes SM2 was a bit rushed, performance and story wise, but they're both amazing games for different audiences
shut the fuck up and let me enjoy my skin tight suit wearing spider-powered blorbos and my silly red-skinned tiefling (i admittedly dont know much about bg3 lore wise i am intentionally keeping myself vague on it but i am nevertheless very excited to play :])
if you dont know shit about the other, dont fuckin talk about it
spider-man 2 is more than just "some marvel movie," and baldur's gate 3 is more than just "some mobile game"
also...these are entirely different games???? hello???? whats the point in comparing them, like
"do i like this fuckin grilled cheese sandwich or do i like finger painting" they're nothing alike

What’s an interest of yours you don’t get to talk about very much? Could be a hobby, a niche piece of media you like, an animal or era of history you're obsessed with. Anything! How did you get into it? What do you like about it?
-🐝
Trpgs!!!! I love them so much!!!!!! I both DM and play and there are a bunch of groups and DMs in my friend group
We mostly play Dnd and Call of Cthulhu for longer campaigns, but we also tried a bunch of other systems for Oneshots (and sometimes two or threeshots).
Hightlights were the pulpy Monster of the Week, which I played with my parents, and the collective narrative horror system Ten Candels.
OOOOh and the Quite Year, which is fun, easy to run and doesn't even need a DM!
Anyway it is also an OC factory and I love all the character I ever played! Blorbos be upon you!!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It also has led me to addtional hobbies such as scrapbooking my character books, collecting dice, painting miniatures and sometimes even build shitty little fighting arenas for my players :D

in honor of spooky season, if your ocs had to pick a halloween costume what would they go with? (second question is how much blood is involved in vizaeths?)
happy spooky season fox this question has been rotating in my tired brain for 2 days
for one thing, can you imagine Ashenivir pestering/begging Rizeth to dress up? The amount of adorable pleading it would take (isn’t actually that much, lets be honest). im knee deep in outlining the second book of arc 4 so them being Adorable is ruining my life rn.
Mostly because i think the outfit would be cute, I think Ashenivir would be a cat. Little fluffy ears, cute tail, little paw-gloves. Keszriin painting his face. god it’s adorable. and also there’s a sex version because of course there is. a whole different tail and pup-play gloves. Rizeth’s going to have a good night.
I can lowkey see Rizeth either doing the bare minimum and then claiming he’s dressed as some ancient wizard no-one’s heard of (dnd equivalent of dressing in normal clothes and going ‘im a serial killer they look like everyone else :p’) OR letting Ashenivir talk him into skeleton face-paint. A simple costume is the limit of his patience, but im picturing Ashenivir doing this to apply it:
Tumblr media
(and then i am also picturing him messing it up when they inevitably sneak off to make out and absolutely everyone immediately knowing exactly what happened the minute they walk back into the room)
Zeth’rinn would either dress up as his dad to piss him off, or pull out all the stops on the most Accurate Slutty Drizzt Cosplay Faerûn Has Ever Seen. He has the contacts; hell, he probably has the wherewithal to have someone ask Drizzt for his spare cloak or something. His sole goal is to be as accurate as possible whilst also looking as fuckable as possible in skimpy but actually well-made armour. Menzova and Catti-Brie are high-fiving. Everyone else is leaving the room or smashing their heads into the wall.
(Artemis is trying not to have ideas for machinations to get Actual Drizzt into that outfit)
Vizaeth my beloved. If he didn’t consider it blasphemy he’d dress as Lolth. I think he’d go next best thing and dress as a sacrifice. Any excuse to cover himself in blood and look hot doing it. Because lets be real, if he doesn’t do that he’s just going to go as Pharaun and that’s basically just his day-to-day but with slightly more effort.
The sacrifice costume is basically just being practically naked with a bunch of Lolthite prayers painted in blood and/or carved into his skin. Tossup on how he’s feeling which he does. Probably with some Strategically Placed Cobwebs and a few pieces of jewellery WAIT. HOLD ON. He’s not a sacrifice he’s just dressed as The Demonweb Pits, isn’t he? That’s the kind of thing he would do. beloved little freak <3
also fox you should reblog this with your blorbo's outfits i want to picture all of our idiots going trick or treating together

ART COMMISSIONS OPEN
do you want to see your blorbos in a dramatic renaissance-inspired painting like they deserve? do you want portraits of your dnd characters? do you want someone to design the OCs you write about?
give me 100$ or so and I will make these dreams a reality.
examples of my work:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
prices start at 100$ and will go up the more characters and detail you want, feel free to message me with an idea of what you want for a quote! I can also do less detailed/painted drawings for cheaper, but no one ever seems to ask for those...
won’t draw: bigoted caricatures, nsfw of minors. I have a right to refuse if something makes me uncomfortable. otherwise, hmu, I’m pretty open minded.

