My image of Raiden is that he's hopelessly romantic & incredibly naive. He has teenage girl energy.
Which means he would definitely read wattpad romantic novels & fanfics. He'd leave long, highly enthusiastic comments filled w emojis.
He has a favorite writer for whose new chapters he desperately waits. He makes sure to let them know he enjoys their work. Then he keeps going with his life and it stays at the back of his mind until turns his work mode off.
The thing is. At some point he'd visit Sunny. Sunny seems joyful & just as naive as him. She's also around 13 I think? She loves computers, the web, the fandoms... Which means she'd definitely be writing stuff in wattpad.
Sunny would tell him about how happy she feels about this person who always leaves such elaborated comments in her works... They fill her with joy, they feed her with so much enthusiasm that forces her to take her writing very seriously and spend quality time thinking about what her characters should do next, how to best express it in words...
She describes the kind of comments they leave, as he's of course interested in what (or who) gives such happiness to the little girl he loves so much.
Then her words start to feel familiar. Like. Way too familiar. Like too 1:1 what he recalls typing. The particular way he writes. The same emojis he uses. And then...
He feels tense, in a way. He asks her if she happens to be this author...
She is.
He's kind of shocked, not sure what to feel. It's definitely good, just confusing. She asks him how's it that he know the name, so he explains the situation with few words, not too fluently — he's still trying to process the implications.
She thinks he's kidding but he assures her he's dead serious, that he religiously reads her work and has a hard time waiting for the next update.
She makes him happy. He makes her happy.
They hug each other, having developed a deeper fondness to one another.
She holds his hand and very happily takes him home while talking about all the ideas she's been developing lately. He follows her, putting all his attention to the sweet, loving voice of Sunny.

Philosophizing About My Comic
I was writing more of chapter 2 of Seeking Salvation last night and reviewed my plans for the series. I know generally where the story is gonna go, but I'm usually focused on the immediate pages I'm drawing and chapters I'm writing, so it's a bit of a "lose the forest for the trees" situation.
It's my own damn story, but rereading my plans hit me with a lot of feelings. I really hope I can get across to others a fraction of the feelings this story gives me. I guess this is what they mean when they say "be your own biggest fan", "make the kinds of stories you want to see" and all that.
It may take a while, but I'm making this damn comic and I won't let life or my self-doubt stop me. I owe that much to myself.
As an aside, I'm seeing how telling a story is a lot like writing an essay. (Or how an essay is like telling a story, stripped down to bare essentials.) I've brainstormed what ideas I want to explore, created characters whose ideologies provide different motivations for their actions, set up situations for these characters to meet and ideologies clash. Then I made a skeletal outline of the plot, the general "argument(s)", and now I'm working on fleshing out those arguments through writing, and eventually drawing, pages.
I've got the end of the story planned, but I don't have a "conclusion" to the "argument" yet. Part of my motivation for working on this comic is to try and figure that out for myself and to see what other people think while I'm working on it. But even if I do reach a "conclusion", I don't know if I want that to be in the story.
I thought the comic's name was kind of boring at first, or maybe even pretentious, but honestly, Seeking Salvation is a perfect title for what the comic is about: how do people decide what they want out of life? How do we find our salvation? Is it through religion? Work? Relationships? Something else? All of the above? And if so, how do we negotiate our conflicting desires? Can salvation be found through life or only beyond it? If salvation lies beyond life what's the value of our time in life?
I can't answer these questions for anyone but myself, and I don't want to present my opinion, once I find it, as the answer for everyone else, so I suppose if I find it I'll keep it to myself. The work is already going to be biased because of my beliefs, subjectivity and all that, but I'm not trying to make a polemic here. At least, not about these questions. I've got an antifascist polemic comic that I also wanna make in the wings, but that's gonna be a looooooong time from now.
I do, however, want to expressly push the theme of self-determination and individual autonomy as those are core beliefs of mine. Hopefully I can do that in a way that doesn't come across as preachy.
Anyway, after having written all that, I now understand why this comic is so important to me.
