It's all happening ... ( I will be live on Facebook at 10pm GMT) the 21days spirit, soul and body challenge is loading . Start date is the 7th of Aug. Have you booked your spot? If you haven't then I encourage you to. Have you ever wondered why you are not mindful with your eating. Or .. 'I want to lose weight but the weight doesn't seem to drop off? Well I tell you, the first step to achieving your goal is to admit that you need to make little but sustainable changes to your eating pattern, your fitness and general wellbeing. For some of us , we have learnt to look up to draw strength to stay on course and this has overtime become a life pattern. If it's working for us then why not try it out. The next 21days of this challenge will be an amazing experience for all who get on this challenge. I will be putting out meal plans and fitness plans weekly, style tips, spiritual affirmations. Nothing will be done in isolation, the plans will reflect activities and meals you can enjoy with your family. There will be spiritual backing/angle to this. My God is present to help us succeed as we take this leap of faith to better our lives and start to live and enjoy life to the fullest. £15 for 21days is a tiny investment into your health. Learn to eat with purpose, move with grace and look fab to achieve total wellness spirit , soul and body. Pregnant, post pregnant, young wives, young mothers, all are welcome. Create time to invest in YOU. Be present for those that matter most to you. Invest in your health.