Hii lookie! Even though I only made like 4 fully rendered pieces this year, I'm happy with what I've done this year!
(For months where I dont't have fully rendered finished pieces I put in the next closest thing I have that month.)
Ramble under the cut where I try to go over each month
General overview:
Funny thing I've noticed is how often I used cool tones this year bc my older art (that ive never shown from like 2 years ago) was characterized by warm tones
Even though I work through fully rendered pieces super slowly and barely come out of the year with any, I'm super proud of my progress this year! I've learnt and grown a lot as an artist and have also realized my potential. With that though also comes my fear of not being able to top what I've done, which I'm trying to work on! My issue is I tend to produce a lot of art when feeling highly inspired by a media, and right now I don't exactly feel the same kind of spontaneous and passionate inspiration as I did during the year. I'm definitely dealing with some sort of mental block right now when it comes to digital art and I'm hoping to get through that soon because I miss the process of making something I love through drawing!!
January:
honestly thought the boatem piece was done last year so I was surprised to find it in my January files! This piece was kind of a turning point for my art as it was my first more complex pieces (i had not previously done a piece w more than 1 character in it really). It was a lot of work and I was very nervous about it but I'm quite proud of what I was able to do!
Late january is also when i started sketching out the ethubs piece actually (i work slow)!
February:
I didn't actually do a ton of art this month, as I tend to take a break and slow down right after finishing a piece. At this point I was very keen on doing pose studies traditionally. I posted some of these and most of them were desert duo.
This month i started to really figure out my dnd character Ethe's main design as our campaign was starting. So, i did a portrait of her for that. The rest of February was working on ethubs and studying how to paint grass and clouds and just sketching here and there. I think desert duo brain rot was strongest this month
March:
March was also a mix of pose studies and random sketches and FINALLY FINISHING ETHUBS. I was also doing some art for dnd ^_^
April:
I finished the dragonborn npc centered dnd piece this month, and also began sketching out the cleo piece. In between working on cleo I did some joe art including an animatic featuring the wordle boarder and the sketch for biblically accurate joe :D
May:
Pretty much anytime i had procreate open in may I was working on Cleo. This is the most ambitious art project I have taken on and I wasn't sure if I was able to make it how I wanted, so I was kind of slow and on and off with it. I ended up putting it down towards the end of the month and did some more personal illustrations
June:
Big month for my dnd blorbos tbh! I introduced a sister for Ethe and was working on her design and their interactions. I also got a bigger sketchbook this month and did a bunch of traditional studies. I finished the flats for cleo this month and took a break so most of the art I did were sketches
July:
I was in the home stretch for cleo and with the help of my friends telling me to finish it i finally pushed through and finished it. I couldnt be happier w the results!! it's one of my proudest pieces this year and I put in so much work for it. But after I finished it i took a huge break from mcyt art and focused on dnd art yet again.
August:
My work for the multidimensional big bang started this month!! I worked out the character design early august and had a sketch for the full piece by the end of the month. In the meantime I was actually working on a cat painting I never posted... maybe I'll post it in an end of year art dump
September:
This month was all about the big bang piece. I had so much fun doing it and am super proud of the finished product. Im especially happy with the composition and inclusion of the background characters!!
October:
Again. Major break from making full pieces after finishing a huge one last month. I think I spent more of my creative energy elsewhere like my writing. Also school started again and I had moved apartments and there was a lot of irl stuff preventing me from drawing. I did try to do traditional studies if I could
November:
Kind of a dead month for drawing. Super busy w school, chugging my way through Ethe's ref sheet i started months ago.
December:
Literally haven't drawn anything new besides a new years illustration for greeting cards. I picked up crocheting again and have been spending a lot of creative energy on that instead, but to keep my drawing going I've been doing more figure studies in my sketch book i guess!

Arana. 3. 5. 6. 9. 11. 16. 22. 25. 31. 34. 36. 38. 39. 45. 50. 57. 61. 67.
