Back in the villa, as the dates are finishing up, Jade and Raphael worry about what’s going on, on these dates.

Jade: I’m just worried because me and Nathan aren’t exactly exclusive or anything. Like we haven’t even kissed yet.

Raphael: Same with Aurora and I. But we have kissed.

Jade: Do you think Aurora would try things on with one of the new heels?

Raphael: I’m not sure. It’s only day 6. So, I feel like no one really has any deep connections or exclusivity in their relationships.

Jade: Yeah, no one’s tied down yet. They have every right to get to know the new heels.

Raphael: That’s what worry’s me.

Jade: Trust me. Aurora’s a nice girl. She wouldn’t go behind your back and flit with someone else. 

As these words leave Jade’s lips, Aurora steps onto the patio.

Aurora: Hey guys.

Isaac is also with her, however he sees Merylee and Alex sat out on deckchairs and wants to avoid them at all costs. He goes straight past and heads for the main garden.

Raphael: Aurora! Hi. [Getting up to greet her] How was your date?

Aurora: Great! Daisy is so great!

Raphael: Oh. [His voice saddens a bit]

Jade rises from her seat. 

Jade: I’ll let you guys talk it out. [She leaves them]

Raphael nods her off whilst lifting Aurora’s hands.

Aurora: Aw, were you scared.

Raphael: Honestly, yeah. 

Aurora: Really? Haha, that’s so cute. 

This embarrasses Raph, his face goes a light red.

Aurora: Don’t worry. Nothing happened. We just joked around most of the time.

Raphael: Really? No flirting?

Aurora: I mean.. [Not wanting to hurt his feelings] There was light flirting. But nothing I wouldn’t do in front of you.

Raphael: Okay. You know, you can flirt with other people. I’m not one of those crazy guys that locks a girl down.

Aurora: I know, I know. I’m just not one of those girls that flirts with someone behind their guys back.

Raphael: That’s good to know, now let’s sit. Tell me all about the date.

They both sit as Aurora starts to explain everything that happened, trying to gloss over the flirting between her and Daisy.

First letter has been written and is on its way to boot camp!!! . Fun fact: Since grade school, my Son would sign greeting cards using his first AND last names -- even the ones meant for family -- true story, all of the Father's Day/Mother's Day/Birthday cards we've received over the years are ALL signed with our Son's full name. . It took A LOT of restraint to NOT sign the letter "Love always, Liz Thompson," because being a new recruit is hard and, well, I wouldn't do that to him...not in the first letter, anyway...because I'm a grown-up, like that! . #week1day6 #semperfi

Didn't really have to use them a lot, but the difference is noticeable in my downward facing dog. They're pretty comfortable. It was a relax day. I can't fake it, this is a tough program. 😂 I was glad to get back in gear this morning with #coredeforce #week1day6. Dynamic strength is no joke, but ANYBODY can do it!! No skipping days, did miss a couple days for a great some catching up with friends and veterans. I chose the wrong flavour. I tried the husband’s one and the cookie dough tastes way better than the vanilla almond crunch.

These babies are dense. Took me 10 minutes to eat one.

1.6 Alfonso

5:06 pm. May 27, 2014. Coffee Shop. He flips his hands around, as he tells his story among friends who were listening. He gestures his hand like a gun, and exclaims: "BANG!"

The male senior citizen, whose age seemed to be around his late seventies. He was small as his back was crouched, leaning back on the plastic chairs. He had a small round face with a bald spot on the peak of his head, ombre black hair starting on his sides that turned white at the ends. He had large ears and a full pearly set of teeth - but they would surely be dentures. Rectangular obsidian frames aided his sight as he wore them all throughout. He wore a striped sky blue short-sleeved collared polo that was tucked in his denim shorts, held up by a black belt. On his left hand was a silver circular watch, that he rarely checks up on. His footwear were grey and white running shoes, that had a black check symbol.    He sits in a leisurely and casual manner, with his elbows both on the table as his hands did all the illustrating. He chuckles, laughs and points to his two friends, moving animately. His nostrils would flare once he would laugh out loud and smirk with the right corner of his mouth. 

