      @weaponxtm​ is envious, “ aren’t we suppose to be a thing ? why are you flirting then ? ”

      context was everything. he supposed, from an outsiders perspective ( and considering he was doing his part in keeping his relationship with logan quiet ---a feat in and of itself in a building full of spies ) his kindness could be mistaken for flirtatiousness. he was only mildly aware of some of the women in the s.h.i.e.l.d. building sparing an extra smile or batting of their lashes in his direction whenever coulson came or went for whatever he needed. it was that same politesse that had logan stern with him now, waiting for the doors of the glass elevator to seal entirely before addressing him in her curt tone.

      and admittedly it was a bit disarming. he hadn’t expected it, in the repertoire of her curt insults and otherwise oozing sarcasm, not something that genuine. his brows rose, attention shifted wholly toward her where he could study her body language for a moment. she was jealous. jealous of the short interaction with the woman from payroll who’d gotten off three, now four floors below, for the chipper conversation and spare smile he’d offered her. he supposed that, from an outsiders perspective, it could be mistaken that way. but it wasn’t.

      “ i wasn’t flirting, logan. i was being polite. ” but he couldn’t wipe the smirk off of his face, not if he tried. it lit his eyes up a brilliant green ( perhaps to match the trees far below, from their view ), made him look a bit impish. “ you have my full attention. i promise you that. ”

In terms of soundtracks, just listened to a suite of Cyborg’s theme from ZSJL lmao currently reading  ––– Silmarillion. Technically I’ve been reading it for a year with little progress but I swear I’ll finish it one day currently watching ––– Been rewatching Earth’s Mightiest Heroes on and off. Nothing in terms of a ‘new’ show, I gotta get back to watching stuff I’ve been so bad at it. last movie  ––– Raimi’s Spider-Man 1. Production design for that movie is the definition of comfort food. currently craving  ––– Food, some semblance of peace and sanity, take your pick.
