In Paradox Rodea's dimension...

"This was a great idea, Rodea. Since Dr. Star line took over my lab in my dimension, I can use the lab here for resources and materials..."

"Yeah... I'm glad this lab can be put to good use after..."

Rodea looks down, clearly saddened.

"...I'm really sorry about your Mr. Tinker, Rodea..."

"It's fine... He died saving this dimension... He was a hero...

"Anyway, we better continue bringing resources to SciLab."

With the help of Emerl, Gamma, and Terios, Mr. Tinker and Rodea began moving the materials and resources to Mr. Tinker's lab. In the middle of it, they heard something in the sky.

"UNIDENTIFIED FLYING FORTRESS DETECTED."

"Hey! It's Vanilla's Flying Bakery!"

"Did you say 'Vanilla's Flying Bakery?!'"

Up in the flying house, Vanilla's voice could be heard on the intercom.

"Greetings, everyone! We have a new, special treat for you today. My daughter made strawberry and cream pie. I hope you enjoy it!"

"Strawberry and cream pie? That sounds awesome... Really wish I could eat so I can try some."

"I knew Cream and her mother were great cooks, but I never imagined they'd have a flying fortress to sell their baked goods."

"Funny enough, the Mr. Tinker of this dimension built it for them... And Vanilla doesn't actually sell them. She goes around looking for poor and homeless people who could use a meal..."

"That sounds like Cream and Vanilla, alright. Those two are like purity incarnate."

"INTENTIONS REGISTERED AS GOOD. HOWEVER, ERROR IN LOGIC DETECTED. THEIR BUSINESS CAN'T CONTINUE IF THEY RUN OUT OF RESOURCES."

"You have a point there, Gamma. Rodea, is anyone funding their flying bakery?"

"Oh, gosh... You're right... The Mr. Tinker of my dimension was originally funding them, as well as making sure to give the flying fortress a check up every so often... But with him gone..."

"That shouldn't be a problem! We could have Welch fund them. She loves helping people, and she has plenty of resources to spare. Plus, with her help, Cream and Vanilla can help people in need both here AND the rest of the Multiverse. It's a win-win!"

"Terios, my boy, that's an ingenious idea! You make your father so proud!"

"This also means we'll have Cream and Vanilla as part of the crew, too!"

And so, Rodea flew up to the flying bakery to explain the plan to them. Both grateful to him, as well as happy to see Rodea again after so long, the Rabbit residence accepted the offer and they met up with Welch, who was also on board with the idea. And soon enough...

"There! All done! Everything is set, so you can continue giving out food to the poor all across the Multiverse with no issue! I'll gladly provide any resources you need, Mr. Tinker and the other scientist will give your flying bakery maintenance whenever needed, and Emerl here will serve as bodyguard whenever you go out so you'll stay safe out there! Plus, my employees in the food department will provide extra help for you whenever you need it."

"Thank you so much, Miss Vineyard! We really appreciate it!"

"My pleasure! Glad to have you as part of the team!"

(Cream. Cheese, Vanilla, and Chocola have joined the party!)

"No problem, Tomahawkman! Come back anytime! You're always welcome. And please let others know about the Item Creation Shop as well, okay?"

“Farewell, Tomahawkman,” Storm Eagle said as the Navi rushed off, “It was an honor battling you.”

“Yoo-hoo! Over here, Tomahawkman!” Welch waved her hands to get the Navi’s attention, “Ready to make your purchase? That’ll be 2500 Zenny for the Battle Axe Bundle.

”…I didn’t say anything before, but I noticed how shocked you were when I first told you the price. You wouldn’t be the first one to think my prices are crazy low…

“But truth be told, I actually think my prices for Battle Chips are more reasonable. You see, most shops focus on making someone buy just one chip. However, just having one chip won’t cut it, and some people can’t afford to buy a folder of chips… At least, not a folder of good ones. That’s why the Item Creation Shop’s policy is to make sure all Net Battlers can afford at least a decent folder of chips, and therefore I have them come in special bundles. So instead of spending their savings on just one strong chip, customers can spend it on a strong chip folder.”

“I’m coming!” Tomahawkman replied, and hurried up to the right area. He paid the amount he was asked, and added another 500 zenny as a tip, for all the great services Welch had offered. Not every BattleChip store brought you skilled fighters from other universes so you try out their merchandise!

“Well… To be perfectly honest, I don’t really care about having a good folder.” Tomahawkman admitted, scratching his cheek in slight embarrassement. “See, I don’t really need Chips, when my base attacks are so strong.”

“And Dingo keeps losing the physical versions he owns, so I’d take too many risks if I relied on those…” The Navi sighed. “But I’ll make sure he doesn’t misplace the ones I just bought. They’re gonna be real useful as trump cards, for sure! Thanks again, miss Welch!”