He wastes no time to tell stories to his friends of roughly the same age, in conversation with a few cups of coffee. Although unlike him, they were wearing slacks and loafers. His body is old, but his spirit is still that of a young man. He has a young heart.  He reminds me of an Alfonso. Yes, I’ll call him "Lolo Alfonso”.

Renee and Daisy step out and gasp as they see the garden.

Renee: Holy shit. I can’t believe I’m actually here!

Daisy: It’s so pretty.

Nathan: How would you like a full tour?

As he says this, all the other islanders come running over to introduce themselves to the new heels. It becomes overwhelming as there soon becomes way too many people in this small space.

Renee: Why don’t we have this welcome around the fire pit? We can all get to know each other there.

The islanders agree and head over.

They all take random seats around the fire pit, with Minkie and Nathan sat next to Renee and Jade and Raphael sat next to Daisy. One by one, everyone goes down the line introducing themselves, with Daisy and Renee also joining in.

Jade: There is no way you’ll remember all these names!

Renee: Actually, I already know them all. We’ve been watching the show.

This surprises everyone.

Jade: Oh! So, who do you fancy then?

Renee and Daisy look around, not wanting to give anything away.

Daisy: I’ve got my eyes on a few.

Renee: Yeah same. 

Minkie: Go on, we’re all ears.

Daisy: I think I’ll keep mine to myself. However, obviously I fancy the people I took on dates; Aurora and Elliot.

Lydia: Hmm interesting. And Renee?

Renee: Umm, I’ve not got anything to loose so I’ll just say mine. 

Renee: My top three are definitely; Isaac, Nathan and Raphael. 

Raphael and Isaac blush. Nathan is too focused on Jade’s reaction to do anything. Jade doesn’t even twitch.

Jade: I’d love to hear how the dates went. Renee, do you wanna start?

Renee looks defensively at Jade.

Renee: Babes, if you wanna know how my date went with Nathan, he’ll tell you himself.

Everyone’s in an awkward silence, even Jade. Luckily, Aurora is there to break it.

Aurora: Anyway! Tell us about yourselves.

Daisy is the first to speak up.

Daisy: Uh, well I’m Daisy and I’m a writer. I love Phantom!

Minkie, Georgia and Codi’s faces light up.

Daisy: And know too many shitty movie quotes to count.

Minkie: You sound like my kinda person! 

Codi: Yeah, you’ll fit in nicely here. 

Minkie: Renee, what about you?

Renee: I’m an actress. Or at least, I want to be. It’s my life goal. I’m pretty shy and a lot self conscious. 

Minkie: But you’re stunning? 

Isaac: That’s what I was telling her!

Merylee’s eyes turn red.

Renee: You’re all too kind. 

Minkie: You just need some confidence! Trust me, you’ll find it in here. We’re all really chill.

Renee: I’m so excited to get things started! Where’s the alcohol! 

Renee jumps out of her seat and jokingly acts out taking shots. She’s definitely gonna enjoy herself here.

Jade struts across the garden to Nathan, he’s been in the bedroom since getting back from his date, so she hasn’t has a chance to talk to him yet today. Let’s hope this goes well.

Nathan: Hey, my little cheetah girl. How’s it going?

Jade: Your ‘little’ what?

Nathan: Cheetah girl. You know? That Disney movie with  Raven-Symoné. Cos you wear cheetah print a lot, I thought it’d be a cute nickname.

Jade: Okay, I guess that is kinda cute... And yeah, cheetah print if my favourite colour. 

Nathan: Cheetah print isn’t a colour....

Jade: You know what I mean!

Jade sits down next to him.

Jade: So, how was your date with Renee?

Nathan: It was great! I really enjoyed myself.

Jade: What? Great?

That was not the answer she was hoping for.

Nathan: Yeah, as far as dates go. Renee’s super cool.

Jade: Ummm.. Way to spare my feelings!

Nathan: What? [Genuinely confused] Jade, I-

Jade: I don’t wanna hear it!

Nathan: I’m sorry. It all came out wrong.

Jade: Yeah, it sure did. [Pissed off]

Nathan: I still like you!

Jade: But you also like Renee? Don’t you?

Nathan: M- [He pauses and thinks a second]

Jade: Well?

