Wavewave week Day 7 - Free day

Soundwave was staring up at the sky, admiring the stars above.

He never got to do this often. He was always busy...

But now he had a free day after his Lord decided he deserved it.

Soundwave decided to spend it by stargazing.

He wanted to see if he could recognize the stars that lead back home.

"Didn't expect to see you here."

Soundwave turned around in time to be greeted by Shockwave.

"/Shockwave: has free day as well?/"

Shockwave nodded as he sat down, his back facing Soundwave's.

"Lord Megatron thought I should keep you company."

Soundwave laughed as he leaned against Shockwave.

"/Shockwave: Doesn't need excuse to spend time with conjux./"

Soundwave put his servo over Shockwave's.

"Logical..."

They both stared up at the night sky, happy to spend their free day together.

WaveWave Week 2024

Hello Friends I hope you've all had a fantastic WaveWave Week last time and that your year has been good. Today I bring you all the prompts for this year's event hoping that months in anticipation may be kind to your creativity and hopefully we can all have fun this year too. Any and all submissions are accepted, only rule is to tag mature content correctly and specifically if it's sexual content you include the 🍋 emoji in the tag. Otherwise do as you like and you can include as many submissions as you desire.

Tainted Wish

Good to see you all again everyone! Welcome to this year's wavewave week! Hope you're all raring to go! Today on rhe agenda, some angst, hope you like!

WaveWave Week 2024- Day 1: Jealousy (IDW AU)

Tainted Wish

It ached to see him beside Orion.

Soundwave knew he had no right to feel that way. Unlike Senator Shockwave and Orion Pax he didn't pose a great interest in the sciences. Still it ached his spark to glance upon the mech he so desired being so affectionate and close to someone else.

Ratbat had him working as his assistant during their time at the newly founded history museum, and even if Soundwave wanted to pay attention to the exhibits around him, his optics just kept on drifting over to a smile that he thought would never be his.

Had he known what fate had in store for them both as the war progressed and as their lives crumbled, he would've never asked for that closeness.

Shockwave was now standing beside him, changed to an unfeeling, cold husk of the kind mech he once used to be.

In a way Soundwave got what he wanted. Shockwave was by his side rather than Orion's. But if he'd known that what he'd get was a mere shadow of the mech he loved, he wouldn't have dared wish for it. Wouldn't have dared prayed for life where there was none other than logic and coldness.

"Soundwave?" Shockwave called out to him in a monotone voice.

No face stared back at him other than a static golden light. Still he reached for him, hugging him tightly.

"I'm sorry."

He'd never feel jealous again. But was this any better?

WaveWave Week Day 4: 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴

They're watching a movie...

Whoops- They fell asleep.

--Since the prompt is plural I was originally planning on drawing the other cons as well with WaveWave being the main part.... Yeah, been a long day and couldn't bring myself to do it. So you get chibi looking fellas for now.

They're part of the most useful 'Cons so.... :] Con things! -They'll probably start speaking to each other about their personal-mutual-interests as well, after a while.

After like a battle or whatever which the cons won I guess.

Wavewave week day 1!: 𝘑𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘺

Been thinking about how in S1 E5 of TF-G1: Megatron is the only person that Shockwave has spoken to in person for the last 4 million years.. Megatron being the only one able to talk to him would have maybe made him.. 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘭 :]

Wavewave Week: Day 1 - Jealousy

Ft. Soundwave, Shockwave, Illusion

Shockwave didn't know why he kept staring at them. He had no reason to.

Maybe it was how Illusion had her arm wrapped around Soundwave's shoulder comfortably?

Maybe how Soundwave's visor shone more brightly around her?

Maybe...

Shockwave looked away, not wanting to get caught for staring at their 'friendly' conversation. Shockwave didn't know why he was bothered. They were just friends, right?

....

