In January 2021, we started a monthly webinar to discuss issues around disability, accessibility and inclusion. We have hosted over 10 experts, Local Guides, and accessibility enthusiasts! We are ending this year on a high note as @oneaccessibility team would be hosting Traci on Saturday! This part of our annual Worldwide Accessibility Walk to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. In 2017, Traci inspired me to start focusing on accessibility contributions on Google Maps; it later grew into the One Accessibility initiative. One Accessibility members have been writing helpful articles on Connect Blog for almost 100 weeks, we have hosted 11 webinars and over 500 physical meet-ups in six continents. Most importantly, we have inspired many Local Guides to explore accessibility in their cities.