Nathan: Maybe... But I still-

Jade: Whatever! I don’t wanna hear it. If you like Renee, then go ahead. You can have her.

Nathan: No. I don’t want Renee! I want you. I was just saying I had fun on my date. That’s all.

Jade: Well, the way you’ve gone about saying it has made me feel like a right mug. 

Nathan: I’m sorry. I suck at this kinda stuff.

Jade: [In the beach hut much later on] I can’t believe him! I feel like he didn’t even think about my feelings! It’s just really made me think about things and our whole relationship. I know it hasn’t started yet, but, I know I don’t wanna date someone that sucks at communication. I just feel a bit jealous knowing he had such a good time with the new girl.

Back outside.

Nathan: I’m really really sorry.

Jade: Thank you, I’m sorry for going a bit crazy. It just annoyed me the way you spoke about her.

Nathan: It was sort cute seeing how jealous it made you...

Jade: I was not jealous! 

Nathan: Haha, you’re not fooling anyone!

Nathan and Jade start laughing over the small argument they just had. 

[minkiesims]

Daisy and Renee step out into the villa, the sun warms their skin nicely.

Daisy: Finally. 

Renee: This is great.

Daisy: Yeah, I could really get used to being here.

They stroll across the deck, pass by a few islanders in the pool and land on two deck chairs.

Renee: Could you be a babe and apply my sun cream? 

Daisy: Of course! Only if you apply mine.

Renee nods and pulls out her lotion. Daisy grins, takes it from her and starts rubbing it all over Renee’s body.

Renee: Ah, that feels amazing!

When Daisy is done, she lies back down on her sun lounger and hands the lotion to Renee.

Daisy: Do you mind if I take off my bikini? It’s just get in the way.

Renee: Nope, it’s no problem.

Daisy lies on her front and unclips her bikini at the back. Things seem to be getting a little sensual between these two...

Renee: There, all done.

Daisy: Thanks, I bet that got the flats in the pool smiling.

Renee: Mmm, yeah.

Daisy: Who do you like then? Nathan or Isaac?

Renee: Too soon to tell. What about you? Aurora or Elliot?

Daisy: Same as you. Way too early to know.

Renee: Okay, but you’ve gotta have a preference?

Daisy: Well, initially I was most attracted to Aurora, I think. But then Elliot really surprised me on the date. So honestly, I have no clue.

Renee: Kinda the same with me. I was more attracted to Nathan, but knew he liked Jade, so wasn’t so sure he’d wanna try things with me. But then he liked me as well so I’m stuck.

Daisy: And Isaac?

Renee: Yeah, I really like him too. I guess we’ll only really know as the competition goes on.

Daisy: Yeah, of course.

[minkiesims]

After Isaac returned from his date, he headed straight over to Georgia and Codi to talk to them about where is head is at.

Isaac: I’m stuck, guys.

Codi: With what?

Georgia: What’s wrong?

Isaac: Merylee! I don’ know what to do. I’ve spoken to her about Alex, I’ve spoken to Alex about her and I’m getting nowhere. 

Codi: Sounds like you need to sit them both down and discuss what’s going on.

Isaac: Yeah, maybe. I’m not sure that would help though. We would just be going round in circles. 

Georgia: I see why you’re stuck...

Isaac: Yeah... But, on the positive, my date with Renee went really well!

Codi and Georgia excitedly cheer.

Georgia: That’s great!

Isaac: I just wish Merylee would end things with one of us, so we can move on. Because I still feel guilty getting to know Renee.

Georgia: Why though? You have nothing to feel guilty about. Merylee is doing the exact same to you.

Codi: She has a point.

Isaac: I just want a recoupling to come so I can just put this whole drama to rest.

Isaac thinks forward to the recoupling. Now that there is more heels than flats, it means that it will be the flats choice of who they wanna recouple with. Meaning it’ll be a race between Alex and Isaac of who will get to pick Merylee first.

Isaac: Shit. She won’t even have to make her mind up. Because it’ll be flats choice.

Georgia: Oh my god. That’s so annoying. 

Isaac: At least it means there’s a 100% chance I won’t be going home.

Georgia: Okay that’s true. At least there’s some positivity. 

