- Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic announced that all border crossings with Ukraine are currently in operation, except for the Čierna nad Tisou - Chop and Košice - Mukatschewo railway stops, where passenger traffic has been stopped.

- Civil flights Bratislava - Kyiv are temporarily suspended due to the closure of Ukraine's airspace

- Entry into the territory of the Slovak Republic will be made possible after individual assessment also including people who will not have a valid travel document (biometric passport).

- The slovak army has set aside up to 1,500 soldiers who will help on the Slovak-Ukrainian border. The Ministry of the Interior is also ready to increase the number of border crossings by so-called hotspots.

- Roman Mikulec (Slovak Minister of the Interior) said that Ukrainians can come to Slovakia with documents for 30 days. 

- ZSSK (Railway company Slovakia)  discussed with the Ministry of Transport the possible provision of evacuation trains for refugees.

- Bratislava is ready to help Ukrainians as well as Kyiv, which is its partner city. "We are ready to allocate funds from the city budget for this purpose," the deputies said.

- The Slovak Humanitarian Council expects an influx of refugees from Ukraine. Does not yet record an increased number of them, says Council President Peter Devinsky. There is a capacity of about 800 places in the Slovak refugee camps. 

- Mandatory quarantine does not apply to citizens of neighboring countries at risk of war, remind hygienists (covid-19) 

-Slovakia has the capacity to provide protection to 50,000 people, the organization People at Risk estimates. According to her, the citizens of Ukraine will go mainly to countries where large communities of their natives live, such as Poland.

-  Slovakia is opening "hotspots" on the border with Ukraine in Ubľa, Veľké Slemence, Čierna nad Tisou and Ulič. They can help to direct Ukrainian citizens further to Slovakia, said the head of diplomacy Ivan Korčok.

- The Who will help Ukraine Slovak initiative has published a form for Slovaks, where donors with housing offers can apply with an offer of refuge.

- According to Minister Korčok, the parliament will already approve an amendment to the asylum law today, which will give refugees from Ukraine the status of "temporary refuge" in Slovakia. In this case, long lasting procces of admitting refugees  will be shortened/eliminated = quickens the pace of things.

-  Ukrainian citizens received free transportation on ZSSK state trains, including InterCity commercial trains. All you have to do is Identify yourself with valid passport. 

- Hundreds of Ukrainians, often women and children, came to Slovakia on the night from Thursday to Friday. They usually go to relatives or further abroad. Police at the border do not record any incidents. The authorities have not yet reported an onslaught of asylum applications. 

-The Košice region has six facilities with an increased capacity of 404 beds immediately available for the accommodation of war refugees from Ukraine. These are tourist hostels in Rožňava, Viničky, Rozhanovce, Sobrance and Spišská Nová Ves.

- Refugees from Ukraine can be employed in Slovakia immediately after being granted temporary asylum or asylum status. 

- At the border crossings Ubľa, Ulič, Veľké Slemence and Vyšné Nemecké, places can be created to identify refugees from Ukraine. "The so-called hotspots will not be put into operation until the border crossings do not manage the health of the refugee," the ministry said.

- A temporary emergency camp for migrants from Ukraine has been under construction in Humenné since the morning.

- Trnava County has started to provide free transport by suburban buses to Ukrainian citizens. All you have to do is prove yourself with a passport or ID card. State railways have already taken a similar step.

Telekom SK - Outgoing international calls and SMS from Slovakia to Ukraine are free from tomorrow, February 25, 2022 (inclusive). Customers roaming in Ukraine have free roaming incoming and outgoing calls and SMS to all countries of the world from that date. 

O2 SK - Customers who are currently located in Ukraine and use roaming from O2 have calls, messaging as well as the use of data will be the same for them as if they were located in the territory of EU countries, ie at domestic Slovak prices.