Well- there was a rumor that they were closer than they seemed. Some even claimed to have seen them act more intimately when they were alone. Shockwave didn't believe any of the rumors. He had seen both act like this every time. If they were together, they wouldn't do the ridiculous stuff everyone says they do. Hold each other in their embrace. Sit so close together that their thighs brush against each other. How they would whisper to each other that makes the other laugh-

Shockwave's finial moved upward as he heard Soundwave let out a soft laugh. Illusion was laughing with him, too. Shockwave's optic narrows as he sees how Illusion was leaning against him, her chassis pressed to Soundwave's side, and Soundwave had his servo rested on her hip.

Shockwave clenched his servo into a fist as he looked away, deciding he saw enough for today. Soon enough, KnockOut came into view, seeming to want to discuss some new techniques in his scientific surgeries.

"《You okay?》" Illusion asked, seeming to have noticed Soundwave's sudden silence.

Soundwave was staring at both Shockwave and KnockOut, both seeming to be engaging in a conversation over something. Soundwave's visor darkens as he sees how KnockOut held HIS Shockwave's servo like his belongs there. Illusion noticed where he was staring at.

"《Jealous?》" Illusion chimed.

It didn't take Soundwave long to answer her question.

"/Affirmative.../"

Wavewave week Day 3 - Research

Ft. Soundwave, Shockwave, maybe the cassettes, Illusion

Shockwave rubbed the side of his helm as he stared down at the datapad in his servo. It was confusing in his opinion. A very messy picture of him and Soundwave was staring right back at him. Shockwave, of course, knew that the picture was possibly from the cassettes. He recognized Frenzy's coloring way and Rumble's version of drawing him, but....

He quietly stared at Soundwave's drawn form, seeing how well drawn and color he was compared to his pathetic version of himself. They even drew his curves right-

"《Ahem.》"

Shockwave turned around, seeing Illusion standing by the doorway with Soundwave right behind her as they both were carrying their cassette by their pede.

Atleast Illusion was with Hazard. Soundwave had them wrapped by his tendrils.

"《I believe the cassettes had delivered their picture to you?》" Illusion pointed to the datapad in his servo.

Shockwave looked back at the picture and at his uninvited guests.

"I did not know it had an owner." He spoke. Illusion dropped Hazard down to the floor, not caring that she hurt her.

"[Ow.]" was Hazard's only response.

Hazard got up and quickly walked over to Shockwave, holding her servos up as she demanded the drawing back.

Shockwave gave it back.

Both Soundwave and Illusion were about to leave until-

"Why is there a heart between us?" Shockwave suddenly asked.

Soundwave froze and Illusion choked on her own fluids. The cassettes pretended they didn't hear him.

"/what heart?/" Soundwave asked.

Hazard showed him the heart, ignoring the twins' angry protests and shouts. Soundwave leaned closer to look at the picture, feeling all his energon go straight to his cheeks.

A red, unmistakable heart was right between him and Shockwave. Illusion stared at the heart as Soundwave felt like he was going to faint.

"That is a heart." Shockwave spoke up right behind them.

They both jumped from his unexpected comment and his close proximity. It didn't help with Soundwave's blush.

"What's the purpose of the heart?" Shockwave asked innocently.

Both decepticons syares at him and back at the drawing.

He didn't know???

"《It's a human heart. No meaning at all- OW!》" Illusion rubbed her side after Soundwave bumped her harshly.

Shockwave's finials perked up.

"It must have a purpose if the cassettes drew it for a reason." Shockwave said.

Both Soundwave and Illusion glared down at their cassettes. They're getting banished later.

Shockwave came closer, taking the datapad back.

"I must use it for research purposes to know what the heart means." He said as he walked to his lab table.

Soundwave looked over at Illusion for help but she had already left with the cassettes, including his.

"/Fragging traitors.../" Soundwave thought.

He looked over at Shockwave, seeing hiw he was already trying to access the human internet to understand what a heart is for his research.

Soundwave silently accepted defeat and walked over to him.

He might as well help him with his research...

Wavewave week Day 6 - Boogie

Ft. Soundwave, Shockwave

Soundwave finished what was left of his work before he retired for the evening.

