This girl doesn't twerk. This girl #werks 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️ I woke up feeling like 💩💩💩 so really wasn't sure how this morning was going to go other than I was going to show and get it done. This prep has enlightened me so much and definitely making me earn my keep that is for sure. Been running at about 75%-80% with colds, asthma and just a combination of things that have been less than ideal. Extremely learning the art of being patience too and grateful for @coachlukeepropst for coaching me along through that and being patient himself adjusting my training daily depending on how my body is feeling. But this morning was a grinder but also one I will take for the team. Warmed to obviously lower weights and then did 2 x 3 225lbs felt good, did 2 x 3 at 235lbs ok great, worked to 1 x 3 at 245lbs and felt like I was losing my soul but ended it with 1 x 255lbs which i haven't pulled since January. Now the question is .....Luke did I get the beginning part right ???