Codi and Georgia start laying out all the different possibilities of what Isaac can do. He tries his hardest to listen and understand but is still overall confused. Before they can explain it to him in depth, the new heels arrive back from there dates.

Daisy: This place is sick! Hi everyone!

Daisy yells through the villa, everyone hears her.

Renee: It looks just like how it does on TV.

They walk through to the main garden, passing by the small patio where a few islanders are sat. As they pass, the islanders all jump up to follow them.

Meet Daisy!

Daisy is an 18-year-old author from Sunset Valley. She described herself as a ‘stay-at-home mum with no kids’. She loves a good laugh and piña coladas. She’s looking for something long term ad a person that can put up with her humour and niche movie references. 

[minkiesims]

As the new heels pick out their outfits for the day, the flats downstairs, discuss how their dates went.

Isaac: It’s actually mental how much me and Renee got on.

Nathan: Your date with her went well too?

Isaac: Yeah, it’s got my head spinning.

Nathan: Honestly, me too. Obviously, I like Jade. But it’s nice meeting someone fresh and new.

Isaac: Maybe we’ll have to fight over her, haha.

Nathan: Nah, if you want Renee, you can have her. I’ve got a good thing going with Jade.

Isaac: Thanks man, but I still have something with Merylee. I think all of our heads are gonna be flipped next recoupling.

Nathan: Yeah. [Looking over at Elliot] And, Oh my god! How did your date go with Daisy??? Tell us everything!!

Elliot: It was amazing! I had so much fun. 

Isaac: That’s so great!

Elliot: Finally things are looking good for me.

Nathan: Do you think she likes you?

Elliot: I hope so. I sure as hell like her. [Turning to Isaac] Man, you were there when Aurora was on her date with Daisy? How did it look?

Isaac: Uhh.. [Trying to not hurt Elliot’s feelings] There was definitely a lot of laughing and maybe some flirting... But I really couldn't tell. I was way too focused on Renee.

Elliot: Oh okay.

Nathan: Mate! Don’t even worry about Aurora. She’s into Raph, and is probably going to pick him next recoupling.

Elliot: Yeah maybe.

Isaac: Nathan’s right. And, you only have to think about how you and Daisy are getting along. No one else. Relationships are between two people, not three.

Elliot: You guys are right...

Isaac: Of course we are!

Connor arrives to check on the boys.

Connor: You alright? I was basically alone up there.

Nathan: Yeah, we’e just chatting about the new heels.

Connor: All good stuff? They seem like really genuine girls.

Connor comes over and sits next to Nathan.

Isaac: Of course. So much so, that both me and Nathan fancy Renee!

Connor: Wait really! [To Nathan] What about Jade?

Nathan: I gotta talk to her. I still like her, but don’t wanna put all my eggs in one basket.

Connor: Yeah, I get that.

Elliot: Are any of these girls turning your head, Connor?

Connor: Nope. I only have eyes for Minkie.

[minkiesims]

Everyone is still sat around the fire pit chatting with the new heels, the sun shines down on them all. 

Georgia: Do you girls wanna get changed into swimsuits? It’s really hot today and gives us an excuse to show you the dressing room?

Daisy: Sure, lead the way. I can’t wait to jump straight into that pool!

Georgia leads Daisy and Renee upstairs to get dressed, giving them a little tour on the way. This makes Codi a little jealous.

Georgia: And finally [Finishing off the tour] we have the dressing room. I think it’s for both heels and flats, but only us heels ever use it. Make yourself at home.

Daisy: For a dressing room, it’s surprisingly clean.

Daisy sits at one of the vanity tables and starts goofing around with the mirror.

Renee: Which dressers can we use?

Georgia: Any. The clothes in there are for all of us, provided by Sims Love Island.

Renee: So I can wear anything in here?

Georgia: Yeah, anything.

Renee excitedly searches through the large draws and wardrobes for the perfect swimsuit. After a few minutes, she finally finds it. 

Renee: This is the one. 

Daisy: Ooooh, very nice. Let me have a look for one.

Daisy now scavenges through the clothes, letting Renee fix up her makeup. 

Georgia: So, why Sims Love Island?

