We all belong to a fight club. We're a part of that club for various reasons. Each reason/club differs depending on what you've experienced or what has shaped you up to this point. Maybe we're in the club because we want to avoid the judgement in the form of questions, disapproving looks, being the topic for gossip, being vulnerable because past experiences have taught us that sharing information now exposes us and it can be thrown...has been thrown in our faces at any given time which leaves us feeling betrayed and stupid for ever sharing in the first place.
