hello, babes. i just wanted to apologize for not being on recently. i’ve become pretty sick the past few days & i’ve been adjusting to college and such over the past few weeks which has resulted in my activity being shit. dani & alex have been able to be on which has been amazing. as an admin, my activity should always be really good & i’m sorry that it’s been anything close to that. i felt that making this post was necessary because i’ve been a complete ghost lately. the past few weeks has been slow for us, but we’re not letting that discourage us. we completely understand getting back into school takes up a lot of your time. we still have a lot planned for this rp whether we’re in a slow draught or a super fast dash. i promise to be on more because one year and five months is a long time for a rp & we still have to hit two years! give us a like if you’re still with us!

             the  rich  kids  of  chicago  have  begun  to  wreck  havoc  in  their  new  home  town  of  new  york  city . buildings  and  businesses  owned  by some  of  the  nyc  rich  kids  were  covered  in  graffiti , cars  were  smashed , and  internet  trolls  have  been  flooding  their  socials . it’s  unclear  which socialites  from  chicago  are  behind  this  sudden  urge  of  disruption , but  it’s not  wrong  to  say  that  the  nyc  socialites  are  feeling  a  bit  betrayed  after months  of  peace . due  to  these  sudden  events ,  the  nyc  rich  kids positions  of  power  have  been  threatened  &  both  groups  are  fighting  to be  on  top  &  regain  power  within  their  society .  two  separate  gossip  blogs  have  been  formed  in  alliance  with  each  group  of  socialites  : @nygossips.  &  @chigossips .  these  two  gossip  blogs  are  only  exposing secrets  about  those  from  the  opposite  city  in  attempt  to  be  the  one  “  on  top  ”  .  both  runners  of  these blogs  remain  anonymous  ,  but  are clearly  run  by  a  chicagian  &  a  new  yorker . which  means  no  one  is  safe , secrets  will  be  exposed , and  one  group  will  come  out  on  top .

𝒐𝒐𝒄  𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏  𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓  𝒕𝒉𝒆  𝒄𝒖𝒕  :

hello  babes  !  so  basically  we  decided  to  implement  the  rivarly  part  more   into  the  plot  so  our  previous  gossip  blog  ,  lennox  is  dead  &  has  been  replaced  with  these two  !  they’re  linked  above  so  make sure  you’re  following  ♡

so  we’re  gonna  say  this  rivarly  is  just  starting  to  get  out  of  hand  ,  &  a  group  of  the  chicago  rich  kids  have  recently  started  attacking  the  nyc  rich  kids  property  -  this  means  with  your  muse  ,  you  are  able  to  decide  whether  your  chicago  muse  would’ve  been  part  of  this  destruction  or  stayed  out  of  it ,  &  new  yorkers  can  choose  if  they  have  been  victims  to  the  destruction  or  not  ,  or  even  if  they’re  colluding  with  the  chicagoans  for  some  reason  !  these  are  all  things  you  are  able  to  decide  /  control  with  your  muse  !

we’re  hoping  this  will  be  great  for  ic  drama  because  we  thought  it’d  be  fun  if  we  held  certain  events  where  it  could  be  held  by  one  group  &  the  other  group  crashes  !  lots  of  great  possibilities  here  !

you  can  definitely  still  form  your  own  connections  between  chicago/nyc -  ers  ,  whether  they  get  along  or  not  ,  it’s  all  up  to  player  still  !  we  just  thought  this  was  a  super  fun  n  fresh  way  to  implement  our  rivarly  plot  a  lot  more  !