Having no VPN or having a ‘wrong’ one can seriously damage your life. Especially for Americans because their privacy laws are garbage. I am going to try explain why you should get a VPN but bare with me, I am from Germany and my English is far from perfect. Let’s start with a simple test. The location might not be very accurate, but then again, it’s just a simple website. Imagine what the government can do! So basically, everyone can find out where you live. But there is more danger. Your ISP. Your ISP logs your every move online and they are required to keep it in case the government wants access to it (or if a 3rd party wants to buy your data (yikes). They have everything. What websites you visit. How long you stay on a website. What you download. Your search terms. European laws are more subtle on this but if you are from the US you are #@*#&, especially because Trump doesn’t support the open internet. It’s scary but maybe in the future you can’t get a job because the recruiter knows your searched on ‘how to deal with depression’ or anythings else that’s supposed to be private because it’s your f*cking right. Or you get a $100k fine because you pirated a movie 15 years ago. You need a VPN. You’re dumb for not using one. but what does a VPN do? A VPN encrypts all your data so if it were be intercepted no one can ‘crack the code’ and damage your privacy. Usually being online goes like this (simplified): Your computer —-> ISP (—–> keeps data —–> sells it) But with a VPN it goes like: Your computer —–> VPN (encrypts data)—–> ISP (ISP can’t see shit) Furthermore, a VPN hides your IP address and location by giving you another IP address located in Spain for example (you can often choose from a list and change as many times as you want). Now that you know why you should get a VPN and what is does it is important to educate yourself because people often choose the wrong VPN. VPN providers are also businesses and have to obey the law. If you choose a VPN provider located in the US then you are throwing your money away because the laws in the US shits on your privacy. If the US gov wants the provider to give all their logs they have to obey.  The ISP  still can’t see what you are doing online and sell your data but the US gov can interfere with your VPN provider so NEVER CHOOSE A PROVIDER LOCATED IN THE US. I just wanted to make that very clear so my followers don’t buy false security. There is still more danger!  Who says your VPN provider isn’t selling your data? You need to check their logging policy. Do they keep logs? If yes, what for? For how long do they keep them? Tip: Choose a provider who doesn’t keep logs More about law  The US is part of the Five Eyes program (the worst): The Five Eyes, often abbreviated as FVEY, is an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement, a treaty for joint cooperation in signals intelligence (source) There is also a Nine Eyes (bit better) and Fourteen Eyes Program (better).  You don’t want a VPN provider who is located in one the Five Eyes countries.  If you had to choose go for a provider located in a country that’s part of the Fourteen Eyes Program or even better, go for a country that isn’t part of any program! I know this is a shitty explanation and please pardon my english but now it’s time to do your own research. Take your privacy seriously. Maybe WWIII breaks out and you get killed for liking the ‘wrong’ FB-page. No country can interfere and their privacy jurisdiction is the best you can get. The US want your data but needs to get it from Trustzone? The Seychelles will simply give them the finger and wave them goodbye. However, this makes this provider very appealing for people who torrent and criminals because they keep no logs (and that is how it shoud be) Also,  there are almost no marketing efforts so this provider is one the cheapest) Also, often providers such as ExpressVPN are being called ‘The Best’ on websites about VPNs but know that this is just marketing which also makes those provider more expensive (and they too shit on your privacy) This must be the worst article you have ever read but please, please take your privacy very seriously. writing-prompt-s I am also with Trustzone but I think you forgot to explain one of it’s most important features. It protects you when you are using someone else’s Wi-Fi. If you are at Starbucks and you use their Wi-Fi your privacy is at risk. Anyone with ill intentions could steal your information. Especially if you are using an unsecured Wi-Fi hotspot. With a VPN your data gets encrypted so no one can steal it.

Changes for the better i hope

Well its been just about a week since i moved to grams....so far things have worked out ok with this i feel better staying here and helping her out when needed now that I'm mostly healed up from my surgery in may. I officially got everything moved from mom and curtis to grams on Thurs.....will i miss being there yes and no...yes mainly because of my munchkie being there but i get to see him at least once a week so it works out i know im not gonna miss the drunk drama on a regular basis. Only a select few know my real reasoning for me coming to grams to live and why it happened to begin with but id rather not say why.....those who know the entire story and have not judged me based on all of that thanks it means more than alot to have support from my friends knowing what happened from the beginning of this year choosing to remain friends with me despite that. Now i can hope things will be better from here on out.

Back in july i decided i needed a change so i decided to have my bff/"unadopted sis" shan help me color my hair blonde like i did 5 years ago except this time going for a platinum/ash blonde it didn't go exactly well but it did turn me a really bright blonde......so last week i finally got it fixed for the most part and next month i should have it completely finished to the color i want just in time for shan and brians wedding which i cant wait to be a part of got the dress boots etc so all i need to do is get my hair color finished and go for my eye exam for my contacts and I will be set for her big day 😊❤

Have another friend who is getting married in 2 weeks that i was invited to.......part of me wants to go but the other part is saying no for numerous reasons why you ask.....well first of all no bf so going alone to this wedding makes me feel awkward so itll be weird going by myself, plus the fact there will be people from pioneer that I went to school with that i dont like nor could careless to see cuz shes friends with them so makes me not wanna go plus showing up alone just gives them something to talk about....on the other hand I wanna go cuz we were close at one point and hung out all the time and wanna be there on her special day so i have mixed feelings about the entire thing

Upstairs watching tv til i decided to fall asleep....with me being back at grams i dont have Internet/WiFi so im unable to watch anything on my roku unless i use my mobile hotspot data and i already did.....so until i do something about wifi or getting a Internet connection here im stuck watching dish downstairs with gram and her shows or watching dvds and 4 antenna channels upstairs until things change either getting a extra box set up for me or getting wifi added onto grams dish bill so i can watch my shows on sling tv, Netflix, amazon video and britbox....guess time will tell and i will make it work until then which I hope wont be too long am sick of watching the same shows and dvds over and over again once i get everything fully unpacked and straightened out and things calm down ill figure something out.

Alot on my mind between friends upcoming wedding in less than 2 weeks and getting things figured out with Internet etc just hoping to get something figured out for all of it would love WiFi/Internet the most but ill talk to mom about it and see what she thinks.

Guess its time to wrap up my blog for now am getting tired and running out of things to talk about for now

So hopefully in a couple of weeks things will start coming together and ill have better things to write about.
