Remember that time in like 2013 when a huge swathe of the queer community actively harassed people online for being ace/demi/aro and deterred a ton of people from being active within the community and worse, not accepting a part of themselves and believing they were “broken” and needed to be “fixed”? Like what the fuck was that? And now a lot of us are only getting to explore that side of ourselves and maybe truly think about gender because a bunch of actual adults harassed literal teenagers for not being “queer enough” and a ton of people just accepted that they were imperfect… hated by queerphobes and queer folk alike?