#my thoughts#on seeking salvation#I just felt so happy and so sad reading over my plans#I really hope my story resonates with people#and makes them think#the most important thing I want to express to others is their active engagement with and participation in their own life#think critically about what you want out of life how you want to get it and then don't let yourself get in your own way

I JUST WANNA MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR-
I was a bit stumped about it at first, but I've decided that I'll write NSFW too, so minors 👁👁 please don't look. If I see any minors interacting with any NSFW posts. I will block you. I REALLY don't like blocking people, so please don't make me.
Other than that-
Hello! ٩( ᐛ )و
Just a quick note that this blog will be more about the writing aspect, so headcanons, oneshots and links/updates on AO3 stories, along with recommendations of stories will be posted here!
Another note!
I write SPECIFICALLY for chubby readers, since-
I am a chubby girl myself and I can't find any x chubby reader fics from/for my fandom to save my life- (´༎ຶ ͜ʖ ༎ຶ `)♡
Granted, some people may see it as a simple weight change, but for me, it's the feeling of REALLY being included in the story.
These lines from a bunch of fics I've read-"His shirt fit loosely on you", and "he wrapped his arms around your thin waist", "your small frame" or "He picked you up with ease", etc-don't fit me and I know I'm not the only one.
If a fic usually doesn't clarify that it has a chubby reader, then it's USUALLY a skinny or medium-sized person. I just wanna give me and my chubby fellas a chance, y'know? ┐(シ)┌
And please don't take this the wrong way & please don't think I'm attacking you if you write like this I swear I'm not! Everyone's allowed to write for whatever fandom they want and with whatever body type they wanna write for! I'm just stating that this blog is focused on specifically chubby/plus sized readers.
I write Platonic Readers! For example, if someone requests being just best friends with a certain character, or having a sibling dynamic with another character, then it's all good! 👌🏽
I also write for Yandere characters/situations! If the situation asked for IS uncomfortable to write, I have the right to deny it.
I also do genderbend! I don't see it done much, which is cool! But I'm a dumb little hoe so- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Final thing! I also write for monsters! I write for skeletons and demon monkeys 😑 Basic stuff, like werewolves, vampires, mermaids/merman, hybrids, etc!
I'll write for certain characters for certain medias since it's the only thing I feel I can actually write without making the characters OOC. (´・ω・`)
🐵MONKIE KID🐵
Sun Wukong
Macaque
MK
Mei
Red Son
Spider Queen
Syntax
Maybe the others too if they're requested enough 👀
I WILL NOT write for LMK NeZha, due to the controversy of his age. I've seen many discussions on it, from all sides, mainly from those who are Chinese. And all I have to say is that I don't wanna touch that shit with a 10 foot pole.
Monkey King: Reborn, Hero is Back & Ne'Zha Reborn Sun Wukong are also a go! I just watched the movies and I am quaking 👀 If you guys have any Sun Wukong movies or game characters that're fleshed out enough to be written, PLEASE send them my way.
🌌WAKFU🌌
Yugo
Dally
Eva
Goultard
Joris
Count Harebourg
Oropo
If there's other characters that are requested, then I'll see who they are and if I can write for them.
Maybe I'll do Transformers in the future! I've only seen Transformers Prime, so I'll need to expand my knowledge first. I mean, unless y'all want some Prime stuff 👀. I'll probably watch Animated and read the comics soon-(Hopefully, I've dropped the damn thing twice-😔)
Now for the big boy-😥
💀Undertale💀
I'll write for it and certain AUs. The AUs follow as below(Sans nickname 1st, Papyrus 2nd)
Undertale (Vanilla and Creampuff)
Underfell (Red and Edge)
Underswap (Blue and Stretch)
Fellswap (Raspberry and Rus)
Swapfell (Black and Cash)
Fellswap!Gold (Wine and Coffee)
Horrortale (Axe and Sugar)
The Outertale AUs count too, but it's best not to ask for something that includes, for example, Undertale Sans and Outertale Sans since they'll basically be the same.
