As per D.G Shipping RPSL and at the timeof writing this answer the list of total number of RPS Licensed companies is around 400. You have to filter out among them and you will hardly find 20–30 companies genuine and ethical.

Bro this is India. Things are not complicated but they are made complicated here. Look below this company (Westline Ship Management) has a valid RPSL and since Government has granted the same I am no one to comment on it. I guess you understand what I mean. :P