Renee: I’ve just never found the right guy... Or any guy for that matter. Been single my whole life.

Georgia: Shut up! [In disbelief] There is no way that’s true. Look at you.

Renee: I don’t actually know why I can never find anyone. That’s why I wanted to come in here and test out the waters with every kind of person.

Georgia: I’m sure you’ll find someone in here. 

Renee: I hope so.

[minkiesims]

Back to Daisy and Aurora’s date, the two are chatting about life in the villa.

Daisy: So, are happy with Raphael?

Aurora: What do you mean? I’m not exactly with him, yet.

Daisy: I just mean, are you happy with where things are going with him.

Aurora: Oh! Yeah, I won’t lie, things are going great with Raph. And yesterday we went on this amazing date.

Daisy’s face drops.

Aurora: But, I haven’t 100% settled on him. It’s way too soon.

Daisy: Alright, that’s good to know.

Aurora: Like, you seem like a class girl. I’d love to see where things take us.

Daisy: Oh really? 

Aurora: You sound surprised?

Daisy: You’re just so beautiful. I kinda asked you on a date as a “for a laugh cos she won’t like me back” sorta thing.

Aurora: Why wouldn’t I like you back? You’re amazing company. 

Daisy: You think?

Aurora: Yes!

Aurora: You’re funny, sweet and cute as hell. I’d be honoured to get to know you more in the villa!

Daisy doesn’t know what to say. For the first time ever, she’s full speechless.

Aurora: Uh oh. Did I come off too strong?

Daisy: No, no, no. Not at all. I’m just so- shocked. 

Aurora: Even if we on’t end up together, I’m sure there a dozen people in that villa that will fall for your charm. Trust me.

Almost overflowing with happiness, Daisy sits there with a massive grin on her face. This date was going swimmingly.

Returning to Renee and Isaac, there date also seems to be going great. The two can’t stop laughing, they are both throwing jokes back and forth.

Isaac: You know, you’re a right laugh Renee. 

Renee: Same goes to you. I don’t want this date to end!

Isaac: Honestly, hope it never does. We should just run away from this competition and just tell each other jokes the rest of our lives.

Renee: Nah, if we did that our lives would be very short. They have snipers watching for if we do that very thing.

Isaac: Oh, yeah. Forgot about that.

Renee: I did for a second too. I don’t know how you did it, but you just took my mind off of everything.

Isaac: Is that a good thing?

Renee: Yeah, I think so.

*Ding* 

Renee receives a text.

Renee: Oh, I think that means it’s end of the date.

Isaac: Yeah probably.

Renee looks down at her phone, the text tells her that it’s time for Isaac to go and send in the next person.

Isaac: Next person? You get two dates?

Renee: Apparently! 

Isaac: I only got one date, when I arrived! Anyway, who would you like?

Renee: Ummm, can you go and get Nathan please.

Isaac: Sure thing, babe.

Isaac gets up, hugs Renee and then heads off.

[minkiesims]

As Aurora approaches Daisy, she can’t help but notice how cute she is. Even though she had a great date with Raphael the day before, shes not going to put all her eggs in his basket and not try things with Daisy.

Daisy: Hiya, lovely. Great day today isn’t it.

Aurora: It’s a bit too early, personally, but yea it’s stunning out.

Daisy: I’m Daisy, and you must be Aurora?

Aurora: I must be. Wouldn’t it be awkward if they sent you the wrong person.

Daisy: Knowing my luck, that’s bound to happen.

Daisy pulls out Aurora’s chair and gestures for her to sit. 

Aurora: What a gentle- uh [She struggles to finish her sentence] Woman?

Daisy: [Noticing her struggle] Did you think I was a man for a second?

Aurora: No, no! I was trying to find the female equivalent of gentleman. 

Daisy: Haha, I know. Was only teasing.

Aurora: Oh my god, you had me so worried!

Daisy: Oopsie, sorry. 

Suddenly, Daisy starts wheezing with laughter, which sets Aurora off.

Aurora: Oh my god! [Continuing to laugh] You have the cutest laugh!

Daisy: Really? [Laughing still] That’s good, cos I laugh a lot!

Aurora: I’m excited to hear it more!

On the other side of the field, Isaac introduces himself to his date, Renee.

