advise please
I eat fast food not too often, but enough to where I’m getting a bit bigger. My issue then becomes my stomach absolutely hating me and spend all morning in the bathroom. Then boom I’ve lost all the weight I put on.
How do I keep the weight on??
you don’t have to eat fast food to get bigger 🥺 figure out what foods your body is okay with, and learn to make them yourself!! it’s cheaper in the long run and you’ll feel better!!
fast food is *not necessary* to gain weight. you can gain weight by eating a shit ton of literally anything—i lived off of steak salads for a bit and gained weight bc ranch is fatty asf, lol!! nourish yourself and make sure you’re getting enough fiber!!!

Imagine being 9 years old and asking your dad about the things you're interested in doing when you grow up and he's like "No ❤️! But you can get married, have babies, and then maybe your sons can do those things ☺️🫶 "
#arya stark#one of those /wtf Ned/ moments#then people act like she invented misogyny cause she was like /uuuhhhhh no thanks that's not me/#/Arya is masculine/ and she's literally just a child who has interests outside of her patriarchy-assigned role#the way people read this and then demonize Arya for not silently conforming like people expect her to...#that's the ingrained misogyny from being socialized in a patriarchal society speaking babes 😭#cannot stress enough how Arya is just an average little girl and what makes her behavior stand out is their society's strict gender norms#her life + learning almost entirely revolves around the fact that she is being raised to be a wife and people resent her for wanting more :#she is NINE in AGoT and her parents are discussing her refinement because /In a few years she will be of an age to marry/#the way misogyny is explored in Arya's story is actually so brilliant and well-written (+ underappreciated) though#we feel the full weight of how restrictive their society is through her POV and get the experiences of lower-class women too#which is why it's so significant that George wrote her based on feminists who realized they wanted more than becoming wives/housewives#she's one of his key characters who will /change the world/ but people think he's sticking her on a boat bc she isn't feminine enough 😭#thank god he's writing the books and not any of these reductive hacks who thinks misogyny is subversive 🙏🏾#sidenote: would've loved to see this from her POV to get her feelings when he said this cause I'm sure it doesn't match Ned's perception#considering he views her main issues as being stubborn/difficult while we know about the self-esteem issues she has

im gonna say something ppl say is problematic:
a dress saying it can make u look 5kg slimmer faster than you can get surgery to actually become 5kg slimmer isnt "fatphobic" or "pro-ana". its a tongue in cheek over-exaggerated way of saying the dress is very flattering and creates the illusion of a slimmer body. wanting a slimmer body isnt always (or even usually) indicative of having an eating disorder. most people want to wear clothes that flatter them! but the words "plastic surgery" and "diet" have triggered kneejerk "omg so problematic!!!" reactions.
also, even *if* it were ED related, being mad a jirai influencer made something related to a mental disorder and not in an "uwu ur so valid but also just stop having symptoms and unhealthy behaviors bc thats problematic and ur mental illness will spread" way is sooooo braindead. "i get some jirais want to protect the lifestyle but-" wrong, the people in the jirai kei subculture want to keep people who judge and shit on the culture of jirai kei (mental illness community thats neither pro nor anti recovery, even indicates in its name that it may be toxic or unhealthy) while wearing the styles we commonly wear but calling them all "jirai kei fashion" instead of their OG names bc the tag is more popular and claiming it makes them a part of our culture OUT of our subculture. because its already gotten bad enough that ppl who do use the OG names for things get attacked, and jirai girls are looked down on and called weird and problematic by the people who want to call themselves one of us while treating jirai subculture as a costume. fuck off and leave us alone people, the name of the subculture says its toxic!! idk what influencer lied to u ab that being "just a stereotype" and not the core of the subculture, or that jirai kei is the name of a spwcific new fashion and "the lifestyle" is separate, but you should be mad at them, not us.

Ang ganda yung art mo GGHHHOORLLLL!
I was looking at the line work you do and was wondering: do you ink it physically and then scan it, or is it fully digital? It's really good and gives a solid grit to it and adds texture to your works. How do you do that?
shdhfh maraming salamatttt 💞💕
99% of what I post here is all digital because I don’t really have access to a scanner very often! my inking style looks the way it does because I draw traditionally in my sketchbooks a LOT and the way I ink digitally is Exactly The Same as I do traditionally (which is why you see a lot of double lines in my inking, stray lines, or scribbling when I fill in solid blacks without the fill tool, I also always turn off any stabilization features a brush might have bc I don’t like the way it feels) and I often go looking for brushes that are gritty or crunchy so that it looks similar to the pens I use on paper!
Tumblr media
You can see a bunch of the stray lines and general scribbling I did here, which is exactly what my irl sketchbooks look like, and the circled brushes (I edited these after I downloaded them all to have 0 stabilization) are the ones I used for it!

What's your process? I see you don't use lineart, how do you think your pieces?
by lineart u mean like a base sketch? if it is, when it comes to trad art i try to go with materials that cant be erased as an exercise
when making a piece it kind of gets easier to plan out when u have more confidence on your lines, so by being unable to erase it obligates you to pay more attention. plus its more freeing when you dont care if u mess up cus either way you cant erase any of it (might as well make it count!!!)
also i draw. a lot. so the more you do it the easier it is to sort out what elements youd like to include/how to include them, id say most of my process goes by muscle memory at this point, and in other aspects i still have no idea what im doing. but we try💪

god fucking bless jordan captainsparklez for very diligently and cheerfully talking about the design choices he is making for his house in isles and why. it is entirely made out of glass and stone bricks and lacks any and all detailing save for minor ones in the ceiling. it objectively does not look very good. i am absolutely enamored with his attitude towards building and this is helping me feel better about my own building skills in minecraft

Hey pretty people~
I would like to ask something if you don't mind (• ▽ •;)
I don't think I have an 3d (or at least no one ever thought that I could have one...? I'm talking about doctors), but I often feel guilty when I eat, even if it wasn't technically a lot of food (I hope that makes sense ;;;;). I feel like my stomach is too full and I wish I didn't need to eat to survive...
I also realize that I'm not fat, I know I'm thin, but I really wish some parts of my body were way skinnier (this is difficult to explain and english is not my first language, so I'm sorry T^T).
I always have this overwhelming guilt every time I eat something and it takes a while to make it disappear...
I don't even understand why I feel this way... I don't know if it's linked to my bpd because I've read that borderline people can experience body dysmorphia (I hope this sentence makes sense lol) which could be my case because I always had and still have a lot of problems with the way I see myself and I literally hate every inch of my body.
Do you perhaps experience this kind of thing and do you know what it is? I would be happy if you could help me because I've felt like this for probably years and I'm confused (╯︵╰,)
Thanks in advance!!
