long island is a fucking terrifying place
#we’ve had this group of ppl who for the past 5 yrs? have hung around the train station multiple times a month (sometimes weekly) to fly#their confederate/trump/back the blue flags#a blm protest of about 20-25 people was followed by 9 cop cars and maybe 20-30 people screaming at us#including two fucking losers in tac gear and an ex marine i went to hs with#we have an alarming number of what are basically sundown towns but no one wants to call them that#our police departments are among the most corrupt in the fucking country#AND it’s still one of the most segregated areas in the whole united states
