#dune spoilers#i feel that was unnecessary.#i guess its a show of how he can simultaneously feel real feelings while also weaponizing and flanderizing them to use on others.#wish they showed that differently.#i gotta go back and re read some of this i feel i have lost the plot. ghanimas section was just completely beyond me#what is jessicas plan for leto? abominize him on purpose and then kill him?#what did duncan idaho effectively do when he went to jessicas room to complain for the eavesdroppers benefit?#why is ghanima gonna kill irulan?#i know i felt like this during dune messiah and by the end of it i felt that every thread was nice and closed#but theres nothing wrong with going back and making sure i didnt miss anything#at the start i was taking notes to summarize each chapter but then i figured i was retaining and therefore didnt need it#i would love to have that resource to read over now.. ah well.
