hiraeth grammy nomination when⁉️⁉️⁉️

u know,  i actually thought about it because i remembered that one anon who called me a beggar  (?????)  for making the sillies too perfect...  they even said something like,  “what’s next, a grammy win?!”  and honestly,  it would’ve been funny if i made it happen tbh… 

but anyway,  to answer the question:  noooooot today!  because despite their popularity,  hiraeth isn’t as big in the western market to gain the white men i mean the grammy’s attention,  mainly because they’ve never really sought western validation and tbh they genuinely do nawt care!  (plus,  oomfies group is popular in the west,  while hiraeth is huge in the east.  like,  this is all part of the lore guys,  i swear).  FUN FACT!  during the 2022 billboard women in music show,  where hiraeth spoke,  won an award,  performed,  and basically stole the spotlight,  kaia addressed something along the lines and even made a pretty bold statement about it.  i kinda mentioned it here and tbh i think she ate despite the little disdain she gained for a minute or two.

anyway.  hiraeth’s first grammy nom and win next year for their silly song for the sonic 3 movie ☝️ TRUST!