The Item Creation Shop; A vast shop filled with many incredible items and materials on every shelf. Thanks to dimensional travel, there were many different items from different time periods. There were quite a few employees there, some of which appeared to be Reploids. However, it was Welch herself who greeted Colonel.

"Hello there! Glad you could make it! You're the Colonel of Repliforce, right? If Repliforce needs weapons, armor, or other resources, the Item Creation Shop is the place for you!

"Now then... Is there anything in particular you're looking for today?"

"A portable Cyberspace Transporter? I do have something like that! It's called a Rift Link. I actually have friends from the Cyberworld, and I made one for them so they can come and go to the real world and Cyberspace whenever they please. Much more convenient than that Copy Bot they all have to share.

"I actually made a few just in case. I can spare you one of them, but it may take some time for me to build more if you need some for others who might need it."

Welch whistled, and a bire-like program appeared, holding some kind of device that looked like a bracelet and a card.

"They're for the young lady on the other side of the screen, Beat." Welch told the bird.

Beat nodded and went through a portal, which lead to Phoebe's world. The bird flew in front of Phoebe, prepared to give her the items.

"Consider that Rift Link as a free sample. You can try it out and see if it works to your liking while I work on making more. And the card there is your very own I.C.S. Membership Card. With that, you'll get awesome discounts at the Item Creation Shop!

"Now, here's how it works. You wear it around your wrist and press the button. A screen will appear before you so you can enter the information you need for travel. Once you've entered your destination, a portal will appear before you, and it will automatically reconstruct you into data when you go to cyberspace, and back to your regular body when you return to the real world. Safe and easy as pie!

Welch has logged in.

"Hello! Welch Vineyard at your service! My Item Creation Shop is open for business! Anyone looking for weapons, armor, upgrades, and other supplies, can find many great deals on them at my shop. Stop by any time!"

“Oh-!” The sudden appearance of Welch would succeed in both startling and confusing Phoebe, eyes widening as she sat bolt upright in her seat.

“Y-you really shouldn’t be on this system. You know this is Maverick Hunter HQ’s server right??” The virologist would nervously question the purple haired being that had popped up on their screen. “I mean... thank you for the offer and all too but....”

She didn’t want to sound impolite, but weapons and armour in her current build were probably a bit of a waste...

“Hold up, how did you even get in here?” Phoebe would shake her head and focus back on the major concern.

"We finally finished! The Colonel and Iris plush toys are ready, and they come with a special feature where they hold each other's hands through Velcro! Isn't that adorable?

"Iris, Colonel, as promised, I present both of you with your very on plush toys for free. Thank you so much for allowing the Item Creation Shop to make and sell these. Repliforce will be receiving a portion of the funds whenever the plush toys are sold, and it looks like they're selling fast!"

"Hey, Welch. My sister and I would like to buy some plush toys. Can I have a Colonel plush, and can Pandora have an Iris plush?"

"You got it! Colonel and Iris plush toys, coming up!"

"Thank you, Welch. I love how they're brother and sister reploids just like us... Colonel is really cool like my brother, and Iris is so pretty..."

"See that? You two are popular!"

"And as part of our agreement, you get free soda whenever you come visit the Item Creation Shop. I'll also throw in free ice cream, as requested by Tenguman. It's a pleasure doing business with you, Parrot!"

In fact, I'll make sure the plushie come in pairs; one of you and one of Colonel, that way buyers can have both siblings! I know you said it's fine to just have a single Colonel plushy for you, but I feel brother and sister should be together in this package now that you mentioned it.

"And don't worry! With every plushy bought, 40% of the money will go to Repliforce. And believe me, these plushies will be super popular and sold rather quickly. I'll get to work on them as soon as possible, and give you and your brother a pair of plushies for free. Look forward to that, Iris!"

"Howdy! You're Iris, right? Wow, you really are adorable!

"Anyway, I'm here to ask for your permission to make and sell plush toys in your image. If you'll allow me to, I'll send you one for free when they're finished. And if you want to make any sort of negotiations, such as certain items being free for you when you visit the Item Creation Shop or support Repliforce by sending currency, go right ahead. I'm sure we can work something out."

"Wait, you... want to make plushies of me?" Iris asked, blinking in surprise. "Um... of course!"

“I think I’d prefer that a cut of the profits would go to Repliforce. Also... I have a special request... Would it be ok if... I asked that a plushie be made of my brother too? You don’t have to mass-produce them or anything - I’d be fine with just getting one to go with my free plush, if... that’s alright with you?” Iris seemed sort of needlessly timid when making her request, mainly because she knew that Colonel definitely wasn’t most people’s idea of soft and huggable...

"It's true that there are special chips only granted to those with an I.C.S. Membership Card, but I'm willing to give you a card since Lan speaks highly of you. Just sign here, and here, and here, and here, and Knuckles."
