SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHH there is going to be a HAUNTED MANSION BALL in my area but it will be WHILE I AM NOT IN THIS AREA

I want to go to the historical dance party full of vampiresssssssss but tragically I will be NOT THERE#welp. they are doing edwardian picnic dance while I'm still here and I didn't finish my outfit in time for last year's so I might as well#get back to making those plus fours and order new stockings...#on that note. I have a pretty good handle on where to get bits of costumery for 18thc (though I'm more likely to Stare At than purchase)#does anybody know good suppliers for late nineteenth century reproduction menswear things?#primarily on the hunt for one of those detachable collars since I don't expect to have the capability to make one myself#... I might still be here for the 1920s one and I do have a dress already that's suitable for that#but I have already injured myself doing the charleston once in my life and I don't want to repeat the incident!#also I dress a lot more masculine than I did in 2019... while my lovely turquoise ballgown is Nice it is not the Vibe anymore
