ngl its kind of weird that sonic 3 is supposedly done filming but we havent seen any set pictures or anything . for the first 2 movies pictures started going around during filming and thats how we first found out knuckles was gonna be in the movies. and there were just a lot of leaks in general. like i remember hearing about specific plot details and jokes that were made in the first movie months before it came out . and there were also so many posters and stuff going around of early versions of sonics design. but with the third movie its just . nothing . near complete silence

#well there were some pictures going around iirc in like. august? september? i dont really remember #but im not sure if they were for the movie or the knuckles series . and the only characters there were sonic tails and knuckles #so. no sign of shadow. or any human characters. or anything particularly interesting . which is weird #(not saying i dont care about sonic tails and knuckles they are my beloved little guys but we already knew they were gonna be there #and just seeing them there doesnt inherently reveal anything about the plot. do you get what i mean)
