When he saw Freddies reaction about the beautiful founatin Ardens smile got bigger and he could see how his boyfriends eyes lit up. In this moment he knew that it was right. This whole trip was right, bringing him here was right, loving Freddie was right. They went to the fronr of the fountain and looked down the clear blue water. He nodded at Freddies question and gave him a quick kiss before he fished out his wallet out of his back pocket to grab for two one euros, one for him and one for his precious boy. Arden gave one the young artist after he threw his own into the deep blue water and closed his eyes for a second. Then, he turned around to face Freddie again. "You have to make a wish. Just like I did.", he then pressed his lips against his temple once again before taking a step aside, placing himself behind his boyfriend while he watched him flicking the euro into the water as well. For a second, he saw how the coin disappeared into the water so he took a step back. Arden noticed how nervous he suddenly got and shook his head, took a deep breath and then got a box out of his jacket. Luckily Freddie hasnt noticed him yet, he seemed to be way too focused on the beautiful view of the surrounding so the vampire had enough time to prepare himself. Even though he found it very cheesy to get on one knee he did it anyways, opening the box to reveal a deep red diamond ring. "Babe?", was the only thing that was needed for the younger vampire to turn around to face Arden so he could look him in the eyes. With he smile, he cleared his throat before he started speaking. "Freddie, my love. This journey with you has been the wildest rollercoaster Ive been in, all the ups and downs with you have turned my life over. Even though we have not been the greatest to each other I will always cherish the good moments we shared together, because through these moments I found out what love really means and what it feels like to love someone and especially to be loved. I have found my soulmate in you. You are my moonlight, your bright light guides me through my darkness and gives me comfort in it. You are the only person I spend time with who doesnt make me feel drained and you are the only person who makes me feel like its okay to be me. You have showed me a whole different world than I was used to. I always thought I have to be this tough man to get through life but ever since you came into mine, you have showed me that love can get me further that I couldve ever imagined. Thanks to you I know that now. You imspire me every day with your soft, loving being. I know our children will grow up to be as strong, wise, independent, brave, beautiful, funny and passionate as you. I know you dont see it the way I do, but there is nothing wrong with you, you are loved and cherished. You are improving, you just cant see it. But I can. And I want to make you feel like it too, together with you. I want to do everything with you. I want to spend eternity with you. You are like art, my love. Like a painting. You are my muse, my canvas. I dont ever want to be without you. You know I could talk forever about how beautiful you are but that would be too long. I want you to be mine, forever. So, I am asking you for the second time; Freddie Avan Boyle, do you want to marry me?"
