It's 11:30p on Day 3 of #BoutofBooks and today's #BoB22IGChallenge was to share my #FavoriteGenre. No contest there. My favorite genre is Urban Fantasy! 😄❤ . . . . Pictured are the first books in four #UrbanFantasy series that live in the living room, where I've been reading with my Max asleep beside me for the past couple of hours. I knew that if I got up, he'd wake up. Since I wanted him to stay where he was, I gathered the four books you see from on top of and under the coffee table. 😍🎉 . . . . Do you see that little somewhat-square package on the left? When I pulled this out of my mailbox, I thought at first that there was no way a mass market paperback book could be in here. 😕😢 . . . But then I opened it and, sure enough, a mass market paperback WAS in there! My order of Heat Stroke, #WeatherWarden Book Two, by @rachelcainewriter arrived yesterday - a full TWO WEEKS early from when I had thought it would arrive! Thank you, R&R Books of Reno, Nevada! 🎉😄❤ . . . The second picture is of the whole of the #WeatherWardenSeries that I now own! (And it features my Max!) 🎉😍❤ . . . Books one and three through nine were purchased from @barnesandnoble online. They didn't have book two, so I bought a "very good" used copy and it sure seems "like new"! I'm so happy! 🎉😄❤ . . . And the third picture above was taken after I'd typed almost all of this post. I'm still on the floor and Max was concerned, so he gave me kisses. 😙😍😄❤ . . . #DogsofInstagram 😍❤

We just had THREE coyotes stroll through our front yard. First one, then another, and then the third. But my Max, on his bed on the floor beside me, did he react? NOPE. He just woke up, raised his head like so (see first picture), and is now settled back down into sleep again. 😐😕 ... 😄😍❤ . . . Incidentally, those cardboard boxes you see in the background? They had a part of my Christmas order of books from @barnesandnoble in them. (See second picture for today's B&N Book Haul.) 😍❤ . . . I got the first six books in the #WitcherSeries by #AndrzejSapkowski and Book Three in the #WeatherWardenSeries by #RachelCaine. (Witcher Book Seven should hopefully also arrive today - from @amazon - and Weather Warden Book Two will arrive sometime in January, since I had to buy a "very good" copy from a "Marketplace Seller."
