hope you guys get this but steve has a soft melodic voice when narrating while reece has a sharp theatrical one. what i'm saying is that steve's voice is suited for more whimsical, romantic tales while reeces is gritty, gothic ones

#like idk i keep thinking about the respective stories they narrated #no idea if that was their Choices or they'd just put their names down for those stories bc of their respective likenesses but #yeah. regardless it's Telling to me #and it's interesting how *different* those are? like #we know that the lads have the same sensibilities in regards to storytelling #but when steve isn't writing with reece and is doing a project on his own #whether that's an ep of a show or an entire show itself #there's a really charming and almost.....romantic quality about them?#whereas reeces is very much On Brand with his adoration of gothic horror #idk it just fascinate me is all #it's not even a 'oh shit i gotta Be This Way bc my fans know me as That Guy'#like no it's just what they love. what they like #what they're drawn to and i find that really fascinating lmao #steve & reece
