#Juventus... And the world stands silent!!

Another year, and another Italian league. This time, it comes after people writing Juventus off after 10 rounds of the league. But what has that taught us? If you haven't answered that by now then maybe you should watch golf. What Juventus are achieving year in year out is remarkable and is not easy to achieve. Is the Italian Serie A weak? NO. The fact is Juventus is too strong for everyone else.

What do you need to win a league? No, not money and the best transfers. You need that champion persona. That charisma of stepping on the field patching yourself up from last week's loss and moving on. This is something that Napoli and Roma missed out on. How can you aim at being champions when you're team doesn't have that mentality in them. Championship is a mentality, an action taken towards being the best in your domestic league. Championship is a trait of Juventus in Italy, and currently no other team possesses that. Again!! weak league, NO, just that Juventus is light years away from the rest of the Serie A teams.

What kind of team can pull such a comeback?! 76 points out of a possible 78!! This is remarkable. It's almost as good as Leicester winning the Premier League. Juventus literally came back from the dead with their 34th Scudetto. Whether you like it or not, it is their 34th. Go back and track all the court rulings if you want, it's 34. What made this possible for Juve? And what is the reason behind the constant European failure?

1) Juventus have a very strict board with set expectations for their performance. There is no single individual above the team crest. With a bit of variance on both wings, Juventus are able to approach each game differently and this is what differentiates them from the elite of European football. While Real Madrid sit startled at the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo, Juventus have a squad that can change in names but not in footballing tactics.

3) Buffon. If you don't have Gianluigi Buffon on your team then you are missing out on a lot. This keeper has proved the saying that age is just a number. Having him as a leader on your team is always a positive. Remember his tears because of the fan jeers at the 10th round? Well, this is when you know that football will always be a game of hear no matter how much FIFA and UEFA try t commercialize it with all their bullsh!t about haircuts and suit styles. Buffon is an icon of football that we should all enjoy before he leaves and all we have left are some videos of his greatest ever saves.

4) Scouting and talent. Juventus do not just run behind players who would sell them jerseys. Go read about the Bale looking like an Ape case of Real Madrid and many more other cases. Juventus are able to loan out players to the smaller teams while keeping hold of the Italian talent that is the core of their footballing system. Do you need a reminder that Pogba came to Juve as a free agent and is now worth 100 million according to some reports? Or another reminder about Dybala bring worth 75+ million when he came to Juve at a fee of 32 million plus bonusses. What about Morata, Zaza, Sandro, Rugani and many others under contracts with Juventus. Their only mistake might have been losing Koman to Bayern.

5) The Juventus Stadium. Even if you aren't a Juventus fan; you HAVE TO make it to the Juventus stadium. The management at Juventus is unmatched in Europe and can only be related to the management of Bayern Munchen where the team comes first, and all else is secondary.

Surely the above 5 points do not give justice to Juventus who keep on creating history day in day out. But it's a start of looking into how football should be approached. The over-marketing of the Premier League has started a commercialization process in football that might eat out it's core values. We all hope now that Leicester win the Premier League to prove to the world that big paychecks don't win titles and that football is a game of Heart.
