#downside to living alone - when your fucking muscle behind your shoulder blade fucking REVOLTS all of a sudden your cats can't help you to#the bed or get you drugs or try to massage it out#upside to living alone - everything else#srsly all i was doing was mixing my drip drop in my water bottle and was about to shower and get ready to go to my parents'#and then out of fucking nowhere that muscle sized up and it STILL hasn't let go#i can't unbend my arm i can't breathe deeply#thank fuck I'm prepared i have hydrocodone by my bed and my grabber and therapy cane on my bed#so I've just been holding it there hoping to make the muscle release#waiting for the hydro to kick in#it's been an hour#i think i can hopefully get up soon#been extending my arm and rotating it a bit to see if that helps#i googled it and it said i should see a dr immediately bc the muscle could've torn like dude you can't tear a muscle holding your phone#watching Sinsmas and stirring a water bottle w your other hand 😆#be so fr#ahh hydro is getting absorbed got that gross brain feeling#now go to the MUSCLE#bedside rambles#bedside manner personal
