aaaand got it!! so stealing a bit of the premise from the London special here, rabbit adrien, when faced with the dilemma that is the End of Time, would NOT do very well. he can work under pressure, sure, but alone?? he would just not. he could (and would) call on ladybug to help ... or he might cause the end of the world (tying into his destruction aspect) and then a timeline similar to chat blanc would be unlocked.

HOWEVER, if you want to not go that route, I do think the idea of a rabbit adrien in season 6 would be FASCINATING. let's say he gets his hands on the miraculous without ladybug's knowledge, and opens up a burrow. his goal? why, to save his father, of course.

and as for jackrabbit (rabbit felix)? well the designs would change! jackrabbit's resembles more of a flairmidable design (and as you pointed out in one of your posts the differences between flairmidable and chat noir, I think the rabbit designs would go along the lines of something like that!)

as for the fic snippet! I'm thinking the season 6 rabbit adrien premise would be pretty cool to expand on, so have this!

To tell this story properly, we must start it at the beginning. Today. Yes, today — not yesterday, not tomorrow, but in the present day. Not only is it in the present day, but it is also happening right now. Picture in your head a map of Paris, France. Did you picture the Eiffel Tower? You're so predictable. Zoom in on your map. Do you see the boy in blue, opening and closing portals as the world crumbles around him? As a bright light wraps itself around reality and snaps the fourth dimension in two? That boy is Adrien Agreste, and he is the protagonist of our story. He's running across rooftops, looking anywhere but straight ahead in front of him. His mind, usually quiet and listening and not disturbing anyone, is racing as he searches for an exit. He has an exit, mind you. Two of them, in fact — one is the ring on his finger, and the other is the pocket watch in his hand. He opens up a portal and begins to climb inside, but a loud boom sounds behind him. It had been silent before. He stops, turns around — and is tackled from behind. Everything goes dark. But before we get to the part where he comes to, let's answer some questions, reader. You may be wondering, after all. What was that light? What were those portals? Who was that person that attacked him? Well, you'll find out soon enough, reader. I did promise to start at the beginning, after all.

because I've come to LOVE this style of third-person omniscient writing recently! adrien the rabbit!! saving his dad!! does he succeed in bringing him back from the dead? or was there really nothing he could have done at all, no matter how hard he tried or how many times the loop repeated? tune in to find out!!
