So Pony and I rig up, and he sees all of the green tubes. Winston man eh? Somethin like that says I. Well I've got a new Nexus 4 I've been itching to try says he. We walk down to see the bite had slowed a bit. Pony is nailing his casts... His mends quality, and the drifts were flawless. Clearly the dude can fish. Not a lot happening. Pony switched over to bugs. Second drift the indicator slows momentarily. Pony sets and that 4 had a good bend. All smiles and whoops from the bank. The new rod has been christened! I reach with the net... Swoop! And it's a bloody whitefish! We laughed and laughed. I look up and see the Mrs chatting with a young gent and his philly. I let Pony get back to it and walk up to see the goings on. Here's a young JFK in an honest red plaid flannel. Dudes sporting a Rising net, and his gear looked solid. (Enter the Senator) @brier_kelly 2 bromances in one day... I know I know it's like Baskin Robbins! So the Senator likes to fish. Pony likes to fish. I really like to fish. Pony says Abercrombie can wait. The Senator was on holiday. I invite them along for a dose of Rumschpringe. We all set up camp right there on the Blackfoot.
