Xue yang isn’t much of a fighter. He’s ruthless, highly resistant to pain, and most of all good at manipulating people into making mistakes and capitalizing on those...but Wangji is hard to manipulate unless your name is Wei Wuxian.

NICE :D.  (... is this not, like, a problem?  because censorship?  I mean I guess obviously not if he’s doing it, but idk how things work.)

And I’m all torn between going ‘how would it work?,’ like, is Xiao Xingchen supposed to forgive Yue Xang??  Somehow??  Is Yue Xang going to repent/reform even a bit, because how even, or is Xiao Xingchen going to be ~corrupted, or... but, then again, all these questions are potentially generative of reams of fic.  Even if I don’t have ideas less than an hour after watching THAT SHOT OMG.
