ever since hearing it, i’ve thought it was a bit odd that dustin refers to the compass specifically as a ‘little steel capsule’, saying it might be the key to saving both max and eddie/defeating vecna. and i’ve been trying to tie it back to soteria bc like... that has to come back into play. and now with the official 4x07 script referring to it as a small metal/metallic pill-shaped capsule... i just think it’s interesting

#i know steel is an alloy etc etc but #also interesting is the change of name from 'the inhibitor' to 'soteria'#lex talks #what do i tag this as dksnskjn #s4 #s5 spec #spoilers #not really but #this and the end fight are the parts i specifically looked for and now i'm gonna go read the whole thing #i'm gonna make script to screen sets i think #anyway... isn't it interesting how i was having a breakdown yesterday and deadline and st just knew i needed more content to focus on #the script literally refers to baby el getting back up to defeat henry as 'a phoenix rising' and i am just... a little obsessed with that