I just answered 5, 16, 22, and 38 for Arana in the last ask post (sorry its taking a while to get through these I am busy hyperfixating) so I will answer all the others. Thank you for the ask about the prime blorbo.
3: What is their goal right now?
Arana is currently trapped within her own body as her demon Maeyir is in control and running the show. So her main priority is to escape the mind prison and take control of her body.
6: Which party member do they relate to the most?
Of everyone, she relates to Cuk the most because 1: they both have a demon in their brain in the same way, and 2: they have ruined their intimate relationships through their own behavior. Arana has a soft spot for Cuk and will probably listen to him whenever he needs to open up but she is very bad at giving life advice.
9: Do they care about their appearance? How much effort do they put into presentation?
Arana cannot leave her home or be seen by anyone until she thinks that she looks perfect. Arana does this because she has a lot of scars from iron wounds (iron poisons and permanently damages fey in my world), and because she needs to be the center of attention at all times.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
11: What skills are they proficient in? Why?
In terms of dnd skills she is proficient in:
Acrobatics (because she likes to be active and it helps with other extracurricular activities especially the more adventurous extensions of them); Animal Handling (natural fey skill); Arcana (from her studies of magic and creation); Deception (because fey need to get crafty since they can't outright lie); History (Because she is very well read); Insight (political shenanigans, and innate vibe detector); Intimidation (because she needs to make it absolutely clear not to fuck with her plans); Nature (natural fey skill); Perception (trauma response); Performance (from her love of singing and dancing); Persuasion (natural fey charm); and Sleight of Hand (extracurricular activities that require specific hand motions).
Outside of skill proficiencies, she is excellent at sculpting, painting, arcane practices and is a competent artificer.
25: What stories do they like to tell? What stories do they like to hear?
The main stories she likes to tell other people are fantastical tragedies and epics of heroism which are actually just regular things that happened in the feywild all the time. Might be typical for a fey, but Arana loves to hear fairy tales both the morbid ones and the ones with knights and princesses. (she also likes reading smut)
31: They're given a blank piece of paper - what do they do with it?
Within a few minutes the page is filled with a mixture of illustrations, paintings and scribbled schematics for magic items. She loves to create and always has an abundance of ideas.
34: Which party member do they go to in a crisis?
Depends on the type of crisis, for serious problems, she will go to Vesryn as she is her girlfriend, and generally the most competent and reliable party member. For emotional problems or if she did something evil she would go to Cuk or Sweg because she can count on them to be less judgemental and also Vesryn has the emotional range of a rock.
36: What's a secret they've kept?
The biggest secret she has kept is that she has a secret 4-legged arthropod-like form which she hates but is technically her true form.
39: Are their hands calloused, soft, or something else entirely?
Arana has very smooth and soft hands as she has a 200 step skin routine.
45: How do they hug people?
She gives big bear hugs to everyone and squeezes as hard as she can. If its someone who she is close with she hugs by literally jumping onto them and clinging on with all her might.
50: Can they sing? Can they dance?
Arana can both sing and dance very well but she refrains from doing it often with mortals as fey dances and song are magical spells that can distort time and trap people for days.
57: What makes them angry?
This is a woman who is sent into a rage at the slightest inconvenience. What really gets her into a fit of rage though is people insulting her or her companions and disrespecting the authority of hosts (big fey taboo). Lying also makes her furious (very big fey crime). Disrespect or lying is also legal justification in the feywilds to maim and murder so be careful around her.
61: What kind of flower would they chose to pick from a meadow?
Arana loves brightly colored or patterned flowers especially pink ones. However, she would try to pick out at least one of every kind of flower to assemble into a bouquet as that was something her ex-husband used to do for her.
67: What makes them laugh?
The wholesome answer is when people embarrass themselves trying to impress their partners (she adores cheesy romantic gestures). The less wholesome answer is blood and violence. It brings her joy to see people injured and killed especially when she is doing the injuring and killing.

OC intro: Loucas (LONG)
Since I’m starting out here on Tumblr, might as well make my first post a big one!
Gonna gush extensively about my dnd character and personal Blorbo, Loucas!
Tumblr media
(Reference by @dcsart . Show them some love! They make INCREDIBLE and tasteful R18+ comics, games, and illustrations with lots of LGBT+ representation!)
When I first got into tabletop games about 6 years ago, I went through a gauntlet of hellishly bad games filled with all the folks you hear about in horror stories, but I persevered until I found a group of really good people I could mesh well with. They reignited my imagination, made me feel inspired and respected, and put innumerable smiles on my face.