Isaac: Hey, I’m Isaac.

Renee: Hi, it’s actually great to finally meet you! I’m Renee. If I’m honest, it’s amazing just seeing another human being! I’ve been cooped up in a hotel room for almost a week!

Isaac: A week? That sounds terrible. I’m glad I was only stuck in mine for a few days.

Renee: Let’s sit. I’ve been stood all morning! 

Isaac: After you, beautiful.

Renee and Isaac take their seats and both take a long sip of their drinks, fresh iced tea.

Renee: It’s crazy to finally be on the show. I’ve been watching from the hotel room since it started.

Isaac: Wait really? I didn’t get to watch before I entered. 

Renee: Yeah, I remember your reaction when you found out Trina died. I felt so sorry for you!

Isaac: You know about the murders?

Renee: Yeah, since day 2. I was so terrified in my little room. I was all alone just watching Trina burn to death. 

Isaac: That’s so awful! I wonder if there’s more people in hotel rooms watching right now?

Renee: Most likely, although they’re not watching now. We were given a highlight reel every evening. 

Isaac: At least this way everyone’s prepared for the murders. It’s so sick and twisted. We lost Leo last night.

Renee: Yeah, I heard. I’m just glad it wasn’t you! I was so nervous when they said you were up for elimination! I voted for you.

Isaac: [Picking up his drink again] Wait! The future islanders are the one’s voting! 

Renee: Yeah. It was a lot of stress knowing that peoples lives were on the line.

Even though Renee is talking about really dark topics, her voice seems very cheery and lively. Maybe it’s just her excitement?

Isaac: Okay, I have to ask. Which heels voted for me as least dateable?

Renee: I can’t say that! [Shocked he’d even ask] That would ruin the fun! Also I don’t really remember, I think a few. 

Isaac: Damn.. Sorry to keep going on abut the show. Let’s change the subject.

Renee: Good idea.

Isaac: So, why did you pick me for this date?

Renee: Well, I’m interested on getting to know you. You seem like a really genuine person.

Isaac: I like to think I am.

Renee: Hehe, are you happy I picked you? I know you’re with Merylee and everything but..

Isaac: Yeah, how could I be upset when a girl as pretty as you picks me for a date? Also who knows where Merylee’s head is at.

Renee blushes.

Welcome to Day 6!

The islanders are peacefully sleeping after last nights intense elimination. Jade sleeps alone as she is now single. The couples still together are..

Merylee and Elliot

Georgia and Raphael

Minkie and Nathan

Aurora and Connor

Lydia and Alex 

I say still together, yet all of them are all just friends with each other. The only romantic relationship in the villa are all coupled up with the wrong people. Hopefully a recoupling will help them all join with the person they want. Until then, it’s new islander time! 

*Ding* 

Aurora is awoken by a loud text, dinging in her ear.

Aurora: What the hell? It’s way too early?

She looks down at her phone and reads...

The Text: “Good morning, Aurora! Today, new heel Daisy has picked you to go on a date. Hurry up and get ready to go!”

Excited, Aurora jumps out of bed. She had just been on a date yesterday, and isn’t complaining about the back to back dates. As she makes her way to the dressing room, she spots Isaac also getting out of bed.

Aurora: Sorry! Did I wake you?

Isaac: Nah, my phone did! I’ve got a date with a new heel, Renee.

Aurora: Me too! But with Daisy.

Isaac: Nice! Let’s go get ready.

Aurora scampers upstairs Isaac following behind. 

Isaac: I’m gonna get dressed upstairs too. Don’t wanna wake the others!

As they get to the dressing room, Isaac looks around, shocked. 

Isaac: You girls get this whole makeup room? That’s so sweet. We just have to get dressed in the bedroom.

Aurora: I mean, you can get dressed up here if you boys want. But it’s usually full of stressed girls doing their makeup. Adding a group of men to the mix doesn’t sound like a great idea.

Isaac: Oh yeah, you’re probably right.

One getting ready montage later, and Aurora and Isaac are dressed and heading down the date location. For both of them, these are their second dates.

They arrive on a sandy field and see two gazebos with the two new heel stood in each. Let’s meet them!
