Summer Weight Loss Through Kickboxing

So many of us are looking to get in great shape.  With so many programs out there, which one is the best to help us get that BEACH BODY and also keep the workout motivating and exciting?!

With the gym, you have to motivate yourself through your routine, but do you know how to properly use the gym equipment?  In most cases the answer is no.  So the end result is that people quit and never get results.

Sports are so much fun, but can they be played all year round?  Also, will you always have a group of men or woman that can play when you want to?  

With Tiger Schulmann’s KICKBOXING you’ll have fun, get results and the added benefit is that you’ll learn some self defense.  A great thing is that you’ll never have to create your own routine, I will take you through the entire class and motivate you from the second you walk into my gym to the moment you leave!  There is no better feeling then hitting my heavy bags! As your instructor I also go over nutrition.