Outer nicknames include:
Outertale (Cosmic and Nebula)
Outerswap (Orion and Atlas)
Outerfell (Comet and Sirius)
Also including specific characters include:
Error
Geno from Aftertale
Passive!Nightmare and Dream from Dreamtale
Cross from XTale
Killer
Dust from Dusttale
And to be honest, I'm at a bit for a dilemma when it comes to if I should include Ink, Evil!Nightmare and Fresh. Since Ink doesn't have a soul to feel. Granted he has the ink he drinks to emulate the emotion he wants to feel but idk- (´⌒`;)
Fresh is parasitic monster that lacks emotions and jumps from different hosts so writing him romantically might be a bit of a problem.
Evil Nightmare searches for negative energy, as it's said that positive emotions make him weak. (╯︵╰)
I try my best to stay on track with how characters would canonically react, along with a dash of what I think they would do. But if there's enough asks, then I'll try my best to write them! ଘ(੭ ᐛ )♡
Other potential AUs
Underlust
Storyshift
Mafiatale
Underpatch
I haven't read Underlust or Storyshift, but if there's enough requests for them, then I'll do my best to read through their stories/find information and write for them.
I'm having a bit of trouble finding concrete information for the bottom two, so they might be a bit more tricky to write about. (•ิ_•ิ)
As far as rules go, just don't send anything rude, k?
Also, please specify if you want Angst, Romance or Platonic/ if you want Headcanons or a One Shot.
Other than that, this post will update every once in a while if I decide to add or negate something, so keep an eye out! (≧∇≦)/
Sorry if there are spelling errors! Have a good day!

Sometimes all you need is hope.
The Walking Dead fan fiction
Chapter 2 (Chapter 1 here)
*I do not own any part of the Canon characters. It is simply my interpretation. I make no profit off of this.
**I do own the original characters and everything associated with them.
Prompt: Daryl ends up catching feels for a Savior survivor. Set after Negan’s fall. Aspects from both show & comic
Tagging for updates: @kenzieam
He headed back to his room, his mind already forming a plan of attack. Going on the next run wasn't ideal, but if Jesus wasn't willing to help anymore what else could he do. He would have to rely on himself once again.
Over the course of the next few weeks he went about his regular duties as if nothing was going on. Even convincing Jesus he had begun to come around. Though most of his other close confidants were still skeptical. And rightfully so. But every second he got to himself was focused on getting the truth. No matter the cost.
------
"Hey Rick! Wait up!" he called after him as the man headed toward his midday sweep. His steps slowed and Daryl jogged the last few feet, catching up.
"Somethin' wrong?" he asked slightly concerned. The two of them may see each other daily but rarely did one seek the other out without a reason.
"Naw," Daryl answered with a small shake of his head. "Not yet anyway."
"Yet?" Rick replied, shifting on his feet now giving his friend his full attention. "Daryl, I told you. Negan's people aren't his anymore. I know you've been asking --"
"It ain't nothin' like that," he said waving off his friend's fitting concern. "Winter's comin'," he continued before Rick could argue further. "Supplies are runnin' low n'ain't much left around here."
"The garden was good this year. We have more than enough to make it through," he retorted.
"But that ain't gonna take care'a everything. N'what happens if we have ta take on more people. Or one'a tha other communities needs more. It ain't enough Rick n'you know it."
He eyed his friend a moment, truly considering his words. It was true they had plenty of homebrewed canned goodness to last them well until the next planting season, but Daryl was right. Meds were short after the last of the wounded from the war had healed. The archer had been one of few to manage any kills during hunting trips; squirrels and rabbits couldn't feed them all forever. Not well enough. They would need protein and unless they managed to find a hidden gas stash, they would be without major transportation soon.
"Then we need to plan a run. An overnight or a few days," he agreed.
"We need more'n tha'."
"We can't afford to be without that many that long. We'd be too vulnerable."
"We'd only be down two. Me n'Merle used ta pull road trips all tha time. Long as I have somebody with me I'll get what we need n'be back in a few weeks tops."
