I read a post a friend wrote today and just loved the words God gave her. I could not get it to directly share so here it is: “There is not one day, one loss, or one pain in your life over which God cannot write ‘good.’” Her prayer was for her sweet, little less than 1 month old daughter to grow to understand that through the most evil intentioned day, what man meant for evil, God meant for good - and the same will be true in her life. That is my prayer for the kids we serve, for you, and for me. She finished with, thank you Jesus for the greatest sacrifice on the most horrific day and for loving us, though we don’t deserve it. This touched my heart in so many ways. As I mentioned before, God’s been continually bringing up this same idea and showing me everyday in the lives of the kids I get the privilege to serve - this very truth. Please join me in some extra prayer for the kids we serve and around the world who had to go “home” with relatives to some kind of less than ideal situation for Semana Santa. May they have favor and protection and grow to see God’s Glory in all this 💙💙💙 P.s. Still so grateful for Grace Covenant Church spending last week with us loving on the boys at Rancho and putting the resurrection and hope of Christ on display. #weserveaGodofhope #weserveaGodofhealing #weserveaGodofmiracles #Jesusconquersdeath #nothingistoobigforGod #CLoveinMéxico (at Rancho Del Rey boys' home)
