I've been at work for just about an hour and my first problem of the day is some Florida Man at Oga's Cantina complaining the mixed drinks didn't get him drunk like he expected??? At nine fucking thirty in the morning???

#oops sorry our mixed drinks are 80% flavoring 20% alcohol haha here's a refund #what does he expect me to do??? ???#i'm not even designated at oga's cantina either #a coordinator from oga's called ME because they didn't know how to handle this either #like buddy...this does not reflect disney. genuinely it doesn't #i sent him to guest relations #they won't be able to do anything either #we can't give him a refund and we certainly aren't going to give him more alcohol #smfh #the way some of these guests behave and demand things is absurd #oga's cantina #disney's hollywood studios #disney cast member #mini rant
