Why are co-workers always the thing that makes a job difficult? Not the actual work, but the people that are meant to be your team?
#I feel like I was tricked in taking this job sometimes. I was presented a fully established program that was up and running…#what do I get a freaking hot mess heals together by dumb luck and duct tape#like I’m cool being underpaid and under used but being told to not prevent problems by being proactive is kinda just stupid#it also doesn’t help that my boss is all over the board on what the hell she wants#Friday it was all; call this place get it sorted out#but today it was you shouldn’t be doing this#that’s not your role; stay in your lane#like ma’am you ASKED me to do it. I wasn’t actively doing someone else’s job. you called and told me to do something.#im putting in 12 months and if it’s still a mess then I will leave.#I’m not about to stick around to a place that isn’t doing it’s job well. because I don’t like to half arse things#CK talks
