Why am I always feeling hungry?⁣ 😋 ⁣ Ever have those days where you feel hungry no matter what you are doing or eating? Well there may be some reasons behind those hungry feelings.⁣ ⁣ 1: Diet – are you on a restricted calorie intake? If you are then your body may be telling trying to give you a hint that you need more nutrients and calories. ⁣ ⁣ 2: High Sugar Foods – have you noticed that you are consuming more sugary junk then usually? Then you could be missing out on essential nutrients that your body needs⁣ ⁣ 3: Low Protein Diet – protein takes longer for your body to digest, so it often leaves you feeling full longer.⁣ ⁣ 4: Dehydration – Not staying hydrated can often lead to your body confusing thirst for hunger. ⁣ ⁣ 5: Low Fiber Intake – High fiber foods provide volume and take longer for your body to digest. According to @mayoclinic the recommended daily fiber intake should be between 21gram to 38 grams (depending on age)⁣ ⁣ 6: Boredom – feeling stuck #athome lately, not keeping busy. Boredom can lead to overeating and false feelings of hunger. I'm wondering if I'm the only one who has the habit of filling their after picture to the same width of the before instead of matching facial/hand markers? Trying to break this bad habit. Recently got weighed and still 77 lbs down been awhile now... trying to add muscle/laziness, lol. I really need help guys, Idk what to do at this point :-(
I have a question about the "eat fewer calories than your body needs" advice that I keep reading everywhere. For the past 11 months I've been eating anywhere from 1200 to 1500 calories per day. I now find out that since I weigh 195lbs (started even heavier at 237lbs) , 5"9 the amount of calories that is needed to maintain my body weight is approximately 195x15 =2925 calories. I have been eating significantly less than that for several months and at 1500 calories, I cannot afford to cut 500 calories which is what every article suggests that we do in order to lose fat. I do cardio and weight training and I always vary/intensify my program. I've been stuck at this weight for at least 3 months and I don't know what to do. Please help :-(

Hey could anyone just tell me wether it’s you would lose more weight by eating ‘normally’ one day filling out all the calories of what a normal person eats for a day, or is it better to not eat anything and then eat lots of sweet, sugary, unhealthy stuff but only filling out your daily budget of calories to the half? Because my logic tells me that the first option should make you maintain your weight while with the other option you should still lose weight. But it doesn’t seem to work that way and it seems that you gain more weight by just eating a little but unhealthy than more and healthy? I don’t know if my question makes any sense but please answer in my question box if you have a clue!
