Much like back home, the best places can only serve you in the native language, but dear Lord is it stressful
#for me. personally.#bc i have to juggle between my mom telling me everything and me trying to categorise it all and fishing out the#vocabulary and remembering the grammar </3#we went to a local fast food joint in siena - banging sandwiches - but it was a build your own sandwich type place#where you choose everything yourself right#i was fighting for my life trying to explain to my mother the diff between prosciutto cotto and crudo