What I am about to recount to you is the story that we have been forging together for almost 4 years now, and that still hasn’t even come close to its end. All worldbuilding is thanks to @chaosyubel and their incredible ideas.
The world they made for me and my friends is a high-fantasy wonderland where overpowered heroes can be found around every corner, people trip over legendary artifacts in back alleys, and gods roam the earth like casual pedestrians. The power levels are insane, to a comedic degree. As they described the myriad powers and principalities present in their world, I was struck with a bolt of inspiration to create a character that meshes well with the world and carries several complex themes, something I hadn’t really tried before.
As with all the best DnD ideas, my initial inspiration began with blatant plagarization of my favorite media at the time. Take a bottle of Kid Icarus, a splash of Asura’s Wrath, and a heaping helping of Percy Jackson, then shake them all up together, and you get…
The son of a sun goddess, whose chiseled metal body is not actually anywhere near as powerful as it looks, and he relies heavily on the blessings of his Sun Mom- whom he adores- to get through his adventures in one piece.
Quick google for names that mean “Light”, smack and extra O in there so it looks more ancient-Greek, and you get Loucas, Firstborn Son of the Sun!
It was a fun concept that was easily able to slot into the world and mesh well with the characters therein. He knew his place in the world, what he was capable of, and what he wanted, all of which boiled down to “laughably sensitive mama’s boy who honestly shouldn’t be going on adventures if it wasn’t for the fact that she taught him how to throw fireballs.”
Little did I know the emotional goddamn rollercoaster that this boy would be set on over the next 4 years of backstory and character development.
The Beginning:
Loucas’ mother is the goddess of sunlight, Soliel, a generally wonderful lady who makes sure that humans get to enjoy nice things like growing plants to eat, not freezing to death, and seeing. Every morning, she gets up on top of her tower and pushes the sun across the sky. Now, this isn’t some funny little light ball that illuminates the world, this is the 2x10^30 KG ball of flaming gas that we know and love, and she pushes it with her bare hands. This is a woman who could demolish mountains with a flick and punt meteors like footballs.
One day, without warning, the sun simply refused to rise. Her priests and clerics were running around like crazy, praying to her and trying to reach her through spells and other means.
Her response was: “Would you all SHUP UP!?! I AM HAVING A BABY!!!”
The messages quickly stopped after that.
That day, Loucas was born! A tiny little unimpressive demigod with chestnut hair, pale skin, blue eyes, and little dove wings.
The gods of the world hold very tightly to the old saying, “It takes a village to raise a child, and a child abandoned by the village will burn it down in order to feel it’s warmth.” Loucas met almost every god in the pantheon at a young age, from the mighty primordial rulers of the basic elements to the gods of all the little things like painting and table manners. To him, they weren’t lords and mistresses of the universe, they were his aunts, his uncles, his grandmas and grandpas. All the other demigods were his cousins!
Unfortunately, while most of his cousins could lift boulders or command the elements as toddlers, Loucas was exceedingly normal. In fact, he was kind of a runt. While it would be classic young-adult fiction to say that he was relentlessly bullied by all of his peers, the truth is it wasn’t so bad. Yea, kids are mean, but he still had plenty of friends. Even when his cousins would mock him, the gods saw a lot of promise in how attentive and focused he was, and praised him for his cleverness.
He grew up being mostly introverted, living alone in his mother’s temple while she pushed the sun across the sky every day. In his spare time, he wound up picking up lots of hobbies. He learned to cook, clean, and play the guitar. He read extensively on topics of magic, mythology, and philosophy. Loucas even collected magic wands, staves, and other items, though he didn’t have the aptitude to use them. His divine family members would come and visit him daily so that he wasn’t totally unsupervised, teaching the young boy about their role in the world, and sharing the things they treasure with him. It’s the reason why he became so well-rounded with many talents.
Trouble Brewing:
Though he grew in wisdom and understanding all the time, he never got stronger. Loucas had some sort of underlying sickness that resembled muscular dystrophy but progressed at a slower pace. At first the gods thought he was just a runt. When he slowly began to have trouble walking, they all realized something was very wrong. Each of them tried to work a miracle or some healing magic, but nothing had an effect.
