Credit to @swimrunusa : What a cracker from Day 1 of Swimrun Camp in Casco Bay. Early start catching the 7:45 ferry to Little Diamond, right into technique work on transitions around the island. The afternoon was spent on Great Diamond checking out the trails and scoping out the starting route for the Long Course on August 12th.
