What if Armand had survived the war?
Imagining a timeline where Armand didn't die from Rotalström and wins the war actually changes the ENTIRE course of the story! And a lot of it has to do with Yugo and Amalia.
For Amalia, she never becomes queen and has fewer responsibilities. She'll get to marry Yugo, as intended, but will completely devote herself to Yugo's own people. Unlike in the Great Wave manga, Amalia will be the one to support Yugo. She'll help him with any political issues with the other kingdoms because my poor chef guy obviously doesn't have any experience on that particular field.
And as for Yugo, seeing as how it's very unlikely that Armand would let his people live in his kingdom, he'll thank Yugo instead and leave the eliatropes alone for proving their bravery and almost sacrificing their lives for them. Having Armand, the Sadida king, acknowledge Yugo means that Yugo will at least have one kingdom ally by his side.
Armand isn't easily persuaded by Aurora and her father when it comes to making decisions. We've seen Armand not listening to them on three accounts.
1) When Armand spoke back to the Osamodas king, for being told that his men were weak.

2) When Aurora told him not to speak out of line towards her father.

3) When Armand told the Osamodas king to listen to his younger sister and bring his own men to the war.

So it's safe to say, Armand will always keep a strong head around them and keep ruling without the need for them (or you know he can simply just...divorce Aurora like any guy who suspects his woman is acting sus).
Since Yugo won't be able to stay in the Sadida Kingdom, he'll have to leave with Adamaï and the elite eliatropes. Amalia will follow him as well, and the group could simply be moving around together with the help of Adamaï's dragonic form. I'm guessing his full body is big enough to take everyone on his back since there are only 34 eliatropes based on this shot alone.

So since Adamaï will be able to do just that, the eliatropes under the care of Yugo and Amalia will be turned into nomades. They will always move from island to island, from city to city, from town to town, from village to village, and many more.
It will actually be a good way of living for them. In a way, Qilby was right when he said that eliatropes were far better at moving around than staying in one place. And Yugo would've realized this, so he'll just keep doing what he does best with his people. Amalia will also come to love it. She will miss the Sadida Kingdom from time to time, especially when she doesn't know how Armand is doing and what his "wife" is up to, but she knows she'll have nothing to worry about since her brother can take care of himself.
With the new alliance Yugo and Armand will share, Yugo will always respond to Armand whenever the Tree of Life is in danger or if there's an impossible chance that Rotalström wakes up. The six eliatrope dofus have been stored within Yugo, while Lokus roams around him only to be used for emergencies. Amalia will only come to keep loving her place with Yugo and will accept her role as queen of the eliatropes. The eliatropes, on the other hand, will respect her and treat her as their own just like they already did when the necrome war was happening.
Yugo and his followers will move around the world and help as many people as they can, like how Yugo did back in seasons 1-2. His help around the world will once again be recognized but with the new notion that he's the eliatrope king and has been leading his people to help others. He'll try to regain the respect he rightfully deserves. And with the help of Amalia, he'll be able to know how to behave in political situations since she'll play a big role in those for him (like the girl boss we know she is). Yugo will also get to learn his own culture with Adamaï thanks to their people's knowledge on the matter. Without Qilby, their mother, Nora, and Efrim, the two brothers will have to rely on what the elite eliatropes have learned from Balthazar. They'll come to have a clearer picture of who they are as the eliatrope race. Amalia will learn about all of it as well. She'll also get to talk happily about her own culture to them whenever they ask her about it, which they do in their free time.
So yeah, this is my take on it.
Like I said, if Armand hadn't died, things would've been far more different for the Sadida Kingdom, Yugo, Amalia, Adamaï, and of course, Armand.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not implying that I would have preferred if Armand hadn't died. I have no bias on whether he dies or not. It can sometimes be nice to see what could happen if one significant moment had been played around with just to see how much it would greatly change the next course of events.
