One of my best moments this weekend was the feeling of confidence. I have so many things to work on and improve. .. but I knew this was my best package to date. Whatever the outcome I was already thrilled knowing I had worked harder than before and it had brought me further. Having that work acknowledged with a win at #wbffmontreal2015 was just icing on the cake. . Or in my case icing on the cookies and donuts. 😉🍩💟💪 Im taking a few days social media to enjoy a family visit and the sunshine here in #hawaii but will be back to business soon. That said I am still in the gym... and back to eating 100% clean ... because I like to maintain health and my 5 to 6 lbs. within stage or photoshoot look year around. #throwback (i dont ever know what day of the week it is 😂😂) To the first time @chawes4108 and i competed together... June 2014 .. Now in just 6 weeks we both make our #wbffdebut Her in fitness and maybe figure Me in bikini (we switched haha) What a journey this year has been. @chawes4108 its an honor to be your coach. I couldn't be more proud... bot of your weight loss... not of almost a year on the meal and show prep life... but of the woman youve become.. From the inside out youve become more than you barely could whisper and now your goals are the dreams you were scared to have.. and I know you will get each and every one of them.