"No," Rick immediately protested, knowing what he would suggest next.
"I can do it," Daryl countered. His entire plan rested on getting this run. Rick had to agree.
"I don't doubt you can do it, but you're needed here Daryl. That long is too much of a risk," he continued shaking his head.
Since the outbreak he'd lost damn near everything. His partner. His wife. His son. Everyone important left was here. They were here and they were safe. Risking his best friend was not something he wanted to do; even if it was what they had to do
"We need what's out there. We ain't gonna make it much longer without it n'you know it Rick." He let his words sink in a bit before continuing. "We have to take this run. Ain't no way 'round it."
Rick just shook his head. No! He couldn't just let him take off like this. He just couldn't.
"We need this," Daryl reiterated when Rick remained silent.
His mind frantically tried to find a way around it, but he was right. And Rick knew it. "Fine," he replied defeated, a touch of irritation in his voice. "Who'd you have in mind?"
Once he'd gotten Rick to go along with his plan the rest would be easy. "Isabella."
"A savior?" Rick asked, shocked. He immediately began to take back his agreeance. "No way."
"Ain't you tha one sayin' I should give 'em a chance?"
"This is different and you know it."
"This is better," Daryl countered firmly.
"How so?"
"F'its jus' me n'her then she's safe."
"If its just you two, she's not. You're my brother Daryl, but I know what happens when you don't agree with me. With us," he added, implying the ultimate decision to absorb the Saviors had been a group decision.
Touché.
Fuck!
He had to think fast.
"You agree ta this n'I promise I'll make sure she gets back safe n'sound."
Rick eyed Daryl, actually considering his offer. The archer could see he was just on the edge of agreement.
"You been askin' me ta give 'em a chance. I come back without her then ya do what'cha gotta ta make yer point 'bout how all'a us gotta get along."
He couldn't argue it was a decent deal considering. And there was no better way to get Daryl on board with things. Especially since he was who brought the offer to the table. Maybe the hard headed archer was finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
"Alright. Fine. But promise me you won't do anything rash if things go sideways."
Bingo!
"Ya have my word," he agreed quickly, allowing Rick no time to back pedal.
-----
"Here's a med kit and an extra blanket," Saddiq said handing Daryl the items. The archer took the things with a grunted thanks, his eyes lingering on his running partner as she readied her own pack. Saddiq's gaze followed. "Are you sure this is the wisest thing to do?" he asked cautiously, a hint of knowing concern in his voice.
The question was enough to pull Daryl from the uneventful scene before him, catching Saddiq's focus. "Yea," he replied irritatedly, stepping around the doc to his bag. "'Less you wanna die up here on this hill," he added shoving the kit inside. He just as roughly secured the blanket to the bottom of his bag. "We need the supplies n'Rick gave tha okay already."
"I just meant that Isabella was a Savior," he said hushed, stepping in so only Daryl could hear. "Is going with her the best idea?"
Daryl's dislike for the integration of the Saviors was hardly secret. The archer eyed him silently, his gaze darting to Isabella only a moment when she shifted her bag onto her shoulders.
No, it was not the best idea.
But it was his only idea that would work. Without the safety net of Maggie and Hilltop, Daryl could get what he wanted. And all without harming a hair on her head- even if he would have love the opportunity.
He watched as she headed outside before returning his eyes to Saddiq. "You know how far we're goin'?" he asked only half-rhetorically.
"Saint Louis," Saddiq replied.
"Tha's right. S'a long way."
Hilltop's medic nodded his head slightly in agreement. "Almost two weeks out," he agreed.
"So you tell me why I would take one'a them all tha way ou' there jus' ta kill 'em makin' my way home twice as hard?"
Point. Taken.
"Ya ain't gotta worry 'bout yer little Savior girlfriend. M'gonna need her jus' as much as she's gonna a need me ou' there. Ain't no point in me killin' her."
Plus Rick'd have my head
He slung his bag over his shoulder, keeping his glare on Saddiq until he left to meet Isabella, Rick, and Maggie.
