I dont think i would get top surgery because breasts are not tied to my gender in my mind and serve functionally as a soft part of my body i enjoy having, however if i were to get it i feel like it would be more of a reduction sort of thing, men’s tits and all that, — also generally i feel like i would be happy with a binder but not all the time !! So with that i feel like a permanent surgery is just not for me personally ^^