It was his grandfather MiLaKe, the primordial Dragon-God of Progress, who figured out the issue. MiLaKe is a being made from raw energy, condensed in the shape of a great dragon. His name was an acronym in the tongue of the gods, standing for his greatest ideals: Motivation, Locomotion, Connection. The great dragon embodied the desire of all living things to live happier, better, more fulfilling lives, and as such was one of the most good, pure, and brilliant gods.
His grandfather had noticed when Loucas displayed incredible divine aptitude. The boy mastered godly abilities very quickly. MiLaKe surmised that Loucas wasn’t just a demigod, he was an Empyrean: a being with all the raw potential needed to become a god in and of itself. Only, his fragile mortal body couldn’t handle the overflow of energy and was slowly wasting away.
The dragon-god worked quickly, forging a new body for Loucas from what was once a celestial bronze bell. The god granted their grandchild shimmering platinum hair, eyes made from elementally infused sapphires with gold leaf irises, and etched his entire body from head to toe with magical circuits in the shape of solar iconography glorifying his mother.
Loucas loved it! He ran around, showing everyone in his family that would care to see, proud to look the part of a servant to the radiant maiden of the sun. All the while, MiLaKe kept a close eye on him. Loucas grew very close to his grandfather over the next few years, taking strongly to the God of Progress’ ideals.
Philosophical Growth:
Under MiLaKe’s tutelage, Loucas began to shape his worldview. While the other gods taught him about the world around him, MiLaKe taught him about the world within himself. Loucas learned to understand his feelings and the feelings of others, learning compassion and honesty as the greatest virtues. It was also through his grandfather that Loucas began to understand the truth of divinity: That godhood was a curse.
Gods, in this world, do not rule over their domains. Rather, they are ruled by them. A Goddess of Fire commands the element with great destructive power, but she can never use it to do anything else. She can never BE anything else. She is overwhelming. She is brash. She is violent. She can be warming and illuminating, but she cannot heal, and she cannot hide. Everything she does embodies “fire” to the fullest, and even if she wanted to be calm, rational, peaceful, and safe, her domain of fire forces her to be the opposite against her will.
Additionally, that same goddess may have rulership over fire, but she cannot change it to her whims. No matter what, fire will always be fire. She can’t make it purple instead of orange, she can’t make it cold. No matter how hard she tries, she can’t make it exist without burning something. To make matters worse, every day of her life must be spent ensuring that fire through the world is stable, constant, and functions as it should. Such a deity has no freedom, no choice, no self-determination… for eternity.
It is a fate worse than death.
And so, in all of his years of teaching, MiLaKe always encouraged Loucas with positivity, guiding him to the right choice instead of scolding him for wrong ones. However, there was one command, one singular thing MiLaKe told his grandson not to do.
“Never become a god.”
The Present:
Now, Loucas stands a grown man with wisdom far beyond his years. Knowing the pain and suffering that his beloved divine family goes through every day to ensure the world continues, he devotes himself fully to them in servitude. He hopes that in whatever little way he can- cooking, cleaning, singing them songs- he can make the tired monotony of their Forever a little bit more bearable.
However, there’s still that childlike spark of adventure in him. That deep seeded desire to be more than just a runt… In his heart, Loucas wants to be a hero. He wants to be the kind of person that others will read legends about and sing songs in his name. All he needs is an opportunity.
And that, ladies, gentlemen, and everyone in between, is the START of Loucas’ story! The past 4 years have involved going from there, with so many amazing discoveries, developments, and stories of personal growth. While I can’t even come close to recounting all the tales he’s been involved in, I’m happy to answer any questions people have! Once again, credit to @chaosyubel for ALL the worldbuilding. That man is a narrative genius.

Hi there, this is awkward but what does each alter take care of for Insipid?
It's not awkward at all! We all have certain "jobs" that we specialize in that are based on both natural proclivities and on our personalities.
Alex (me) handles most health-related day to day stuff. I make sure the meds get taken on time, refills are called in, and organizers are arranged every week. I also help out with stuff like treating illnesses and injuries. I usually get called a doctor, but I'm really just kind of a permanent med student. Medicine's my thing.
Odd (yes that's his real name) isn't a big talker and usually doesn't say much without at least one insult included. He prefers to write and paint to express himself, but is essentially the epitome of "the one guy that never talks until nobody knows what to do". He's honest, doesn't give many fucks, and contributes to things like writing projects and other crafts. He's the guy we call on when someone needs to be told to go fuck themselves while walking backwards out of a crappy situation. His best friend is Marchosias, and Marchosias talks more than enough for the both of them.
