#watching other schizophrenics videos like 2 days ago and being like huh I don’t think I hear voices at all and waking up from a bad dream#and Realizing .#a lot of the scary/negative dialogue in my head is my voice I am finally noticing some that isn’t though 👍🏽#having a bad one yall 👍🏽 but I need to go back to sleep so I can go to work in 2 hours 👍🏽#I will find a therapist tomorrow
