my boss has started setting up my q4 targets already and she's put report writing and literature searches on there..... girl help I can't go back to academia ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
#idm doing risk assessments and coshh assessments and some of the report stuff bc theyre heavily templated already#but free form writing for research purposes... YUCK!#also i asked and we dont even have institutional access here LMAO. i will be on annas archive then i guess......#welll....... thats a problem for july me i still have my q3 targets to meet first#also she said i have to cover it to move from junior lab tech to like. a regular lab tech. so maybe theres an associated payrise..#cuz u need to have worked there a year as well. i shouldve asked smh#well we have another meeting tomorrow to go over it anyway#ANYWAY. 2 and a bit more hours left and i can go hoooome#.diaries