He quickly typed in the last code and called it a night.

He had plans tonight...

-

Shockwave was trying to modify one of his blasters when a doorbell ring.

A doorbell? His doors didn't have a doorbell. He turned around and obviously, Soundwave was there.

Silly Soundwave.

Shockwave put his work aside, knowing exactly what Soundwave was there for.

"I don't understand why we must do this every night." He turned to face him.

Soundwave moved over, wrapping his arms around his neck as Shockwave put his single servo over his hip.

Soundwave put on romantic music as he shuffled closer in Shockwave's arms.

"/Practice./" Soundwave chimed.

They moved around in circles as Soundwave led him.

When they tried for the first time, Shockwave had stepped on Soundwave's pedes multiple times and caused them both to fall.

Shockwave made it up to him afterward when Soundwave fell on top of Shockwave's frame. They were intimate afterward.

After multiple sessions of these unnecessary movements together, Shockwave had gotten better.

He was still stiff, but at least he wasn't stepping on his pede anymore.

The music ended, and they remained in each other arms for a few moments.

Soundwave nuzzles his helm over Shockwave's shoulder as he hugged him.

"/Shockwave... was perfect/"

His finial moved upwards as he received the praise.

Maybe there was a reason to have these small moments with his beloved...

Wavewave week Day 4 - Friendships

Soundwave was known to be very shy whenever he'd suddenly fall in love with someone.

Even back in the pits...

It was the same cycle.

And as always, he needed help this time. With Shockwave...

"/I don't need help./" Soundwave protested.

Both Megatron and Illusion were pushing him to Shockwave's lab, ignoring his complaints.

"Soundwave, every time you have a crush, you always back out and not interact with them. I expected you to be much braver than this." Megatron said.

"《And you literally have a breakdown whenever some other older bots got what you wanted, and this time, we're helping your hopeless aft》" Illusion types the code onto the panel.

As soon as the door opens, the door immediately closes.

Both turned to Soundwave.

"Soundwave." Megatron warned.

"/I'm not talking to him!/" He yelled.

Megatron rubbed his temples as Illusion sighed.

"《It's not so hard! It's fucking Shockwave! He's like- the most nonemotional guy in the face of Cybertron. If he doesn't like you, he'd be straightforward about it》"

Soundwave slumped as she said that.

Megatron hits her helm.

"Don't listen to her. I'm sure he likes you. Trust me, he talks about you a lot." Megatron said.

Soundwave looked torwards the door, feeling a small twinge of hope settke in his spark.

"/Alright, I'll do it. Wish me luck/" With that, he turned around and entered the lab.

"《Can we kill Shockwave if he rejects him?》" Illusion asked her brother.

Megatron shook his helm.

Soundwave entered the lab, seeing all sorts of experiments around. He then noticed Shockwave working on something.

He quietly strolls forward.

"/Shockwave./"

He turned around.

"Soundwave. I believe you have something to tell me." He spoke.

Soundwave's visor brightens as he said that.

"/Shockwave: knows why I'm here?/"

Shockwave nodded.

"I got an alert someone trying to enter my lab. I accessed the cameras outside and hears your conversation with our lord and weapon specialist."

Soundwave gulps.

"/what does Shockwave think...?/" He asked, bracing himself for the answer.

"I must say, I did not expect one of my superior officers to reciprocate my own feelings." He said.

Shockwave took his servo, lovking theirs together.

"I would like to get to know you more." Shockwave's finials moved eagerly.

"/Soundwave: looking forward to it/" He squeezed his servo.

Both siblings were trying to listen in on their conversation, which was hard.

"《Think he actually did it?》" She asked.

Megatron shrugged.

"Well- he's not running out like usual. Maybe he did it." Megatron said.

"《Good for him.》" She said.

"....Illusion."

"《What?》"

"Get off my shoulders."

WaveWave Week Day 7: 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘋𝘢𝘺

Well, that's it. This is the end for WvWv. First time joining an event like this! Was quite fun. :]
