#watched one tiktok of a miner riding down to the coal face and almost threw up#did you know in many cases they only dig out the coal seam itself so they work in tunnels that are like 4 ft high???#i didnt!#i was picturing like caverns. big ol tunnels. 7 dwarves style mine carts. evidently not always the case#crawling down under a mountain to work on your knees….#………….they dug coal together
