The Fantastic Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions (working title)

So I think this story should have similarities to the Shattered Dimensions Video Game, where the rogues gallery of the Spiders are super charged into a bigger threat than before. I'm currently on a 70/30 on whether or not The Tablet of Order & Chaos should be involved in this story, but for scene written here I've included it here.

The scene starts with Spider-Man swinging through the night of New York, looking for his next fragment.

Spider-Man: Okay... now that's weird.

Spider-Scout: What is it?

Spider-Man: My Spider-Sense is telling me that the fragment is nearby... but... I'm out in the middle of the street.

Spider-Man lands on the side of a building with grace, he looks down and sees the tablet fragment in question sitting comfy... in a crater in the middle of the road.

Spider-Man: Well hello there, Mr. Tablet Fragment.

Spider-Man leaps from the building wall and lands close by to the fragment, he reaches over to grab the it before another lunatic in a costume wanted it for themselves. However, just before he could even touch it, a small little web sticks itself to the fragment. Before his eyes, the fragments is pulled away at blazing speeds by a small, barely noticeable, house spider.

Spider-Man: What the what!?

???: Seriously Parker? You leave me for dead and you FORGET ABOUT ME!?

The shot zooms in on a little group of spiders, huddled together into the shape of a man, crawling on a wall of a building close by

T H E T H O U S A N D

Spider-Man: Carl!? I-I thought you were dead!

The Thousand: Not Dead... JUST FOCUSED. The hell do you want this hunk of rock for? I've been seeing you running around wanting to grab these damn things...

Spider-Man: What If I told you... It helped my mind my business?

Spider-Man wastes no time and tries to steal back the fragment by using his webshooters. The Thousand retaliates by swiping the web out of the air and pulling on it hard, causing Spider-Man to go flying. The Thousand then delivers a swift strike to Spider-Man's chest with a kick.

The Thousand: Woah... I was never able to do that before. Was this... the... The rock Parker's obsessed with?

The fragment glows a bright blue, it's power almost overwhelming The Thousand's senses.

The Thousand: Alright then Parker... If you're so obsessed with it... Then how about I take it FOR MYSELF!?

Spider-Man: CARL NO!

Hundreds of Spider legs reach out and grab onto the Tablet Fragment, and absorb the fragment into it's chest. Carl's laughter evolves from small chuckles, to howls of laughter

The Thousand: This... This POWER! THIS IS WHAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN, PARKER!!

Thousands upon millions of Spiders crawls out of cracks in the walls, the crevices in the concrete and merge with Carl. The Thousand grows in size to that similar of a titan and his voice becomes deeper and louder

The Thousand: Parker... I tell you this. I was jealous of your Powers, I was angry. My blood BOILED...

...

But THIS? THIS IS THE TRUE POWER THAT I DESERVE!!!

Spider-Man: U-uh... Acedia? You know how you have that phobia of Spiders?

Acedia: Uh... Y-yeah? Why do you ask?

Spider-Man: Well... I think you lucked out...