Marchosias is demonic in nature and used to be aggressive and vicious toward Insipid when we were very young. His whole deal was a misapplication of pent-up anger and loathing directed toward Insipid's abusers. He's probably the most stereotypical of the "bad alter" stereotype, but the reason for it is because he didn't understand how to apply his anger and motivation productively. After he learned some manners (read: Cassandra beat the everloving shit out of him), he's become a great guardian and protector. He can break through flashbacks and lucid dreams. He's very chatty, but if I were to sum up his DND alignment, I'd say he's "Chaotic Bastard" all the way.
Sal is the in-brain blorbo. cinnamon bun. precious bab. He's a natural therapist or counselor-type, loves all things cosmetics, and is generally the best boi for if you need cheering up. He and Insipid heckle bad horror movies together. He also handles our self-care, wardrobe, and even gift choices. We will all collectively kick your ass in a Wendy's parking lot if you make him cry.
Cassandra is basically my "twin". She's the eldest of us all and the most protective. She kept Insipid from being diagnosed until relatively recently so we wouldn't end up being institutionalized or not given an opportunity for Insipid to choose what to do with us for themselves. She's a pretty standard "Enforcer", you could say. She's able to induce temporary states of pain asymbolia (can't suffer from pain but can register if you're hurt) and has saved Insipid's life a few times from various circumstances.
Aever is basically my boyfriend. It's kind of hard to explain how it works for us, but his interests and capabilities are especially tuned into Insipid's central nervous system (brain and spinal cord + some other large nerves). He's able to construct mental safe spaces kind of like the Holodeck on Star Trek to provide us with settings to write in as well as safe spaces for if Insipid needs a rest. In cases where Insipid's in a lot of nerve pain, Aev's been able to get in there in ways Cass sometimes can't and shut it down.
That's just what we can do on our own. We're able to work in tandem or in groups. The main six of us are always on-shift and rotate duties based upon the situation and who needs rest. We're able to do things like redirect hypervigilance from C-PTSD, to halting emotional breakdowns, to writing stories featuring us all. Writing is how we got to where we are now, as well as how we stayed hidden for most of Insipid's life. We talked to them as their "characters" would in their imagination, which was also how we were able to develop our own unique identities and even appearances! The dude in our profile pic is a commissioned portrait of Odd. He smokes like a broken stove and doesn't remember how to smile.
Thanks for asking us! If you have a question for any specific one of us, just say so. We can switch pretty fast when we're just typing.

15 Questions 15 Mutuals
@kaiarchives tagged me in this game that I haven't had the pleasure of seeing before, so that's exciting. The rules are: Answer the 15 questions and tag 15 of your mutuals.
1. Are you named after anyone?
No.
2. When was the last time you cried?
Last Sunday. I don't think it was for any particular reason, I just had a headache and was feeling down.
3. Do you have kids?
No.
4. What sports do you play/have played?
I played a bit of a football as a kid and a bit of volleyball for school. I also did range shooting in my tween years.
5. Do you use sarcasm?
Quite a lot. I've been trying to cut back and be a bit more genuine, but my habit for being sarcastic and my generally low moods have given me a bit of Resting Bitch Voice, so people don't always pick up on it.
6. What's the first thing you notice about people?
Facial shape I think. Before I learn someone's name I generally remember them by the shape of their jaw and cheeks.
7. What's your eye color?
Blue, but it's a kinda greyish blue.
8. Scary movies or Happy endings
I like scary movies with happy endings. Give me protagonists who face down with the worst of humanity or the nasties of the world and come out alive and swinging, if not a bit traumatized.
9. Any talents?
I'm told I have a way with words. In general I don't believe in talent in the "innate skill" way though.
10. Where were you born?
Oslo, Norway.
11. What are your hobbies?
Writing, reading, movies, video games (mostly strategy and roguelikes,) I used to sing in a choir and I kind of want to get back into that.
12. Do you have any pets?
No. Haven't really had the opportunity to, but I'd like to get a dog someday.
13. How tall are you?
178 cm, so... what, 5'10?
14. Favorite subject in school
Language and it's not close at all. Social Sciences as a second place I suppose.
15. Dream Job?
Author. Give me a way to live from writing and I'll churn out books at a brazen clip. It might drive me crazy, but it'll be worth it.
