A piece of advice for couples who are planning to tie the knot in 2025
Your Wedding, Your Story: Own It As you start to plan your wedding, remember that this day is all about you two and your love story. It's easy to get caught up in trends, social media hype, and what everyone else thinks, but the most beautiful weddings are those that genuinely reflect your personalities as a couple. Don't feel pressured to follow standard concepts; if you want to experiment with something uncommon, go for it! Choose things that appeal to you, whether it's the setting, the decor, or the food. Focus on what is most significant: the people you love, the moments you'll share, and the memories you'll make together. Enjoy the planning process as an opportunity to show your distinct perspective, and remember that it's about creating a day that feels right for both of you. When you stay true to yourselves, your wedding will be not only beautiful but also filled with meaning.

Top 3 design & decor trends ruling the wedding season
a. Nature-Inspired Elegance: Weddings are going to recognize the beauty of the outdoors, with décor that blends harmoniously with nature. Rich greenery, floral displays that mimic untamed gardens, and organic substances like wood and stone can be considered. Couples are likely to opt for earthy tones like sage green, terracotta, and soft neutrals, resulting in an organic, grounded look that appears both fresh and timeless. This trend will capitalize on their desire for an outside experience even in inside environments, connecting people to nature. b. Bold and Beautiful Colours: Bright hues will take the stage, replacing soft pastels. Think deep emerald greens, rich sapphire blues, and ruby reds, which are frequently combined with metallics such as gold or copper for a luxurious look. Couples will choose vibrant color schemes that stand out, giving their wedding a modern and dramatic atmosphere that is far from traditional. It's all about striking out and producing outstanding decor. c. Your Story, Your Style: Personalization is going to be huge. Couples will want their wedding to feel like an extension of who they are, so expect decor that tells their unique story. From custom monograms to table settings inspired by their favorite places, every detail will be tailored to reflect their journey together. Themes will go beyond just colors—they’ll transform venues into immersive experiences, like a whimsical vintage setting or a dreamy fairytale. It’s all about making each wedding feel one-of-a-kind and full of personal meaning.

Top 3 trends ruling the wedding season in 2025.
Destination Weddings with a Local Flair: Couples will prioritize incorporating their chosen wedding location's local culture and traditions. Whether it's a beach wedding in the Maldives or a royal wedding in Udaipur, the trend will involve local artisans, regional cuisines, traditional music, and cultural ceremonies. This adds an authentic, exclusive touch to the celebration, making it memorable for the couple and their guests.
Minimalist Elegance: While maximalist, extravagant weddings remain popular, a growing proportion of couples prefer sleek, minimalist themes that emphasize clean lines, neutral palettes, and subtle decor. Consider elegant blooms, statement lighting, and architectural features instead of overly extravagant arrangements. The elegant simplicity of minimalist designs will take center stage, emphasizing significant details.
Eco-Weddings with a Digital Twist: Beyond sustainable practices, tech-savvy couples will use technological advances to design environmentally conscious weddings. Some examples of how couples will integrate sustainability and cutting-edge technology include digital invitations, live-streamed ceremonies for overseas guests, and virtual reality guest books. This trend additionally incorporates eco-friendly materials and virtual experiences, that add a green, modern edge.

How a Production Team Prepares for a Big Wedding Day
When you picture a beautiful wedding, it's easy to focus on the flowers, lights, and happy faces, but behind the scenes, a whole production team works tirelessly to make it happen. On the big day, the team starts early—probably before the sun rises. You'll see them setting up stage platforms, and carefully arranging the lighting, sound, and any other technicals. Vendor coordination is crucial for production, ensuring that every element aligns perfectly for a seamless execution on the big day.
Each person has a role, from ensuring the tables are set up just right to double-checking that the flower arrangements are flawless. Communication is key: They’re constantly in touch via walkie-talkies, running last-minute checks, and solving issues. Their job is to ensure everything goes smoothly, they bring the vision to life, working in sync to create an event that feels effortless and magical for everyone involved.

Hospitality in Weddings and Events
In any Wedding or Event, hospitality is an important part of the celebration. It’s not just about hosting a grand event but also about making every guest feel valued and welcome. From the moment they arrive to the minute they leave, warmth and attention to detail truly leave a lasting impression.
Whether it’s offering personalized welcome kits, or ensuring that the elderly are comfortable, good hospitality reflects the thought and care that went into planning the day. It’s those small touches—like staff members ready to assist with a smile and being there for the guests, it makes guests feel special.
At its core, hospitality is about creating a joyful, stress-free experience for everyone present. Weddings are not just a celebration of two people, but of the community of people around them, and nothing fosters that sense of unity more than genuine, heartfelt hospitality.

