Plumber came and repaired the faucet, which is great, but he pointed out that the counter underneath is extremely water damaged and needs to be replaced, so that's next on the home repair list

At least I get to have fun shopping for counters I guess

In the meantime, moving everything out of the plumber's way revealed that some areas of the countertop were overcluttered or dusty or worse so I just had a mini frenzy of scrubbing the hell out of the little strip of counter behind the sink, and the entire right side of the counter and the dish drying tray and just. Everything near the sink.

I still need to do the left side but 1. It was thoroughly cleaned more recently (it's a food prep area so we're more on top of it) and 2. I am fucking exhausted and sore holy shit
