About me
I’m 23yrs old, I go by they/them (agender) and you can call me Finn/Finch (not my real name).
I’ve never been diagnosed bc the nhs is shit but I’ve had disordered eating since I was around 11 and I started actively restricting at around 14. Tried recovery for the first time at 20 and then relapsed at least once a year since then and I’m back at it again now but this time I’m determined to reach my UGW and get the body I’ve wanted for over a decade.

Starting my dvd collection and I’m so excited my goal is to be able to cancel at least one of my streaming services and save like £10 a month which doesn’t sound like a lot but for me it is. Also it’ll mean I won’t need to watch any live tv/IPlayer so I won’t have to pay for a tv license 😁

Snacks - phd protein w/ raspberries, fruit slices x3, dried strawberry, bbq baked corn
Total - 753
Steps - 4858
Yoga - 35mins
Calisthenics- 15 mins
Pissed off I hardly got any steps in at all and then I ate more than I planed, it was all healthy stuff but still more than I wanted. Need to get my shit together.

Made myself a little weekly tracker to try stay motivated. The extra days is bc I didn’t want to have to try fit it all in nearly when they’re not even half weeks at the start or end of the month 😅 and then the weigh ins and measurements will be done every Sunday morning.
Want to lose 10lbs by Christmas but idk at the rate I’m currently losing it’ll be more like 5-7lbs which I guess is still good idk it would be so good to be under 140 by then esp since I know I will gain over the holidays from eating/drinking