The Perfect Grazing table to have for your event
A grazing table has become the ultimate showstopper at events, from weddings to corporate gatherings and everything in between. The name itself gives away the purpose of the table, to graze on while socializing. It is an interactive culinary experience widely used at events and weddings. It is designed to welcome, pamper, and encourage guests to mingle.
A well-curated grazing table serves as a delicious spread and a statement piece that draws guests in, offering a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
A Grazing table is a big table filled with all kinds of finger food and small bite-sized portions, It is like one big charcuterie Board. It is not like a buffet where the food is individually kept in large quantities, different kinds of food are artfully kept on tables or countertops which are decorated with florals making it look colorful and lively,
They don’t only limit themselves to savory food items but can also have a full desert grazing table. Grazing tables can be customized to exactly how you want them to be and anything of your choice could be added to it, The more the merrier.

What goes on in a Baraat ceremony?
In an Indian wedding, the baraat is more than just a procession; it’s a vibrant celebration marking the groom’s grand arrival at the bride’s home. Today the Baraat culture has become popular with most weddings. The groom, often dressed in an Indian attire, typically sits on a horse decorated in an Indian costume, some baraats also see the groom arriving on a majestic elephant or in decorated vintage cars, and royal carriages.
Surrounded by family and friends, the baraat is a party on the move! The baraat symbolizes the groom’s journey to claim his bride, this procession takes place just before the wedding ceremony with dancing, music, and joy, The groom’s family and guests dance through the procession to the beat of dhols (traditional drums) or band that consists of tubas, bass drums, cymbals tabla, and trombones creating an electrifying atmosphere.
In North India, the groom arrives on a decorated horse, with the baraatis dancing to lively dhol beats. Rajasthani baraats feature royal arrivals on elephants or vintage cars, set to traditional folk music. In South India, the baraat is more understated, with classical music and the groom often arriving in a car. Gujarati baraats are energetic, with the groom on a horse or jeep, and everyone dancing to Garba or Dandiya music.
The baraat symbolizes the groom’s joyous journey to the bride’s home with family and friends celebrating the union of two families.

Creating the perfect wedding ceiling decor
Your wedding day is all about the little details that make it uniquely yours, and ceiling décor is one element that can truly set the mood. Imagine looking up to a sky of delicate blooms or twinkling lights, adding that magical touch to your special day.
Hanging flowers are a timeless choice, bringing the beauty of nature right above your guests. For an intimate, evening celebration, soft fairy lights or elegant chandeliers can add warmth and romance, casting a lovely glow over the room.
Consider draping fabrics like chiffon or silk if you're looking for a soft and light look. They create a sense of coziness and make even large spaces feel inviting. Or, add some personality with hanging lanterns and unique lighting fixtures to bring a modern, creative vibe.
Ultimately, your ceiling décor should reflect your style, leaving guests in awe as they celebrate beneath it.

How to have an unforgettable Wedding after-party
A wedding after-party allows you to prolong your wedding celebrations and gives you more quality time with your loved ones.
What is a Wedding After-Party?
A wedding after-party is an optional celebration that happens after the wedding is over. It can be an intimate celebration that is relaxed and allows you to unwind after all the busy events or could also be a party just to let your hair down.
When should the wedding after-party start?
The post-wedding party normally takes place on the night after the wedding till wee hours of the morning. Having it directly after just makes for a better continuation of the celebration mood. On the other side, knowing Indian weddings and how tiresome they can be, there have been instances where the couples choose to have the wedding after-party in a completely different country, which also gives the guests time to recover from the other events and be fresh and ready for the final bash!
Who should be on my guest list?
Deciding who to invite for your after-party should be very simple, if you choose to have an intimate wedding after-party then it would be ideal for the invitation to go out to friends and cousins who are already a part of the wedding celebrations.
After Party Theme
If there were certain themes that you didn’t have a chance to add to your wedding celebrations, now is your time! Having a cozy Beach bonfire bash, a crazy casino night or even a karaoke lounge night would add a lot of fun and bonding to the final party. Having a dress code for your theme could also be something exciting.
The wedding after-party is your chance to add an extra layer of personal touch to your wedding celebrations. Whether it’s laid-back, luxurious, or outright lively, it’s all about creating additional moments that reflect your personality and keep everyone talking for years to come.
Make sure to capture these moments with your photographer or videographer to relive them long after the day is over!

Green and white wedding decor for an elegant celebration
A green and white decor theme offers timeless sophistication and natural beauty. Picture lush white and green flowers arranged throughout the venue, creating a fresh, serene atmosphere. From roses and hydrangeas to soft greenery, these florals set the stage for a beautiful ceremony.
The tables can be adorned with stunning green and white centerpieces—think cascading white blooms complemented by rich green leaves. These arrangements can be paired with delicate table linens, creating a harmonious look that’s both classic and modern.
To add a touch of European elegance, arches wrapped in greenery and white flowers make for the perfect backdrop, whether for the ceremony or photos. For the stage, imagine hanging white lamps interspersed with the floral decor, casting a soft, warm glow as they dangle gracefully overhead. This color palette blends effortlessly with any venue, ensuring that the overall vibe feels fresh, inviting, and timeless, creating a truly memorable day for both the couple and their guests.

Wedding Etiquette Tips.
As a guest at a wedding, your courtesy makes a big difference. Begin by RSVPing as soon as possible. A timely response lets the couple finalize their guest list and ensures that everything is prepared for your presence.
When you receive your invitation, take note of the details. If the invitation is addressed only to you, it’s important not to bring an uninvited guest. Respecting this request helps the couple manage their plans effectively.
Be on Time: Arriving on time shows respect for the couple’s big day. Plan to be seated at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts. This helps in starting the event on time.
Dress Appropriately: Pay attention to the dress code mentioned on the invitation. Whether it’s a formal, semi-formal, or casual event, dressing accordingly shows you’ve put thought into honoring the couple’s wishes.
Respect the Couple’s Wishes: If the couple requests an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras), follow their lead. This allows everyone, including you, to be fully present in the moment.
These few etiquette tips, if followed, can help create a positive, memorable wedding experience for everyone involved. Event Conceptualised, Executed & Managed by @fbcelebrations1 Décor Designing, Execution & Entertainment Curation @fbcelebrations1 Venue: Six Senses fort , Barwara, Rajasthan

The Haldi Ceremony: A Heartfelt Indian Wedding Tradition
The Haldi ceremony is a beloved part of Indian weddings, bringing warmth, joy, and tradition together just before the big day. Traditionally, a paste of rose water, sandalwood, and turmeric is applied to the bride and groom. Some modern brides choose fresh yellow or marigold flowers instead, avoiding the mess but keeping the spirit alive.
More Than Just a Glow
Turmeric, known for its beautifying properties, gives more than a golden glow. It’s believed to calm pre-wedding nerves with its purifying and soothing effects making it a holistic part of this cherished ritual.
Tradition with a Twist
The Haldi ceremony also carries deep cultural significance. It’s thought to protect the couple from negative energies, which is why they often stay indoors after the ceremony until the wedding. The bright yellow of turmeric symbolizes good fortune and prosperity, making it a central element of the ceremony.
While yellow remains a traditional choice, today’s couples add their own flair, often opting for pastel-themed decor while embracing classic yellow attire. This mix of old and new brings a fresh, modern vibe to a timeless tradition.
In essence, the Haldi ceremony goes beyond enhancing beauty— it is an emotional celebration of tradition, love, and the joyous start of a new chapter in the couple's lives.

Indian decor elements to add to your Wedding
Incorporating Indian decor elements into your wedding can infuse the celebration with vibrant colors, rich traditions, and a touch of elegance
You can start by adorning your venue with an array of flowers like Marigold, Jasmine, Tuberose, Lotus, Lilies, etc. These vivid blossoms can be used as table centerpieces, garlands, to adorn entrances, or fillers for a grazing table, they can also be used on the Mandap. They also add intoxicating fragrances that embody the essence of Indian weddings.
To enhance the ambiance, Shaamdaans can be used, also known as candelabras in brass or crystal to create a warm, glowing atmosphere. Brass stands, urns, and pots filled with floating flowers or candles add elegance and can be strategically placed throughout the venue.
For a grand and royal look, tables and cushions can be highlighted with traditional fabrics like Banarasi silk and Brocade, bringing in luxurious texture and cultural depth.
Handcrafted figurines of elephants and horses can be included, symbolizing strength and nobility. Traditional lanterns can be hung or placed around the venue, casting a soft, inviting light that enhances the overall ambiance.
By thoughtfully incorporating these elements, your wedding will be visually breathtaking and steeped in the timeless beauty of Indian tradition.
